The point is simple: Don’t believe the Obama hype coming out of the mainstream media. If the media were truly objective and unbiased, they would be covering the race much differently. Instead of trying to browbeat the country into voting for Obama, they would be analyzing the issues and factors that favor and disfavor both candidates. Instead of focusing on college students and intellectuals, they would be focusing on working-class and middle-class voters, especially “Hillary Democrats.” These voters may very well determine the election. Yet this huge story is being ignored by the MSM.

Just came back from distributing/posting flyers in my town (interesting conversation with Obot!)
Hey everyone! I went out and about today with Freddie’s flyers again. The first place I went was the mall just before it opened and put flyers all up and down the mall and the show area. Then I went to Goody’s. I wanted to try on some clothes that I liked. I took some flyers with me to the dressing room and I put one in almost every stall. Well, when I came out, I seen they were all gone. When I came out of the dressing room, there was a sales lady at her desk area and she looked up at me with a sneaky grin. I went on by and went up front looking at some more clothes. Then I seen this same sales lady with papers in her hand going up to the front and talking to another sales lady at the cash register. I was hiding behind the clothing trying to see what was going on. Then I seen she had my flyers. She left and went back to the back somewhere’s with my flyers. I guess she dumped them probably. I sure am glad I didn’t get in trouble.

In being an undeceided voter a woman asked me the other day, she heard that I needed a baby sitter for my family, she knew someone but that they had ran with some bad people and she did not know very much about this person and I told her I had reservations about such a person. She then stated she did not understand why I would vote for a man that has been associating with terrible people since he would be actually be taking care of my family and our furture. TOO-SHAE!!!!!! MCCAIN/PALIN WILL BE MY CHOICE FOR A VOTE. I will not let this man have control over my family!!!!!! Americans need to think about this before voting. #44 Asian4Hillary–there is something priceless about standing up for your country and helping out those who want to as well. I have been taking people to early voting locations. Our county precinct had 10 vans spread out throughout the country and shuttled those who did not have transportation, elderly, and many just afraid to go by themselves. The common theme I heard among everyone today was a unified feeling of saving the country that they love. Also, after I finished my shift, I stopped to get my hair cut. I have been going to this person for over 2 years and she is from Viet Nam. She still has family there and a house. She told me that the Asian people are going for McCain and that even her family in Viet Nam are with McCain.

“Mr. Berg, if 300 Million Americans are without “legal standing” to qualify a candidate for POTUS, isn’t that grounds, in and of itself, that an individual Plaintiff be granted legal standing in the interest of averting the potential of a Constituional Crisis?”
(It may be a stupid question. But, I find it perfectly reasonable that the Court should recognize any Plaintiff’s cause of action, where Congress has failed the American People in its “Official Capacity”
How do we know, Mr. Berg, that Congress has failed in its “Official Capacity”?
1) Where are the documents?
2) Congress has denied 300 million Americans “Legal Standing” to demand proof from a candidate that he/or she is, in fact, qualified under Our Own Constitution.

I went to my nail salon today. It’s owned by a Vietnamese lady and she does really good business. She said she and her family are voting McCain. She said Bozo is not trustworthy and not good for small businesses.

They probably had cameras in the hallway of the dressing room stalls and seen me putting them in the stalls. How else would they know I put them in there. At the mall today, they were having something for kids there. So, I am glad I went there today. There was probably a big crowd there. It was kind of spooky going thru the mall this morning before it opened up all by myself. The lights were not all on. Usually I take someone with me, but today, I just went by myself.

Thanks Dances for adding my name to the list, and for sending the petition to George Bush. Taking this case to the Supreme Court will take too long. Obama is counting on this. Impeachment proceedings could only originate with Congress (who would be democratic). Bush, as our current president, has an obligation to enforce the constitituion. HE NEEDS TO TAKE THIS AS AN ACTION, or AT LEAST GIVE US A REPLY.

i know judges go thru some sort of clearence every 7 yrs, i know too they are very careful as to what they do, i do not know if his(berg´case) ruling is correct or not, i do not know if he is abiding to the law, if not i hope he is held accountable for it

One thing I can say, patriotism is alive and well in this country. When people are faced with the choice, salvation of their country or party; their love for their country supersedes loyalty to their party. I wish 80% of US population are like PUMAs, this country would always land on its feet instead on its heels. Real change is taking place, it’s not favorable to the Democratic Party. NObama with the help of the DNC have exposed how corrupt is the Democratic Party; how easily they waylaid the unfortunate of this country by using emotional blackmail which I find totally repulsive and degrading; it is treating those unfortunate people like a bunch of lemmings. The style of NObama campaign with the help of the Democratic Party is very common in third world countries. I’ve seen it in Asia for years and years; but the American people haven’t seen it, this is their first time. When it comes to real corrupt politicians at least 50% of US population are still virgins. People like me and lotusboy who have seen the likes of NObama where we came from sometimes shake our heads how easily 50% of US population are hoodwinked and bamboozled. We give the middle finger to politicians like NObama where we came from and call them son of a bitch right on their face. Here in USA, people are afraid to say what’s on their mind because it’s not politically correct. I say, take off the goddamn mask of pretense, call a spade a spade!

One of the ways to keep Obama OUT of the White House is to EXPOSE the Voter Fraud he has perpetrated!
Obama is not only perpetrating voter fraud, he is trying to keep the Department of Justice from investigating voter fraud prior to the election!
I wrote the following letter to the US Attorney General:
Dear Attorney General Mukasey,
It takes my breath away that Senator Barack Obama is trying to pressure you and the United States Department of Justice into waiting until the 2008 Presidential election is over before you investigate allegations of widespread voter fraud. It’s believed that hundreds of thousands, if not millions of voters have been illegally registered all across the country. As a citizen of the United States of America, I am outraged that one of the candidates in this election is attempting to interfere with the carrying out of correct and proper justic prior to the election on November 4th. To investigate voter fraud after the election is over would be stupid and pointless. My civil rights as a US citizen are being violated—my guarantee to being able to vote in a FAIR and TRUTHFUL election—and I expect YOU, Attorney General Mukasey, to carry out YOUR sworn obligation to protect and to defend MY civil rights, and to MAKE SURE the 2008 Presidential election is FAIR and ABOVE BOARD.
I am appalled and disgusted that Barack Obama has the audacity and the gaul to try to stall an investigation by the highest law enforcement agency in the land! I EXPECT you to ignore him and to CARRY OUT your sworn DUTY IMMEDIATELY—BEFORE, NOT AFTER, the November 4th, 2008 election is over!

I am not a lawyer and I don’t play one on t.v. BUT here are some clarifying concepts that became clear during the 2008 “Chad” election.
The constitution has requirements about holding offices whose powers are established by that document, and about who has the right to vote–i.e., collectively grant that authority.
Congress enacted various election laws regarding how the elections are to be held and when they are to be held. All other rights belong to the states.
The states determine how the parties submit candidates for the ballot.
The states (I believe) have to certify that a candidate has won the electoral votes before the electors proceed to the electoral college and actually elect the president.
So, it appears that the constitutional crisis cannot occur unless and until someone is elected to an office that the constitution prevents them from holding.
Before the election, it appears that the issue should be addressed at the state level regarding the certification of the candidate on the ballot, and then the question about enforcement arises. The question about standing is whether any citizen has the right to force the SoS or Secretary in charge of elections to enforce the law. The answer I’ve been given is that this power rests with the Attorney General.
So, it would seem that the best strategy is to blanket the AG’s phone lines and email box with requests, particularly in battleground states.

Dances-gist of the email you didn’t get: Alternative use of the action center. My daughter used info from the action center in a college class on women’s studies. It was perfect. She had fact based information that applied to the topic of sexism AND was able to provide a class of college students with information about BO. She presented her information in a contrast format to ensure the people learned some of the facts about BO. I am SO proud!

Also… I need to get this off my chest because this election season has made me incredibly paranoid when it comes to trusting the government.
I see many links to a story in which there’s an investigation into how someone had access to government computers and information when they were getting the dirt on Joe the Plumber.
k… keep that story in mind.
Now I see a totally unrelated story on FOX how there is a mock election being done in the schools. They explain (in a “isn’t this cute” sort of style) how the children participate in this “MOCK” election with real voting machines and real ballots… so they can experience and get a sense of the voting process for when they grow up. The report goes on to say that the information will be entered into a National database system so they can analyse and report on the results.
k… is it just me … or is anyone else paranoid that this information can be accessed by the same people accessing the government computers to research Joe the Plumber… and somehow these “MOCK” ballots will be merged with the “REAL” ballot information.
Oh… BTW… the majority of the kids seem to prefer Obama… what a surprise there…

What the Philadelphia Daily News failed to state in its report is that they published the Obama Campaigns statements filed on behalf of Barack Obama and the DNC in their motion to dismiss and for a protective order. This is the biased media yet again being used by Barack Obama to tell out right lies to the American Voter. Obama Attorney LaVelle, in his motion to dismiss and motion for protective order claimed Berg’s suit was “ridiculous” and “patently false”. The Courts ruling never once used either of these phrases as reported by the Philly Daily News doing Obama damage control.

SARAH PALIN CAUSE TRAFFIC JAM IN DOWNTOWN HOUSTON
Was out early this morning before I began driving our county precinct vans for those needing assistance and wanted to vote early. I went to look for Jenniforhillary at her Houston location. On the way, the Northbound Traffic in Houston where 59N intersects with 45N was back up for at least half a mile–both lanes–both interstates. A HUGE triangular advertisement sign had a picture of Sarah Palin in her red suit and it read across the top “Vote Republican and Make History” To advertise on this sign cost big $$$. The part of the 3 sign assembly where they had her picture faced both interstates. The traffic was slowing down to take a look at it and some were trying to get pics from their cars. I will got back tomorrow and try a get a picture and maybe it can be posted on the action center for general viewing. I know that PUMA is a Party in itself and does not endorse any candidate and I am trying my best to word this story without coming off as endorsing one or the other. It is just a simple sign, but exudes power in the statement and presence. The area Jenni was talking about was busy, but a lot of police were there and I did not see anything out of the norm at that time.
I will go back tomorrow and try a get a pic of the Palin advertisement.

Ok…that one took, so now I’ll try to reword my first one…you guys are fighting the right fight for the right reasons, and I thank you for your credibility and integrity.
I recognize that you are not re-registering Republican! and are fighting for America (since our Federal Election Commission doesn’t seem to feel the need to, among other things).
In August, prior to the Democratic convention, I e-mailed our Dem. congressman, Collin Peterson, and lambasted him for what he was about to do to Hillary. Pointed out to him that he knew good and well she was being railroaded and had actually won the votes necessary for the nomination if they had left the process along and let the super delegates vote their choices.
You guys are cheerful warriors–through the frustrated hours, the disappointed hours…then it’s obvious you bounce back to the top and keep on pushing. You are, obviously, AMERICANS FIRST. You are in a unique position to make a statement and “do this thing” and I just wanted you to know there will a lot of (R)s checking in, noticing and acknowledging you.
We have GOT to keep Obama out of the White House for the sake of America and our election processes.
Thank you, each of you, for your boldness, hard work and heart. Your comments are great–I find myself checking on frequently to see how you’re doing, but probably won’t post often. I’m working with folks and family I know pushing everyone to VOTE VOTE VOTE!

I was never politically involved, except for voting. I was a life-long Republican (for some reason! I can’t remember why now!)
I voted for Hillary and became a Democrat this year!(and witnessed the caucus debacle, firsthand!)
wbd and I went the other day to the polls and voted for McCain (my protest vote against Obama!).

1) standard html permits labelling/titling a link anything you want. Here is the usual format:

2) TinyUrl.com is a site that permits “squashing” of a long URL into a short one. Basically, it keeps a file of entered URLs with randomly generated short ’strings’ that can be used to link to the full one. They promise never to wipe the file.

WFTV-Channel 9’s Barbara West conducted a satellite interview with Sen. Joe Biden on Thursday. A friend says it’s some of the best entertainment he’s seen recently. What do you think?
West wondered about Sen. Barack Obama’s comment, to Joe the Plumber, about spreading the wealth. She quoted Karl Marx and asked how Obama isn’t being a Marxist with the “spreading the wealth” comment.
“Are you joking?” said Biden, who is Obama’s running mate. “No,” West said.
West later asked Biden about his comments that Obama could be tested early on as president. She wondered if the Delaware senator was saying America’s days as the world’s leading power were over.
“I don’t know who’s writing your questions,” Biden shot back.
Biden so disliked West’s line of questioning that the Obama campaign canceled a WFTV interview with Jill Biden, the candidate’s wife.
“This cancellation is non-negotiable, and further opportunities for your station to interview with this campaign are unlikely, at best for the duration of the remaining days until the election,” wrote Laura K. McGinnis, Central Florida communications director for the Obama campaign.
McGinnis said the Biden cancellation was “a result of her husband’s experience yesterday during the satellite interview with Barbara West.”

WFTV news director Bob Jordan said, “When you get a shot to ask these candidates, you want to make the most of it. They usually give you five minutes.”

Jordan added, “I’m crying foul on this one.”

May I disagree here? I have no legal training, but it seems to me that “a candidate’s ineligibility under the Natural Born Citizen Clause,” one of most basic requirements of the Constitution, does result in an injury in fact to voters. It causes this injury by trivializing and weakening the Constitution itself, thus harming the entire country and its citizenry, including Philip Berg. It causes damage by undermining the concept that we are a country of laws, and that those laws are to be obeyed.
It seems imperative to determine if, in fact, said candidate does or does not meet the citizenship requirements. Do the law and common sense not dwell in the same neighborhood anymore? I know, I know - foolish question.
