A bit more on CNN’s “quote” from National Review in its story on Sarah Palin. In the CNN interview with Palin, aired today, reporter Drew Griffin said to Palin:
GRIFFIN: Governor, you’ve been mocked in the press, the press has been pretty hard on you, the Democrats have been pretty hard on you, but also some conservatives have been pretty hard on you as well. The National Review had a story saying that, you know, I can’t tell if Sarah Palin is incompetent, stupid, unqualified, corrupt or all of the above.

Original suit from Berg V Obama in Federal court; Steve Marquiz (kez) modified suit to target WA Sec. of State (chief elections official for WA) to demand WA SoS receive copy of BC; I modified Marquiz v Reed for CA and figured out which changes had to be made so this could be filed in each state; recruiting efforts for localizing to other states has been done through obamacrimes.com
The document is a demand through lawsuit against each state’s chief elections official to get a copy of the Vault BC from Hawaii and any additional hospital documents attesting to Obama’s birth.
Since our federal laws are national, the majority of the document is the same for all states. Each state does require some effort to localize to state statutes and chief elections official is properly named. The complaint template is designed specifically to allow for easy identification of what needs changed and so that it can be filed in most jurisdictions.
The work needed to research for each state can be done by an average person in a day and probably filed the next day. What you need to know is who is your state-wide elections official, how are candidates placed on the ballot, and what legal mechanism must the candidate do to provide the state-wide elections official with credentials (proof of US citizenship by natural birth).
States with prepared documents are CAlifornia, Texas, and Florida. Ohio is pending and very murky. I do not have any other states prepared – and Washington State document is not court ready. I am going to ask for volunteers to help prepare documents for other states so that we can get as many as quickly as possible. There is obviously work for all states and some states may deny based on local time rules as the election is so very close upon us; it may be possible to get this going in every state by the end of the week.
If you are capable of producing a document even just for your state, I would be glad to host a copy at my own website for further redistribution to as many as possible.
It may very well be possible to get enough challenges filed that we not only grind this election to a halt, but that we succeed in removing Obama from those same ballots.

Her husband’s co-worker wanted to see what would happen if he tried giving a contribution to the Obama campaign via a credit card. He used his Macy’s card. The system accepted it. He tried the same with McCain’s campaign, and the transaction wouldn’t go through.

More than a week ago, a north Kansas City couple blew the whistle on credit card fraud benefiting the Obama campaign.
Investigative journalist Ken Timmerman has uncovered more:
What do Bart Simpson, Family Guy, Daffy Duck, King Kong, O.J. Simpson, and Raela Odinga have in common?
All are celebrities; and with the exception of Odinga and O.J. Simpson, they also are fictional characters. And yet, all of them gave money earlier this month to the campaign of Barack Obama, without any apparent effort by the campaign to screen them out as suspect donors.
…The Obama campaign has turned a blind eye to the possibility of donor fraud. Reportedly, during the heated primary battle with Hillary Clinton, the Obama campaign “turned off” many of the security features on its online donor page, allowing any person with a valid credit card number to donate using any name or address.
Typically, card merchants require a cardholder’s name to match critical personal details, such as an address or, at the least, a ZIP code.
For example, on Oct. 14, an individual using the name “O.J. Simpson” participated in Obama’s latest small-donor fundraising drive, making a $5 donation through the campaign’s Web site.
Giving a Los Angeles address, he listed his employer as the “State of Nevada” and his occupation as “convict.” The donor used a disposable “gift” credit card to make the donation.
The Obama campaign sent O.J. a thank-you note confirming his contribution, and gave him the name of another donor who had agreed to “match” his contribution.
Four minutes earlier, an individual using the name “Raela Odinga” also made a $5 contribution, using the same credit card.
The real Raela Odinga became prime minister of Kenya in April and has claimed to be a cousin of Obama’s through a maternal uncle…

When Obama was first being considered as the Democratic Party Nominee for President, he was asked about the race issue. His reply was, “If I lose this campaign it won’t be because of race. It will be because I failed to get my message out.”
And ever since, he has been playing the race card. He uses it to deflect his deficiencies, abusing claims of discrimination to the detriment of every protected class that legitimately needs protection.

Again, Obama will not disclose any of his Academic Record. It is suspected that his earliest grades were poor and improved substancially after Michele was assigned as his “mentor” (read her bio on Wiki). Michelle graduated from Harvard Law School in 1988 and was assigned as his mentor in 1989. Barack Obama graduated in 1991. He married Michelle in 1992. She had been an excellent student, achieving honors in the past but not upon graduating from Harvard Law School, at least, not the first time she graduated.
What if Michelle Obama was the wife who not only became addicted to pain killers but also acquired them illegally through her charitable organization?
It would be a lot worse if Barack Obama did it. Oh, he did so something like that, didn’t he. Lots of people get hooked. If someone is clean now, it is to their credit. How can you worry about the one candidate’s wife, while the other candidate has documented his own illegal drug use? That is just plain hypocracy. Joe Biden has a reputation as a drunk and regularly appears to be so. The only reason to doubt his active substance abuse is that his appearance may actually be due to brain damage from his two aneurisms.
What if McCain had only married once, and Obama was a divorcee?
That would be a legitimate comparison if the two candidates were the same age. McCains first marriage lasted 16 years and he married Cindy in 1980. That divorce is OLD NEWS. So John and Cindy have been married about 28 years. The Obama’s married in 1992 so they just passed their 16 year mark. No Moral Higher Ground Here!
What if Obama was the one who had military experience that included discipline problems and a record of crashing seven planes?

What if Obama couldn’t read from a teleprompter?
I am not sure what you mean by that inference, but McCain and Palin both speak way better without a teleprompter and script than Obama does. That is why Obama avoided all those debates with McCain. They had to do major hype to get him through the three he did. Obama studders, strings sentences and uses “uah” excessively. The “uah” count was 102 time during the first debate, 67 during the second and 185 during the third.
What if Obama was the one who was known to publicly display a serious anger management problem?
He does not display his anger, but it is there and comes out as studdering. This is very apparent during the third debate where he tried to talk about Palin and absolutely choked and spuddered.

If you are implying that Obama has some kind of moral high ground here, you have been indoctrinated. Obama intentionally displays very little of his family. Rog Coverely said several pellets pierced his Longwood home. Coverely showed several spiderwebbed-holes in the front windows of his home.
The Republican manager said he is convinced he was targeted because of new McCain signs he added around his home.
“All I can tell you is this, I have a very good relationship with my neighbors,” Coverely said. “I mow my lawn. The only thing that has changed is I have two McCain signs in my front yard.”
Coverely said he has taken about 300 calls concerning stolen or vandalized McCain signs in the area.
“It says this campaign is getting vicious,” Coverely said.
Coverely said it appears Democrats are becoming more aggressive in the county.
“I wouldn’t say slipping but I would say the Democrats have become far more aggressive in Seminole County because it is such a heavy Republican area,” Coverely said.

I really appreciate what Phil Berg said, that it was the RESPONSIBILITY of the Democratic Party to provide a qualified candidate for us to vote for and it was the responsibility of these two parties to present qualified candidates so that the electorate can make valid choices.

first the story about Davis being the father is an old story. Martin gave no one sintilla of proof or statement of why he claims it. It seems to me the story only complicates the case of his citizenship and makes it possibly more difficult to prove Obama is not a citizen.
Right now Berg sits in a fairly good legal position and we need to drive home his case to victory.
Andy Martin’s case is set and he must appear in court in Hawaii on Nov 7. I can bet he will not go back to Hawaii and the case will be dropped. He will claim all kinds of sensationalism.
That is not your job. The Parties have oversight committees, all headed by “lawyers”.
You, as well as millions of other ordinary citizens “relied”upon their performing their respective duties in their capacity – and to protect the public, their members and our government’s political offices from this very thing.

Original suit from Berg V Obama in Federal court; Steve Marquiz (kez) modified suit to target WA Sec. of State (chief elections official for WA) to demand WA SoS receive copy of BC; I modified Marquiz v Reed for CA and figured out which changes had to be made so this could be filed in each state; recruiting efforts for localizing to other states has been done through obamacrimes.com
The document is a demand through lawsuit against each state’s chief elections official to get a copy of the Vault BC from Hawaii and any additional hospital documents attesting to Obama’s birth.
Since our federal laws are national, the majority of the document is the same for all states. Each state does require some effort to localize to state statutes and chief elections official is properly named. The complaint template is designed specifically to allow for easy identification of what needs changed and so that it can be filed in most jurisdictions.
The work needed to research for each state can be done by an average person in a day and probably filed the next day. What you need to know is who is your state-wide elections official, how are candidates placed on the ballot, and what legal mechanism must the candidate do to provide the state-wide elections official with credentials (proof of US citizenship by natural birth).
States with prepared documents are CAlifornia, Texas, and Florida. Ohio is pending and very murky. I do not have any other states prepared – and Washington State document is not court ready. I am going to ask for volunteers to help prepare documents for other states so that we can get as many as quickly as possible. There is obviously work for all states and some states may deny based on local time rules as the election is so very close upon us; it may be possible to get this going in every state by the end of the week.
If you are capable of producing a document even just for your state, I would be glad to host a copy at my own website for further redistribution to as many as possible.
It may very well be possible to get enough challenges filed that we not only grind this election to a halt, but that we succeed in removing Obama from those same ballots.
To join an existing filing you will need to provide your name, address, phone, and signature. This can be emailed to me for distribution to the person who is handling that state filing. I am making best effort to keep this organized so that we can surge individual states with existing filings.
Arizona Voters: I will be preparing your state’s document tonight, late. You have the biggest piece of the puzzle to force Obama’s hand. Your state requires a candidate to produce an affidavit of candidacy stating they meet USC qualifications. We can use this to corner Obama to validate his affidavit.

More than a week ago, a north Kansas City couple blew the whistle on credit card fraud benefiting the Obama campaign.
Investigative journalist Ken Timmerman has uncovered more:
What do Bart Simpson, Family Guy, Daffy Duck, King Kong, O.J. Simpson, and Raela Odinga have in common?
All are celebrities; and with the exception of Odinga and O.J. Simpson, they also are fictional characters. And yet, all of them gave money earlier this month to the campaign of Barack Obama, without any apparent effort by the campaign to screen them out as suspect donors.
…The Obama campaign has turned a blind eye to the possibility of donor fraud. Reportedly, during the heated primary battle with Hillary Clinton, the Obama campaign “turned off” many of the security features on its online donor page, allowing any person with a valid credit card number to donate using any name or address.
Typically, card merchants require a cardholder’s name to match critical personal details, such as an address or, at the least, a ZIP code.
For example, on Oct. 14, an individual using the name “O.J. Simpson” participated in Obama’s latest small-donor fundraising drive, making a $5 donation through the campaign’s Web site.
Giving a Los Angeles address, he listed his employer as the “State of Nevada” and his occupation as “convict.” The donor used a disposable “gift” credit card to make the donation.
The Obama campaign sent O.J. a thank-you note confirming his contribution, and gave him the name of another donor who had agreed to “match” his contribution.
Four minutes earlier, an individual using the name “Raela Odinga” also made a $5 contribution, using the same credit card.
The real Raela Odinga became prime minister of Kenya in April and has claimed to be a cousin of Obama’s through a maternal uncle…

When Obama was first being considered as the Democratic Party Nominee for President, he was asked about the race issue. His reply was, “If I lose this campaign it won’t be because of race. It will be because I failed to get my message out.”
And ever since, he has been playing the race card. He uses it to deflect his deficiencies, abusing claims of discrimination to the detriment of every protected class that legitimately needs protection.

You forgot to mention that Columbia was the second school he attended. He started at: Occidental College (1979-1981) and finished at Columbia.

Harvard – Juris Doctor (J.D.) Magna Cum Laude
Again, Obama will not disclose any of his Academic Record. It is suspected that his earliest grades were poor and improved substancially after Michele was assigned as his “mentor” (read her bio on Wiki). Michelle graduated from Harvard Law School in 1988 and was assigned as his mentor in 1989. Barack Obama graduated in 1991. He married Michelle in 1992. She had been an excellent student, achieving honors in the past but not upon graduating from Harvard Law School, at least, not the first time she graduated.
What if Michelle Obama was the wife who not only became addicted to pain killers but also acquired them illegally through her charitable organization?
It would be a lot worse if Barack Obama did it. Oh, he did so something like that, didn’t he. Lots of people get hooked. If someone is clean now, it is to their credit. How can you worry about the one candidate’s wife, while the other candidate has documented his own illegal drug use? That is just plain hypocracy. Joe Biden has a reputation as a drunk and regularly appears to be so. The only reason to doubt his active substance abuse is that his appearance may actually be due to brain damage from his two aneurisms.
What if McCain had only married once, and Obama was a divorcee?
That would be a legitimate comparison if the two candidates were the same age. McCains first marriage lasted 16 years and he married Cindy in 1980. That divorce is OLD NEWS. So John and Cindy have been married about 28 years. The Obama’s married in 1992 so they just passed their 16 year mark. No Moral Higher Ground Here!
What if Obama was the one who had military experience that included discipline problems and a record of crashing seven planes?

I am not sure what you mean by that inference, but McCain and Palin both speak way better without a teleprompter and script than Obama does. That is why Obama avoided all those debates with McCain. Right now Berg sits in a fairly good legal position and we need to drive home his case to victory.
Andy Martin’s case is set and he must appear in court in Hawaii on Nov 7. I can bet he will not go back to Hawaii and the case will be dropped. He will claim all kinds of sensationalism.

There are usually between 3 to 10 voters on line in front of me on the poll line at that hour, depending on the candidates and issues on the ballot.
Btw, I’ve seen maybe 7 bumperstickers, one lawn sign, and one window sign for Ono in my pro-O liberal neighborhood. Haven’t seen an McCain, but, I work with rabid republicans and only 1 of 40 has a McC bumpersticker. I think McC voters are in stealth mode due to the Othugandroids.

Dances: I agree. I keep hearing stories like that. Quiet, secret, private McCain supporters. Course I have a big guy friend who wears McCain/ Palin shirts walking around Manhattan. Nobody would mess with him. But, I’ve heard a lot of stories about people being wary to put up McCain signs and bumper stickers.

All of this is reminding me that, since I left home at 16, and traveled whichever way the wind was blowing, it is relatively easy for me to say goodbye to people, no matter how deeply I care for them. I think I’m able to do this because of the feral aspect of my nature, but also because I always carry them in my heart (papercuts and all), regardless of whether I ever see or speak with them again. All of this has been good practice in dealing with the comings and goings of this past year.

I am at the point now I do not know who or what to believe. What I do know is that Obama has lied, cheated, etc. and the media hasn’t done a darn thing. It surely has changed my opinion of the news. After the elections, I will not watch or believe any of them.
I am totally disgusted with the media and the dems. From where I am sitting they are all a bunch of crooks one way or the other….
I have learned a lot while hanging around this web site. For instance, Carter approved a bill that immigrants who turn 65 can stroll down to the social security office and collect social security without putting a penny into the system. Put on my button went to the grocery store, one button on on in my bag and one on my handbag.
The first person who stopped me and asked where she could get one, got the one in my bag…she was for Hillary, now McCain.
