I’m really bothered by Biden’s comments. Why would he say this if it weren’t true? It’s pretty scary considering Nobama will sit down with Iran without preconditions; however, Iran’s preconditions to sit down with the US Pres are:

I’m racking my brain trying to figure out what “generated” national security crisis Biden is referring to that American people are going to be pissed at Bozo about. Bozo sympathizes with Palestians and apparently thinks it’s cool to sit down with Ahmadinejad. It makes me think he sympathizes with Iran also, who is the leader in harboring terrorists, and will pull us out of Iraq, abandon Israel, forcing them to attack Iran or be wiped off the map. Based on Bozo’s idiotic first comments regarding Russia invasion of Georgia, he seems to sympathize with Russia also. Putin is obsessed with overtaking the US in becoming the most powerful country in the world. Not sure what he means really but something big is going to happen and most Americans will be pissed?
Add to this, spreading the wealth, higher taxes, reversing on most all of his previous positions, terrorist connections, nation of Islam connections, blah blah……..I’m not sure how anyone of sane mind can vote for this guy.
On a positive note, I called my uncle, who’s 58, and a die hard blue dog Democrat so he’s never voted Repub in his life. I asked him what he thinks of this crazy election. He says “well, I hate to say it but I will be voting for a Republican for the first time ever.” Wooohooo!

Hey snow. I agree. Some Repubs have told me Biden is pro-Iran. I’m not sure if I believe them. They said his statements regarding something about Israel is going to have to reconcile itself to a nuclear Iran and he gets funds from pro-Iran groups. I don’t know about all that but he has said some suspicious things.

Let’s say Mc Cain takes 5% of the undecided vote and Obama 2%, closing the gap to 50 – 45%. Somehow I don’t think Pennsylvania is a lost cause.
I really hope that Mc Cain continues campaigning in Pensylvania. It could make the difference, if Virginia and Colorado don’t turn around. Sorry for stating the obvious; I just found this somehow encouraging.

I have no doubt that under Obama Israel will be taken for a fall, if noy by by cocessions demanded bt US. After Tony Blair resigned he took a job representing a semi private group of so called agents, or negotiators or something like like…a group of 4 different countries but not officially reps of those countries per se and I remember reading that one of their big deal suggestions was that economic development in Palestine et al would do more to settel the issues in the mid east than anything else: read into that: Globallization financiers want to settle anything and everything by controlling countries through money investment..thus concessions would be demanded re territories and juridictions from Israel previousl unsupported by the Us. If a reporter wants access to the file center–which will be the best place to find Obama officials and spokesmen–be prepared to write a check for $935. The cheapest place a reporter could stand on a riser with a view is $880.
That $935 covers one reporter in a heated file tent, power, cable tv, internet and food. I am told by an Obama spokesman who did not want his name used that this just covers costs and they are not turning a profit on this. The planners could have built in more al a carte options for Grant Park coverage.
This is an outrageous pay to play plan that caters to national elite outlets with deep pockets.

I found this and thought I would share
Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes,it would go something like this:
The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.
The fifth would pay $1.
The sixth would pay $3.
The seventh would pay $7.
The eighth would pay $12.
The ninth would pay $18.
The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.
So, that’s what they decided to do.
The ten men drank in the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve. ‘Since you are all such good customers,’ he said, ‘I’m going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by $20.’ Drinks for the ten now cost just $80.
The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes so the first four men were unaffected. They would still drink for free.
But what about the other six men – the paying customers? How could they divide the $20 windfall so that everyone would get his ‘fair share?’
They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33. But if they subtracted that from everybody’s share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end up being paid to drink his beer. So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man’s bill by roughly the same amount, and he proceeded to work out the amounts each should pay.

The people who pay the highest taxes get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Tax them too much, attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they might start drinking overseas where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier.

Dances – I ( or shall I say , we the Pumas here) paid for 20,000 flyers that were printed in Ohio to cut cost. It was organised and printed in a few days so it was right on time. I wanted to make sure that they had plenty on hand so I decided the best way to make sure, is to make sure.
I spoke to them today asking if they had left overs to let me know, but they said they will be needing them.
They are still talking about the PA trip this weekend so I have not heard anything about this.
Actually, I like to think that they did good because Murphy said that the polls on Monday showed Ohio ahead of Obama. They covered 11 counties in Ohio.
I got a lot of emails from individuals from Ohio asking for flyers as well.
I just heard on CNN that if McCain takes PA, he would be in a good position. I hope the “bitter gun toting good folks” in PA, give Obama something to be bitter about..

I was told to vote for George Bush because this State employee’s relative “was in the armed services and he did not want to serve under Gore, he wanted to serve under Bush”.

Apparently the McCain campaign is having an internal battle on this. I say bring it on. It has to do with Bozo’s mentors, judgment etc so it’s as relevant as Ayers. Just tie it all in together with Farrakan etc. Then add on that the Bozo “change” mantra was proven a joke when he selected Biden, 30 yr senator, as his running mate. Then add on that Bozo is bragging about his Powell endorsement when Bozo’s whole campaign is about against the war and Powell was the prime one who told us to go to war. I had trouble believing this one. Van Susteren on Fox just interviewed the FL attorney general. She reiterated reports that as many as 30,000 felons whose rights had not been reinstated had been registered to vote by ACORN and other Obama agents. The FL AG looked right into the camera and said that they had not had time to address this issue (two weeks to go after four years) and besides, he would ratherv er on the side of letting someone cast an illegal vote than take the chance that someone would be disenfranchised.
People, we are at a cross roads. This election may already have been stolen. Illegal voters do not show-up in polls. The question is how we are going to reclaim our country if Obama and his Thugs do steal the election and take control.

Generally, under the federal rules, if you do not respond to a request for admissions by the date those admissions are due, you are deemed to have admitted to all the requests for admissions. However, the rules also state (Rule 26(f), I believe), that you cannot serve a request for admissions until after the first discovery conference. As far as I know, there has been no discovery conference in the case.
So, it is likely Obama will argue that the request for admissions was in violation of the rules and that no response was required. Berg may counter and try to convince the court that the request was indeed timely.
The rules, as written, are pretty clear in providing that admissions may not be served until after the initial discovery conference. With that said, there may be case law that makes exceptions to the rules. What is strange here, for all the legal talent involved, is why no objection or motion was made by Obama to deal with this up front. Lawyers, being lawyers, always add the belt to the suspenders. It would have been a simple matter to file (1) an objection to the request based on rule 26f, together with (2) a motion to quash or stay the request. You NEVER want to leave any issue open that is subject in any way to judicial discretion.
Given the plethora of pleadings and motions in this case to date, I am shocked that such a simple measure was not pursued. A procedural motion based on the rules would not have required any due diligence into the facts of the case and would not have put the responding lawyers in the position of asserting any facts that could later subject them to sanctions for filing false pleadings. And the objection or motion is a 15 minute exercise.
Any lawyer worth his salt knows that admissions require a response – any response – and that includes objections. For without a response of some sort, you can be deemed to have admitted to every single fact in the request. More than a few cases have gone down the tubes due to the facts of the case being established as a result as a default on the request for admissions.
Obama’s failure to lodge any form of objection or protest to the request is a real head shaker. Why run the risk that the judge will allow the request, if you can dispose of it or address it up front?
This is not a slam dunk for Berg, but it is also a problem for Obama. If the judge rules that they cannot object after the response time has lapsed, or rules on some other basis (e.g., the time sensitive nature of the case somehow required a response), Obama may find himself in the position of having those “admissions” now serving as “facts” in the case – like being born in Kenya, becoming a citizen of Indonesia, etc. If that happens, and Obama has “admitted” he was born outside of the US, it would be pretty clear that he is not qualified to serve as President under the Constitution.
Let’s not forget, though, that Berg has not heard from the judge whether he has standing to contest Obama’s eligibility – if he does not have standing to bring the suit, none of this matters.
The whole thing is about as clear as mud.

We talked to a brother who lives in FL and he said that he has heard that most Floridians are voting for Obama. I told him, through my husband, that was a voter suppression tactic and not to let it keep him from voting. He plans on voting for McCain, I am pleased to announce. Told him not to wait too long as it may get nasty at the polls.

Yes, France, Dutch, and other main land European colonies established trade well before British stepped in. So I am guessing, they brought these from those countries into New Orleans particularly the French Quarters kind. Florida Governor Charlie Crist says the state is investigating whether thousands of felons are on the voting rolls who shouldn’t be.
Last year the state cabinet voted to automatically restore the civil rights of more than 130,000 non-violent offenders.
A recent newspaper investigation found 30,000 felons who are still banned from voting are registered to cast ballots on Election Day.

Demoralizing an opponent is a technique to paralyzed ones mind and decision making. Please don’t fall to that level. Just remember they did to Hillary. I had to skip over some reading to make this post.
To the NOW people: I am one of those mothers and grandmothers who fought for rights and it was never for the right to allow a baby to die after it was born alive.
Choice is up to the woman and then she has to live with it the rest of her life one way or another.
Roe v. Wade is not an issue. It has been settled by the courts and is only a tool some people chose to use.
Women have been fighting for equal pay and yet Obama pays the women in his employ less than men. John McCain pays women equal or better. Obama uses unequal pay for women as a tool even though he has not right to it. But no one calls him on it.
I have never seen worse treatment of women in my life than I have by the Obama campaign, and it’s backers, not only towards Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin, but also towards any woman who has spoken out or written a comment expressing concern about the readiness of Obama to be President.
NOW should be ashamed of itself for supporting Obama.
Country really should be first.
Women who are really looking out for themselves and their family should be looking at the over all issues. When did women become so political that they could not see the real issues?
As a mother and a grandmother, I am not willing to give up my children to a life in a socialist/Marxist country because some women are fooled by Obama.
So I fight to elect McCain/Palin. I know who they are and I have no clue what Obama would do once elected to office since he has never committed to anything other than working at one job to get to another. He may do it again. He just might want to rule the world.

Former CBS anchorman Dan Rather says there is a huge double-standard in the media when it comes to coverage the Barack Obama campaign receives, which is clearly made evident in the lack of scrutiny given to comments Obama’s vice presidential running mate Sen. Joe Biden made earlier this week.
On Sunday, Biden said that electing Obama president will generate “an international crisis” within the first six months of his new administration because America’s enemies will want to test Obama.
Rather, speaking today on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” cable program, told host Joe Scarborough that if Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin had said such a thing about her running mate John McCain, it would be “the top story in every major American paper and on every network.”
Rather says the Obama campaign “can’t be happy” about Biden’s comments and is surprised there haven’t been more political ramifications to Biden’s gaffe.
“Certainly if Sarah Palin had said this, it would be above the fold in most newspapers today,” Rather said. “But let me point out that what happens on the Internet may be as important, or more important, than what’s happening in newspapers,” he added, referring to the spotty mainstream media coverage.
“I’ll be surprised if this doesn’t have a run on the Internet, because if Sarah Palin had said this, the newspapers would have jumped all over it, and so would the major television outlets.”

Say, for example, that you were an Obama supporter who watched the Vice Presidential debate and felt that Palin had done well and was a more effective debater than Biden — though not well enough to change your mind about voting for the Obama-Biden ticket. Immediately afterward you encounter an online poll, asking you to vote on who won the debate. What do you do? I suspect that most, if not nearly all, Obama supporters would lie and still vote in the poll that Biden had won the debate, even though they felt that Palin had in fact defeated him. But why do so? As an Obama supporter, you still want your candidate to win, so that every action you take should revolve around only one question: Will this help Obama win? Probably unconsciously, people assume without really thinking about why, that if enough people say Biden won the debate, then a general consensus will be reached that Biden did win the debate, and as a result some vague category of Americans who up until that point had not been Obama supporters will change their allegiances and in reality vote for Obama-Biden on election day.
The Obama campaign itself also takes advantage of the sympathetic media to construct a facade of inevitability. The campaign will stage-manage crowds and dictate camera angles so that Obama is seen to not only have overwhelming numbers of fans but the correct demographic proportion of fans; the campaign will coordinate Obama appearances to coincide with rock concerts or other festivals so they can point to the huge crowds who showed up to watch Obama; and the media plays right along.
McCain supporters often complain about this strategy by the Left, going to great pains to point out the poll stuffing, the deceptive photos, the crowd overestimation, the slanted media coverage, and so forth. But should conservatives be so concerned? I propose that McCain supporters should be GLAD this is happening — because the Left is in fact making a disastrous strategic blunder.

A substantial portion of the Left’s strategy during this campaign is to create the perception that as many people as possible are supporting Obama. The drive to do this seems almost automatic; it is assumed by Obama’s supporters to be the most effective campaign strategy. It’s so automatic that they perhaps are no longer even aware that it is a strategy. But why? What purpose is possibly served by this behavior? Has anyone on the Left ever paused, stepped back, and asked, “Wait a minute — why are we doing this? Are we sure it’s the correct course of action?” Doing everything possible to inflate the perceived support of Democratic candidates has become so de rigueur that the Left has long ago forgotten why they’re even doing it.

yes….. knee replacement surgery and the pain is sometimes just crazy… don’t get me wrong it’s less and less each day, but stil the 6 weeks of pain and aches gets to me sometimes.
I also have atrial fib… so i think my afib is acting up a bit.. .perhaps talk to the doctor about meds…
I think the generic lasix i take is not working right… getting a lasix prescription… i had to double up on my furosemide and lost 7 lbs in 2 days… its been crazy..

Original suit from Berg V Obama in Federal court; Steve Marquiz (kez) modified suit to target WA Sec. of State (chief elections official for WA) to demand WA SoS receive copy of BC; I modified Marquiz v Reed for CA and figured out which changes had to be made so this could be filed in each state; recruiting efforts for localizing to other states has been done through obamacrimes.com
The document is a demand through lawsuit against each state’s chief elections official to get a copy of the Vault BC from Hawaii and any additional hospital documents attesting to Obama’s birth.
Since our federal laws are national, the majority of the document is the same for all states. Each state does require some effort to localize to state statutes and chief elections official is properly named. The complaint template is designed specifically to allow for easy identification of what needs changed and so that it can be filed in most jurisdictions.
The work needed to research for each state can be done by an average person in a day and probably filed the next day. What you need to know is who is your state-wide elections official, how are candidates placed on the ballot, and what legal mechanism must the candidate do to provide the state-wide elections official with credentials (proof of US citizenship by natural birth).
States with prepared documents are CAlifornia, Texas, and Florida. Ohio is pending and very murky. I do not have any other states prepared – and Washington State document is not court ready. I am going to ask for volunteers to help prepare documents for other states so that we can get as many as quickly as possible. There is obviously work for all states and some states may deny based on local time rules as the election is so very close upon us; it may be possible to get this going in every state by the end of the week.
If you are capable of producing a document even just for your state, I would be glad to host a copy at my own website for further redistribution to as many as possible.
It may very well be possible to get enough challenges filed that we not only grind this election to a halt, but that we succeed in removing Obama from those same ballots.
To join an existing filing you will need to provide your name, address, phone, and signature. This can be emailed to me for distribution to the person who is handling that state filing. I am making best effort to keep this organized so that we can surge individual states with existing filings.
Arizona Voters: I will be preparing your state’s document tonight, late. You have the biggest piece of the puzzle to force Obama’s hand. Your state requires a candidate to produce an affidavit of candidacy stating they meet USC qualifications. We can use this to corner Obama to validate his affidavit.

Why would it take more then one tape to record a conversation. This is a hoax. Don’t put anything behind it. It is much better to spend our time getting the vote out. Am following Va pretty close ’cause I live here. Nobo to be in Richmond today at the Richmond Coliseum…holds about 13,500 people. Palin was here a few weeks back and between 20,000 to 25,000 showed up..I was one of them!! Another interesting thing…morning news on CH 12 had people already waiting in line…all AA’s, just reverse of the Palin rally.
OK so as long as I have been around…I don’t know how the media knows how many people are watching a particular TV program. Like the Palin SNL skit…how did they know 14.7 million watched……is it just an extrapolation from the Neilsen viewers? Can they tell I barely watch CNN anymore and since I have Dish can they tell when I occasionally flip over there?…even though I don’t stay on long. Just curious. I live in Northeast Ohio but listen to a radio station in Erie PA called Star 104. I just phoned the station live on air and asked Craig and Jessica how they felt about being called Rednecks by Murtha. Craig said “no, we’re racists”. I said, not anymore, your now “rednecks”. I asked if that was going to carry over to NE Ohio. I told Craig that I knew he was a redneck via his own admission but the rest of Erie? Then of course, I plugged FOX news, told them that I was listening to it right now and they were the only fair and balanced news station! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee! Jessica said, well, now we all know and thanked me for the call. They will call out Murtha on this!
I will send it to them, but what is their email address? I have Hannity’s and O’reilly’s, but not Fox in general.
There’s all kinds of assumption NObama will win, pollsters have not mentioned in their polls 16% of Democrats will stay at home or not vote at all if Nobama is the nominee for the Democratic Party. John McCain, the Republican presidential candidate, on Tuesday spent the day on a three-stop tour of Pennsylvania in the latest sign of the uphill struggle he faces in overcoming Barack Obama’s opinion poll lead in the race to the White House.
Republican strategists are gambling that a long-shot Republican victory in the Democratic state could help offset losses of bastions elsewhere. By contrast, Mr Obama, who is taking 36 hours off later this week to visit his ill grandmother in Hawaii, has several paths to victory, helped by a national lead most recent opinion polls put at between four and 14 points.
But beneath the polls’ unanimous message that Mr Obama is winning with less than two weeks remaining, the different surveys convey contrasting messages and, professionals readily admit, are unusually open to doubt.
Republicans hope that could make the difference between a race in which the outcome is a foregone conclusion and one in which Mr McCain has realistic hopes of coming back in places such as Pennsylvania, where Mr Obama enjoys a double-digit lead.
Mr Obama’s lead now averages 6.9 percentage points, according to the RealClearPolitics website, which aggregates polling data, but there is a wide range between different surveys – one outlying poll this week gave him a mere one-point edge. Such divergences reflect differences in methodology between rival pollsters as they grapple with uncertainties that make this year’s election unusually hard to predict. “It’s driving us all insane,” says Matt Towery, chairman of Insider Advantage, an Atlanta-based polling company. “Anybody who says they have the right model for this election is a liar because nobody knows for sure.”
For a poll to be useful, its sample must match as closely as possible the demographic make-up of the voting population. This year, however, the traditional rules have been thrown into confusion by Mr Obama’s efforts to mobilise two groups that have been under-represented in previous elections: young people and African-Americans.
An aggressive registration drive by the Obama campaign and its allies has added millions to the electoral roll, but it remains uncertain how many will take part in the election.
Those polls giving Mr Obama his biggest lead, such as the CBS/New York Times polls that have shown him with a 13-14 point margin over the past two weeks, tend to be based on the most generous assumptions of higher Democratic turnout.
Polls that depict a tighter race, such as Reuters/Zogby and Rasmussen, which have consistently put Mr Obama’s lead in the low to mid-single digits, tend to be based on more conservative models that assume less change from previous elections.
Gallup, one of the most respected pollsters, has acknowledged the uncertainty by offering two separate estimates of likely voters in its daily tracking poll.
One takes into account past voting behaviour; the other uses estimates of an “expanded” turnout, so adding to Mr Obama’s lead.
Mr Towery says there are already signs of increased turnout by young people and African-Americans in several states where early voting is under way, a message underscored by long queues this week at voting booths in Florida and elsewhere.
Uncertainty remains about how many voters will support a black candidate, and polls typically narrow in the closing stages of US elections.
But Mr Obama has the strongest sustained lead any candidate has enjoyed for 12 years and is also bolstered by leads in many of the individual battleground states, such as Pennsylvania, that outperform his position in the national surveys.
“We know for sure that this election is going to be different,” he says. “The question is: how different?”

I couldn’t believe how much time the Joe in the Morning show has spent discussing Palin’s wardrobe this morning. That all male panel (except for the one woman) are having a great time picking the clothes wardrobe budget story apart. You can see by their grins that to them this is big fun. Why they would think that clothes are more important to discuss than what Biden said recently – makes no sense to me.
Like Sarah Palin asked on her recent CNN interview – why does Biden keep getting a pass by the msm? I was really frustrated to hear that some networks didn’t even play the footage showing Biden saying his quote about BO. The fact that they can manipulate the news so deliberately is terrible.
BO’s campaign will do anything & everything to get others to provide a different news story to take the focus off of the big-time blunder Biden made recently. So they throw out new stories to focus the blogs & news channels into talking about something else.
First the story is that BO’s going to Hawaii & MO will be on the campaign trail. And then Palin’s travel expenses in Alaska for her family. And now Palin’s wardrobe costs. They will push any story at us – in hopes of getting us off the real stories.
We have to make sure the focus stays on BO & Biden and not fall into the trap of debating these other stories planted to take the spotlight off of B0 & Biden.

Polls are trending for Mc Cain in most battleground states despite what the media says. If Mc Cain can close the gap in Virginia, Colorado and Pennsylvania he has a shot. I am basing this on past history where actual voting was closer than polling and also this Bradley effect people keep talking about.

Right now Obama leads in polling in Virginia and Colorado by 5 -6 %. In Pennsylvania, Obama leads by 8%. If Mc Cain doesn’t win Pennsylvania, he needs to win both Colorado and Virginia. Considering the Bradley effect, he needs to reduce the gaps to 3% or less.

The bias in the polls that I have documented on Gallup appears to be systemic and I would estimate it to be around 5 points in the spread between McCain and BO. For Gallup, drop BO 3 and raise McCain by 2.
A systemic bias may or may not be intentional. For instance, maybe more Republicans screan their call and do not answer unknown numbers. Maybe Democrats have more phone numbers. I effectively have three.
On the other hand, if you have alot of money and friends who own telecommunications corporations then you could buy up alot of unassigned phone numbers. These could be directed to a call center or, if you have a database of supporters for one of the candidates, you could redirect the calls to them.
You can see in the expenditures of each candidate, who is spending money on polling and telemarketing. The gross numbers are up on http://www.opensecrets.org, but I so not believe they have assimilated the details of the September FEC reports yet. Still, the numbers are impressive.

Phil Berg is a friend of mine over 10 years now. I brought these questions to Phil about Obama’s birth certificate after my own personal research. Of all the lawyers I know, and I know more than enough, I came to Phil because he’s what I think a good lawyer should be and far too many aren’t any longer. Phil works around the clock to bring justice where there is none. Phil is the one lawyer I know in this entire country who has the courage and guts to stand up to a corrupt system. There are rogue elements wthin the Democratic Party (and GOP too) that have taken over. The rogue elements cares about one thing – winning. These rogue elements have no integrity, or respect for even our own Constitution.
We have to take back control of our parties and our country. If we aren’t willing to stop these runaway freight train type elements, pushing unacceptable candidates (and now we know Obama isn’t even a legal citizen), then this country is lost. People like Phil, his assistant and myself are putting put country before party
Far too many people are married to a party system that is every bit as abusive as a batterer is to his wife and/or family. They have become bullies. They beat the grassroots members into accepting what these elements dictate. They have taken over the leadership of the parties and forced their own agendas on the rest of us. Winning is not always good, if we are willing to win by any means: lying, cheating and killing the soul of the party in the process. We have to start weeding out the corruption from within. If we fail to clean up this horrific mess (and Republicans ought to be doing it too), then the parties cease to have a reason to continue and must be replaced.
When people put party before country, then we are in deep trouble because it becomes all about winning and nothing about what it claims to stand for – We the People. We have to draw the line in the sand somewhere along the way. The line in the sand for us means they must not violate the Constitution! There can be no more important reason for stopping Obama than upholding and defending the Constitution. If people can’t get behind that, then they are as bad as the corrupt rogue elements of either party. I won’t support the DNC with an illegal alien as their forced chocie for the nominee. If Obama is allowed to stay on the ballot we are definitely headed for a Constitutional crisis and with it, a Civil War. This MUST NOT be allowed to happen. No patrioitic American should be willing to sit by and let this happen. It is the sounding of the death knell of our country as we know it and the last obstacle into corrupting us into a North American Union. Pelosi, Dean, Feinstein, and the rest of them who are doing nothing about these crimes ought to be tried for treason. We aren’t letting them off the hook. Feinstein, Pelosi and Dean are the primary responsible traitors to our country. And the msm pushing Obama and not reporting this story are JUST AS GUILTY OF TREASON as anyone in either party who are not helping us stop this.

The best way to stop Obama is to force the Sec of State to get Obamas birth certificate or take him off the ballot. The SOS of each state has responsibility and power to check the candidates.
These lawsuits are all set up by friends of Berg as they work together. You can get the lawsuit all set up and you simply go down to your courthouse and file the suit.

I don’t pay attention to polls anymore, I remember in 2004 Kerry was double digit ahead of Bush and lost, in 2000 Gore was the winner according to polls until all votes were tallied.
I was polled by Gallup (phone) in 2000 and 2004 election, I told them I was voting for GOP even though my vote goes to Gore and Kerry. Gallup reported Gore and Kerry will win in general election, they both lost.
Pollsters don’t come for free, somebody has to pay them to do it, that’s how they make money. My best friend living in Sydney is a media consultant, she told me polls are always slanted, it favors whoever pays for the said poll to be taken. It will always give a positive result outcome whoever pays for it. None of these pollsters mention who paid them to do polls. Somebody is paying for it, it cost money to do polls by thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. That’s how Rasmussen, Gallup, Survey USA, Zogby and others are making money. People who work for polling companies are supposed to “neutral” when they take polls, usually these people are paid minimum wage to make phone calls, they can change the outcome of polls they’re doing.
I’ve just received email from HillPAC, asking me to donate money to the Democratic Party which I find laughable. It was a letter from Hillary. The Democratic Party have become a joke this year, blatant corruption out in the open. This Democrat will never go back to the Democratic Party again, I’ll remain independent voter from here on out.

I have always found the AOL straw poll to be the most accurate internet poll. The users that participate are comprised of 300,000 to 500,000 people from all walks of life, male/female, dems/reps.
This poll has always shown McCain winning by a huge amount. A few weeks ago I stopped participating in the poll because the Bots finally got to it. I saw it being hacked into right before my eyes. As I refreshed the page the numbers were being manipulated. We all know that the Bots have been hacking and manipulating all internet polls.
WELL….AOL has put new security in and once again the poll shows McCain winning 55% to 43% so far with just under 175,000 votes. It also shows McCain taking 428 to 110 electoral votes.
AOL straw poll has been correct in the last 3 elections. These numbers fit more in line with what we all know. McCain’s campaign has realized the polls are being fudged. He has been basing his strategy on the polls and normally would have given up on PA, but they are on to the Bots now.

Reason I ask is because I was/am reading the morning paper & a review of the New Kids? on the Block revival/reunion concert here in the Twin Cities that happened last nite. What does MILF mean? I don’t have kids so can’t ask them & someone brought this up before but I just skimmed the thread so may have missed the explanation. Reason I ask is because I was/am reading the morning paper & a review of the New Kids? on the Block revival/reunion concert here in the Twin Cities that happened last nite. Guys, McCain is going to win. Obama is only up by a few points. If Hillary had been here with us, she would have been up 20-30 points and it would be a done deal. Obama has struggled to keep 50% most of the time. The polls are BS. I don’t know anyone with a brain who is voting for Obama. My whole family included and a lot of Hillary Dems. I don’t care what AnninCa says…it WILL be the end of AMERICA if Obama cheats and frauds the system enough to get elected. We know that. And, finally, in the homestretch I think America knows it. It’s a tight race, but I believe that all of us who have literally gotten on our knees and prayed for God to show mercy and save America will be rewarded. It would be too much of a shame not to see the McCain/Palin ticket go to DC and rid it of the trash. I am going to Nevada to do precinct walks on November 1 and 2. I am also joining a CA lawsuit like Berg’s, although Deborah Bowen the SOS seems to be in Obama’s pocket, bought and paid for. We can all only do what we can in our little corners of the world. But there are a TON of us who love America and WILL NOT hand the keys to the Kingdom to Obama. The thought of that is way too painful for any normal, decent, hardworking American who care about the safety, security and prosperity of his or her family. PERIOD.

As a Utah resident and registered voter, I want to make you aware that the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration, of which you are the Ranking Member, has been named as a defendant in the case of Berg vs Obama, et al, Civil Action No: 08-cv-04083 in the District Court of Eastern Pennsylvania.

It is my understanding that this committee has the responsibility to ensure that Senator Obama is, in fact, constitutionally eligible to be president of the United States. Evidence is mounting to suggest that Senator Obama has falsified his affidavits of eligibility that he submitted when running for the Senate as well as for the Presidency. In his civil action, Mr. Berg also has evidence to suggest that Senator Obama is, in fact, not a natural born citizen of the United States and may, in fact, have lost his citizenship at the time his Indonesian stepfather adopted him.
According to Rule 36 of the court, since neither Obama nor the Democratic National Committee have responded to the request for documentation by the 30 day time limit to respond, Senator Obama and the DNC have in essence admitted to all of the statements made by Mr. Berg. These statements read that Senator Obama is not a U.S. born citizen and therefore not qualified to be President of the United States as required in our U. S. Constitution.
Therefore, I am asking that the Senator Committee on Rules and Administration officially disqualify Mr. Obama from the General Election and void all ballots with his name on it. America cannot afford a Constitutional crisis if this issue is not immediately addressed.
Someone in our government must take responsibility for this horrible situation we are in. It appears that no one wants to do the job. Millions of Americans are fed up with this “pass the buck” attitude in Congress and throughout the political arena. Please reconfirm my faith in you by addressing this issue. Thank you.

Apparently there is something about Sarah Palin that causes some people to think of her as either the best of candidates or the worst of candidates. She draws enthusiastic crowds and provokes visceral hostility in the media.
The issue that is raised most often is her relative lack of experience and the fact that she would be “a heartbeat away from the presidency” if Senator John McCain were elected. But Barack Obama has even less experience– none in an executive capacity– and his would itself be the heartbeat of the presidency if he were elected.
Sarah Palin’s record is on the record, while whole years of Barack Obama’s life are engulfed in fog, and he has had to explain away one after another of the astounding and vile people he has not merely “associated” with but has had political alliances with, and to whom he has directed the taxpayers’ money and other money.
Sarah Palin has had executive experience– and the White House is the executive branch of government. We don’t have to judge her by her rhetoric because she has a record.
We don’t know what Barack Obama will actually do because he has actually done very little for which he was personally accountable. Even as a state legislator, he voted “present” innumerable times instead of taking a stand one way or the other on tough issues.
“Clean up the mess in Washington”? He was part of the mess in Chicago and lined up with the Daley machine against reformers.
He is also part of the mess in Washington, not only with numerous earmarks, but also as the Senate’s second largest recipient of money from Fannie Mae, and someone whose campaign has this year sought the advice of disgraced former Fannie Mae CEO Franklin Raines, who was at the heart of the subprime crisis.
Why then the enthusiasm for Obama and the hostility to Sarah Palin in the media?
One reason of course is that Senator Obama is ideologically much closer to the views of the media than is Governor Palin. But there is more than that. There are other conservative politicians who do not evoke such anger, spite and hate.
Sarah Palin is the one real outsider among the four candidates for the presidency and vice-presidency on the Republican and Democratic tickets. Her whole career has been spent outside the Washington Beltway.
More than that, her whole life has been outside the realm familiar to the intelligentsia of the media. She didn’t go to the big-name colleges and imbibe the heady atmosphere that leaves so many feeling that they are special folks. She doesn’t talk the way they talk or think the way they think.
Worse yet, from the media’s perspective, Sarah Palin does not seek their Good Housekeeping seal of approval.
Much is made of Senator Joe Biden’s “experience.” But Frederick the Great said that experience matters only when valid conclusions are drawn from it.
Senator Biden’s “experience” has been a long history of being on the wrong side of issue after issue in foreign policy. He was one of those Senators who voted to pull the plug on financial aid to South Vietnam, which was still defending itself from Communist invaders after the pullout of American troops.
Biden opposed Ronald Reagan’s military buildup that helped win the Cold War. He opposed the surge in Iraq last year.
Sarah Palin will not be ready to become President of the United States on the first day that she and John McCain take office. Nobody is.
But being Vice President is a job that can allow a lot of time for studying, and everything about Governor Palin’s career says that she is a bright gal with her head on straight. The country needs that far more than it needs people with glib answers to media “gotcha” questions.
Whatever the shortcomings of John McCain and Sarah Palin, they are people whose values are the values of this nation, whose loyalty and dedication to this country’s fundamental institutions are beyond question because they have not spent decades working with people who hate America. Nor are they people whose judgments have been proved wrong consistently during decades of Beltway “experience.”

I think you’re both correct. With the tenor of this election and should McCain win, I really think that the urban areas may see quite a bit of violence… it’s scary that our elections may start to seem like those in 3rd world nations. This election, more than any other, has the ability to cause a great divide in this nation between those who have drunk the kool-aid and those who have not.
Additionally, the MSM will be out there fueling the riots I fear. In our efforts to “STOP OBAMA”, we have to be strong together.
However, should Obama win–God Forbid–we will see change like we never wanted and the MSM will be right behind him, doing their best brainwashing of the American people and we will never hear another opinion or disagreement….my opinion.
It is a sad day in America when you are afraid to go out the day after the election. This talk about getting into someone’s face has provoked many many to do just that, prime example, the incident in CO when Sara Palin’s motorcade went pass, what was the necessity of that incident, it did not make any type of rational sense for mature adults(didnot appear to be young adults in that group) to behave in that manner. Are we encountering a version of the body snatchers, a move into the twilight zone; it appears that way sometimes. Image what the rest of the world thinks of America today based upon this hysterial?

I live in the city. It is getting weird here. No one has signs out like they usually do. I live in New ork State, there are always dem signs everywhere. Nothing. Creepy.
I just called and requested a refund of my contributions to the Hillary campaign. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that only contributions to the general election would be refunded, not contributions to the primary election. I explained to her that I was requesting a refund as a protest to the fact that Hillary is campaigning actively for Obama and that I was supporting Hillary in the primary, precisely because I did not want Obama to win the nomination. She was very polite but seemed to be in a hurry to get off the phone. It sounded as though the request for a refund was not a shock to her, so I imagine they’ve received enough requests to make an impression.
I am really sorry to have to make that call, but I wanted my voice to be heard. I also think it’s strange to refund only general election contributions, because if you contributed afer the nomination you had to know that Hillary was going to stump for the Evil One. It was before the nomination that you would have expected her NOT to be so active in supporting him. Really, though, it is definitely not about the money. I told the lady that even if she couldn’t send me a refund, I wanted the information sent forward that this was a protest move on my part.

I will consider supporting Hillary with a contribution in the future if the opportunity arises and if BO is not in the picture.
