- Fast foods (under the ordering speaker)
Indoors:
- Bulletin boards (activity centers, fitness centers, grocery outlets, Laundromats etc.)

- Bathrooms and port-a-potties (stalls inside door)
- Highway Rest stops
- Info racks in Welcome Centers, Hotels and Motels
- Shelves at grocery stores, pharmacies etc.

- I like to tell sympathetic Anti Obama people that I leave flyers around. A lot of them get curious and some tell me they want to do that too… I have recruited 18 year olds to 70 something year old’s… (from Freddie)
Things to bring with you while out distributing flyers:
- Rolls of scotch tape
- Other stickers (such as with Nobama or Vote McCain/Palin on it)

Prepare yourself before distributing flyers
Distributing Flyers in the Community:
One of the best ways to get to know your community and the small business people, is to distribute your flyers at stores, restaurants, convenience stores, laundromats, bars, etc.
Distributing Flyers in the Streets:
One of the easiest ways to “get your feet wet” is distributing flyers at events, parades, etc., interacting with the public in a non threatening way. This is by no means easy but you know the adage, blood, sweat and tears will apply. If you are shy, there are many other ways that don’t require face to face interaction.
Do not waste your time engaging Obots. You will not get anywhere. Focus on why you are doing this. If you do it with confidence, no one will question you – normally.
Rule One: Never distribute flyers alone. Always go in pairs. This is for safety, and for practical reasons.
Rule Two: Blend in with the community in your appearance and demeanor. If the community you are targeting is a college campus, send your young, college age members, dressed accordingly. If the community is working class, don’t wear a suit. Be clean, friendly, non confrontational, and smile like you’re having fun!
Rule Three: Position yourself to hand out the maximum number of flyers with a minimum of disturbance. Don’t block sidewalks, stay to the side. Hold the flyer out, let folks take it. NEVER press flyers on anyone. If someone doesn’t want a flyer, refuses it or hands it back, no problem. Smile but don’t slow down nor get in a conversation, just continue handing out flyers.
Rule Four: Repeat! Don’t argue, don’t discuss, don’t explain and don’t turn around and go back. Hand out flyers. If engaged in conversation, you can’t hand out flyers
Rule Five: Know your 1st Amendment rights & exercise them. You have the right to hand out flyers on any public sidewalk, park, or right of way. You do not have to obtain any kind of permit to do so. However, you need to decide in advance, what action(s) you want to take if confronted by the police. Unless you are breaking the law, no one is going to arrest you for handing out flyers.

Well, some of us were saying during the primaries that if Obama “won” the nomination, the Republicans would crush him, and other similar terms. How wrong we were. Just where are the Republicans? Where would they be without us and similar groups?
You guys are really scaring me. I’m almost beginning to be happy that at the age of 82 I won’t be around that long to see the destruction of America as we know it. But what about your children and grandchildren?

Ohio supposedly had 600,000 new voters registered when the state had a 100,000 decrease in population. I saw the same day register and vote failed to promote big numbers for Obot. He targeted homeless shelters and universities. No offense but these particular groups are not always active. The college students may voice opinions but when it comes down to voting the polls show they don’t show up in the numbers you would expect.
I am thrilled the federal court has ordered Sec. of State Jennifer Brunner to verify voter registerations that took place. I live in Ohio and I don’t want my state to be in a controversy in this election.
Murphy is really making me want to hand out flyers. The problem that I see is that I live in Millard District, suburban Omaha. It is difficult to find a Democrat around. However, the manager of our local supermarket is a Democrat, an ex Marine who says there is no way that Obama could be in the Senate without strict security clearance. He is a very imposing presence and while we have had many conversations I would be immediately suspected of leaving flyers around the store and he would not be happy.

Good Morning everyone. I just got back from my stealth Puma operation for this morning. My hubby left for work at 3 am, so I had lots of time on my hands
I went to every 24 hour grocery store, wallgreens etc. I put flyers in the magazine racks. Also in the entryways they have those free paper racks with the employment papers, apartment finder papers etc. I put a flyer in each one! then since it was still dark out, I drove through all the neighborhoods with barney signs and got the red paint out
I must say, the neighborhoods look a lot better now 
Now I am back in time for my grandsons’ football game. It is on dtv 603. Whoooo Hooooo. He got ivy league rookie of the week last week! I am a proud Puma Nana!

CHICAGO (AP) – Jailed political fundraiser Antoin “Tony” Rezko, the Chicago real estate developer who helped launch Barack Obama on his political career, is whispering secrets to federal prosecutors about corruption in Illinois and the political fallout could be explosive.
Rezko also was friendly with Obama – offering him a job when he finished law school, funding his earliest political campaigns and purchasing a lot next to his house. But based on the known facts, charges so far and testimony at Rezko’s trial, there’s no indication there’ll be an October surprise that could hurt the Democratic presidential nominee – even though Rezko says prosecutors are pressing him for dirt about Obama.
“They never would have delayed the sentencing if he weren’t talking – it’s proof positive,” said Jay Stewart, executive director of the Better Government Association of Chicago.

I do not like Dick Morris but he said something on H&C last night that told the truth about this election despite what the polls say. The people I am trying to get through to are the people who are democrats and can not or will not cross party line they think it is a SIN to do so. I had a strong democrat friend over yesterday. She accused me of being stubborn and putting her down for voting for Obama…sometimes I think they are just mad that he is all they have, i really do.
I told my friend by the way, I apologize for making you feel that way. And I know that most democrats believe it’s “their time” their turn after 8 years of Bush, but I am not just voting Republican, Im voting for the man I can trust….not someone with so much baggage. what i can tell you is i have monitored the corpmedia worldwide for BO “progressives” in the USA for some years, but stopped about six months before this campaign began because i suddenly realised they weren’t really progressives, if you know what i mean.

like many of you, i also stopped reading kos, du, tpm, raw, bradblog, thinkprogress, americablog, huffpo, long before the walkout. but i cannot tell you how good it made me feel when the walkout occurred. it helped me regain my faith in thinking dems.
however, i’ve monitored all the media during the campaign and realised the fix was in early on as all the rightwing corpmedia worldwide was with BO from the very start. BBC is one of the worst offenders. if you search their archives you will find nothing positive about mccain, in fact very little reporting on his campaign at all. search BO and you will find hundreds of glowing articles and multiple endorsements by celebs, yet very little on policies.
i still cannot believe a majority of dem voters over 30 would vote for BO, so the amount of fraud necessary is huge. the polls have been faked and the corpmedia has a lot of input in calling the elections, so here’s wishing you strength and courage as you enter the final straight. get the reformers in the white house and then demand reform of the corpmedia, the elections and the financial system. good luck to you all.

My thoughts seem to be chaotic some days. It is hard to be an invomved democrat one day and a McCain supporter the next. My mind is rattled. My conscience has been searched and researched. My loyalties have been shaken.
I remember back when Kerry was running. The word went out for a number of days that Kerry was trying to get John McCain to be his running mate. Some reporter asked McCain if he was considering a run with Kerry. He replied that even though it was a flattering notion, he would pass. This sticks in my mind in a way that I think of it daily.
Back then I remember telling a friend that McCain was going to be hard to beat up against any Democrat come 2008. That was because McCain has the respect of the country, and has been such a friend to the democrats.
I am reassured by John McCain’s presence. Though he wears the republican label, he is a good man. If it were any other republican, I would be even more petrified than I am now.

A retired Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice says that she is “not confident we can get a fair election” in the state come November.
Justice Sandra Newman, accompanied by Dauphin County District Attorney Edward Marsico and Pennsylvania Republican State Chairman Robert Gleason, expressed her concerns at a Harrisburg press conference this morning. A thick document replete with photo copies of phony registrations and aerial shots of vacant lots used as “addresses” for “voters” was handed out to journalists.
Gleason was even more explicit.
“Between March 23rd and October 1st, various groups, including ACORN, submitted over 252,595 registrations to the Philadelphia County Election Board” with 57, 435 rejected for faulty information. “Most of these registrations were submitted by ACORN, and rejected due to fake social security numbers, incorrect dates of birth, clearly fraudulent signatures, addresses that do not exist, and duplicate registrations. In one case, a man was registered to vote more than 15 times since the Primary election.

Good morning: I am wondering if we should request from bush that the election be postponed until they can investigate all these accusations re obama?
At the risk of being censored, I would like to remind the persons who find it almost impossible to vote for a republican, that Both Kerry and Gore could possibly have won if it hadn’t been so many persons voting for a 3rd party candidate. 3rd party candidates still remain a threat, but if we add any fuel to that we may help elect OBAMA thus defeating our present goal.
I voted yesterday, for the first time in my long life, for a Republican. Do not think that it was an easy choice. But the alternative was so frightening that I was able to do it with a certain amount of peace. That is what we want for all our PUMAS, to be at peace with their choice.

They do not research the candiates. They are only going on “peer pressure” and are very much in the tank for the o factor. They need to be reached. I too have been going to the local university and handing out flyers and trying to talk to these youngsters. You can put flyers in the guidence centers, the dorms, cafeteria etc.

Here in NM, voter fraud has been huge since 2000, when in my opinion we had a coup d’état via computer technology and blatant ballot fraud. Whatever shadow power took control then is not about to relinquish that power now.
I am working the polls this time and we are now being contacted for special self protection training and voter protection strategies prior to election day.
Acorn has been rampantly active here. We have run tests on the voting machines and they are continually coming up with inaccurate info in guess who’s favor?

I don’t know how Mccain can pull this out unless something like the Whitie Tape surfaces. If what I heard about it, and it’s true then the media has a big choice to make. If they sit on it, and don’t report it and it comes out some day, will you ever believe the press again, if they do report it then what might happen. We have a right to hear this tape and make our own choices. To bad we can’t get the tape ourselves and forget the press.

My suggestion is that you can swap your email list with someone here that you are familiar with.

Compose the body of the email. Attach a list of your reciepients in an excel format (just put everything in a column) It should take very little time if you have only

Just got back home distributing flyers, from sticking them on windshield to signalling the driver inside his car to roll down his window so I can give him a flyer which he accepted right away with a smile. Of course I was wearing my button while doing it.
I have 5 flyers left. I left flyers to stores I know after talking to the owner put flyers right where people can see it right away and pick up a copy. I started early, 6AM, driving around like a crazy PUMA. I love it!

Voter Fraud I’ve been posting online where bots go. I am stating that here in Texas, if a voter sends in an absentee ballot and then votes in the polls, it is a minimum of 1 year imprisonment. I remember early on when McCain first clinched the nomination the 527′s came out and said publicly they would not be “playing” this year. I think they weren’t that keen on McCain. In light of the alternatives I would think they’d me moved to reverse their decision. Even James Dobson reversed his first statements and decided this one was too important to sit out, even though he initially had reservations about McCain and would not vote for president. Is there something we can do to get other 527′s involved? I dunno how all that works and time is short.

I agree. I know we are all concerned and have been working hard for many months for Hillary and now for McCain. We have researched BO for many, many months and know that he is a danger to this country. It is so frustrating to see the media NOT do its job. I can find many positive things to say about McCain/Palin. I don’t agree with all of their policies, but I TRUST them at the helm of this country. I CANNOT say that for Obama. One thing more about the GOP $$ they have been collecting. I do know they have a compliance fund to use for legal fees, etc. that won’t take away from using McCain’s campaign money. The legal fees have to be expensive since this voter fraud is rampant all over the U.S. They had to even send lawyers to Alaska since BO sent 30 lawyers up there to attack Sarah. Lawyers and legal fees add up. I bet that’s where some of the GOP money is going. I also think they have something planned that is yet to come that they need the money for.

NEW YORK – Trillions in stock market value — gone. Trillions in retirement savings — gone. A huge chunk of the money you paid for your house, the money you’re saving for college, the money your boss needs to make payroll — gone, gone, gone.

Whether you’re a stock broker or Joe Six-pack, if you have a 401(k), a mutual fund or a college savings plan, tumbling stock markets and sagging home prices mean you’ve lost a whole lot of the money that was right there on your account statements just a few months ago.
But if you no longer have that money, who does? The fat cats on Wall Street? Some oil baron in Saudi Arabia? The government of China?
Or is it just — gone?
If you’re looking to track down your missing money — figure out who has it now, maybe ask to have it back — you might be disappointed to learn that is was never really money in the first place.
Robert Shiller, an economist at Yale, puts it bluntly: The notion that you lose a pile of money whenever the stock market tanks is a “fallacy.” He says the price of a stock has never been the same thing as money — it’s simply the “best guess” of what the stock is worth.
“It’s in people’s minds,” Shiller explains. “We’re just recording a measure of what people think the stock market is worth. What the people who are willing to trade today — who are very, very few people — are actually trading at. So we’re just extrapolating that and thinking, well, maybe that’s what everyone thinks it’s worth.”
Shiller uses the example of an appraiser who values a house at $350,000, a week after saying it was worth $400,000.
“In a sense, $50,000 just disappeared when he said that,” he said. “But it’s all in the mind.”
Though something, of course, is disappearing as markets and real estate values tumble. Even if a share of stock you own isn’t a wad of bills in your wallet, even if the value of your home isn’t something you can redeem at will, surely you can lose potential money — that is, the money that would be yours to spend if you sold your house or emptied out your mutual funds right now.
And if you’re a few months away from retirement, or hoping to sell your house and buy a smaller one to help pay for your kid’s college tuition, this “potential money” is something you’re counting on to get by. For people who need cash and need it now, this is as real as money gets, whether or not it meets the technical definition of the word.
Still, you run into trouble when you think of that potential money as being the same thing as the cash in your purse or your checking account.
“That’s a big mistake,” says Dale Jorgenson, an economics professor at Harvard.
There’s a key distinction here: While the money in your pocket is unlikely to just vanish into thin air, the money you could have had, if only you’d sold your house or drained your stock-heavy mutual funds a year ago, most certainly can.
“You can’t enjoy the benefits of your 401(k) if it’s disappeared,” Jorgenson explains. “If you had it all in financial stocks and they’ve all gone down by 80 percent — sorry! That is a permanent loss because those folks aren’t coming back. We’re gonna have a huge shrinkage in the financial sector.”
There was a time when nobody had to wonder what happened to the money they used to have. Until paper money was developed in China around the ninth century, money was something solid that had actual value — like a gold coin that was worth whatever that amount of gold was worth, according to Douglas Mudd, curator of the American Numismatic Association’s Money Museum in Denver.
Back then, if the money you once had was suddenly gone, there was a simple reason — you spent it, someone stole it, you dropped it in a field somewhere, or maybe a tornado or some other disaster struck wherever you last put it down.
But these days, a lot of things that have monetary value can’t be held in your hand.
If you choose, you can pour most of your money into stocks and track their value in real time on a computer screen, confident that you’ll get good money for them when you decide to sell. And you won’t be alone — staring at millions of computer screens are other investors who share your confidence that the value of their portfolios will hold up.
But that collective confidence, Jorgenson says, is gone. And when confidence is drained out of a financial system, a lot of investors will decide to sell at any price, and a big chunk of that money you thought your investments were worth simply goes away.
If you once thought your investment portfolio was as good as a suitcase full of twenties, you might suddenly suspect that it’s not.
In the process, of course, you’re losing wealth. But does that mean someone else must be gaining it? Does the world have some fixed amount of wealth that shifts between people, nations and institutions with the ebb and flow of the economy?
Jorgenson says no — the amount of wealth in the world “simply decreases in a situation like this.” And he cautions against assuming that your investment losses mean a gain for someone else — like wealthy stock speculators who try to make money by betting that the market will drop.
“Those folks in general have been losing their shirts at a prodigious rate,” he said. “They took a big risk and now they’re suffering from the consequences.”
“Of course, they had a great life, as long as it lasted.”

In the context of the challenges we PUMAs have faced lately , I think we should continue to look within ourselves ,cull inspiration from our fellow PUMAs and use all our connections/ resources to forge ahead to do all we can to prevent Obama from taking over our Country.
Some days it will seem pointless – a waste of time, money and energy. It will seem very daunting. On days when we feel tired and worried, all negative thoughts will nag us.
But I truly believe that our country will no longer be the same if Obama is President. It is not just for the next 8 years because within that time, a lot of damage will be done and a lot of stages will be set for worst things for our country.

I read a post here from “Mick” yesterday who said that he has his kids, his home, his stuff, his music and his own little town… to paraphrase him, even if Obama wins, he will be fine… he has everything he needs in his little town.. His words kept ringing in my ears all night and day… I can’t help but think I am just a drop in a bucket and we are all in this bucket. If it is tainted, we are all tainted. I felt very sad to have read Mick’s post because I think we are all connected and we will all be affected whether or not we want to believe it or not.
We are Americans – whether you are in a tiny town or in an urban city, Obama reach will be far and wide if he becomes President.
We can continue to do what we can or we can call it quits and let others do our doing.

Many who understood that if you can’t hold it in your hand, it isn’t yours. Many who saw this day coming and prepared as best we could for the day it all ends.
Politics is really just entertainment, a game given to us to keep us occupied. No one man has the power to effect any real changes. Except for the one that got hung from a cross for loving people.

I have seen more Mccain/Palin signs this weekend than ever before here in Hillsborough County, Fl. Last night on one of the major intersections, Mc/Palin folks were out on the street campaigining holding up signs.Went to to the bank today and the person told me people were moving their $$$ from the financial instituions because they are afraid O will win and they will have to pay more taxes, that tells me people are aware. I am not sure if Obama really has an edge. There is a major difference in his attendence at the rallys than Sara/John. They are worried that’s why they keep going back to the race issue.

After 4 years in Tampa I was totally disgusted with myself for ever having left the Pacific Northwest and came back home. I see you found the link for JC Watts. I am printing links from the NBRA to put on houses with Obama signs. I drove thru the neighborhood below me yesteday and saw alot of Obama signs. Very upper class neighborhood. I think they are so liberal they think they would be racist if they didn’t vote for a black person. Sorry to hear that Tampa did not work out for you—I have been here three years; it is different that Fairfax county VA but I am here to stay for the moment. It’s a bit warm but I have adjusted to that. There are so many people here from the North that might account for the signs that I am seeing on the back of cars, in yards, etc. I really think people are concerned about higher taxes especially in an already bad situation. While @ the board of elections, for the first time ever someone was actually walking around making sure everyone knew to fill in the whole box, no check marks no X’s. For all of the years voting I have never had that happen. Anyway it felt really weird voting in the general election in October, and voting for a republican at that. I can say I did not feel proud to vote for McCain but I did feel proud to vote against the DONC.

I have been hoping I would never have to write this artiicle. I hoped it would never get to this point, which would force me to openly speak out against the first African American to seriously have a chance to be elected President of the United States.
But after reviewing all the Stanley Kurtz material on Barack Obama/Bill Ayers relationship, I’ve come to the conclusion Barack Obama is definitely under the influence of a radical ideology that is so dangerous, it could literally pose a danger to the very existence of the United States, especially when we have an economy already in crises, and a war in progress against one of the greatest threats we have ever faced, in Islamic terrorism. I know Barack Obama. No I haven’t met Barack Obama personally, but I know many African Americans like him. African Americans who were born in the 1950′s and early 1960′s who are now in their 40 and 50′s in age. I am of that generation.
Our generation grew up personally witnessing the turmoil of the 1960′s and 70′s, which shaped our viewpoint of America. During the great civil rights movement of this era a very young radical element evolved and came into being in the Northern black communities of major cities of America.
This element I refer to did not embrace the nonviolent civil disobedience philosophy of Martin Luther King. In fact we ridiculed King’s non-violent movement going on in the South. We wanted to meet violence with violence, and so organizations like the Black Panther Party, Student Non Violent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) (which later renounced non-violence) and The Nation of Islam came into being in cities like NY, Chicago, Boston, and LA. Those times and organizations produced leaders like Malcolm X, Stokely Carmichael, Huey Newton, the dis-Honorable Elijah Muhammad, Bobby Seale, and others…

I have been invited to parties where the host openly admits the discussion de rigueur will be Palin-bashing. One neighbor has two out-of-state Obama workers living in her house until the election. I no longer have friendly neighborly chats because many people look away on a pretense of not noticing me when I am out walking. So, yes, you could say that some McCain voters do not put out yard signs out of fear.

A bit of good news from Las Vegas….
Yesterday I took a 4 hour class to be a polling place worker. At the end of the class I asked the instructor what the Clark County Election Commission was doing about voter registration fraud in light of the ACORN problems. He said the staff is working 12 hrs a day, 6 days a week. They are pulling all questionable names and addresses, and there are thousands.
Hopefully, that will help get ACORN people prosecuted for fraud.

Just got home after the Palin rally….TOTALLY AWESOME. I met some PUMA lurkers there. I also had some media people see my PUMA shirt and PUMA sign, and requested interviews. I was interviewed by a college TV station, and a newspaper (but I don’t know which one). Talk about scary, especially when I had woken up *soooo* early. I was asked if “Troopergate” would change my vote. NO.
I wish that I would have been able to find more PUMAs, but the place was PACKED with multiple lines! It took 2 whole hours for everyone to get through security. They didn’t even take my “ticket” as it took so long. They tried to take my sign though until I showed them that one side said Democrat for McCain/Palin.
There were some Nobama protesters, probably about say 50 people, but the cops were out in force.

I was a staunch Democrat and raised in a proud Democratic family. However, this year did it for me. I left the party in June after the May 31, 2008 ridiculous ruling against Florida and Michigan of which I attended in DC. It was disgusting to say the least. I am now an Independent. I will stay that way until the Democratic party that I knew and grew up with comes back. It will not as long as Dean, Pelozi, Reid, Brazille, Soros, etc. are in charge. My father, who was a lifelong Democrat, and a hard-working WWII veteran from S. Jersey, said that he was not going to vote this year for the first time (he passed in August). He could not stand Obama. If a man with modest means and education educated himself without the use of the computer about the fraud, then there is hope that others can do so as well.
And, for the record, I am not nor have I ever been, a Republican. The world is a larger place than one election and the way I see it, it is as much a PUMA responsibility to inform him/her self about the larger political picture as it is to engage in the immediacy of the election. This does not dilute one’s fervor for the candidate or zeal in doing prowls.

Also, no neither the president nor a senate member is required to produce documents (no precedent thus far)…however, they must show US citizenship. Here’s another killer many of you are prob aware of….if you get a felony….something like a DUI….you loose your right to vote, however, there is nothing in our law that says it blocks one from the presidency of the US. Tippy…oy we need some serious clarification here.

My husband and daughters and I were holding up signs and protesting. We were interviewed by the AP, CNN, etc. also. My daughter also went into the meeting. She could not believe what she witnessed. She got a rude awakening to today’s politics. We were there all day and really worked hard. My husband and I stood in the pouring rain holding signs until it came down in buckets and we couldn’t take it anymore. It was something to see a large bus of senior citizens from Florida getting off the bus to protest. That spoke volumes to me. It was a sad day for America. I met some very nice people though. I can tell you that a lot of the protesters are NOT going to vote for BO! They were hopping mad and I don’t think they will change their minds. I even met on Friday night the woman from NY who had her name all over the YouTube and the news (I can’t remember her name). She was really a nice person but she had had it with the Democratic party and the fraud. She spoke for all of us that day.

Well, perhaps because organizations like Gallup don’t admit that 80% of the people they call are hanging up on them this year. A Gallup pollster being interviewed on Michael Medved’s radio show the other day said that usually, the number of hang-ups hovers around 40%-50%, so there are a lot of people not willing to talk about their voting preferences. This begs the question – who is left? Who are the Gallup people, for example, actually talking to and are their polls representative of the actual electorate.
The Obama campaign has been playing the race card since January. The media happily played along and now the DNC is openly using it as a campaign strategy. I, and millions like me, who are not guilty of race bias are furious – in fact, apoplectic – at being accused of a horrible sin we are not in the least guilty of. Is it any wonder someone would not want to share their voting preferences with a pollster when to say you do not support Obama is, according to the media, tantamount to saying you are a racist.
I have contacted McCain’s campaign and asked why they are not also requiring proof of citizenship. I have contacted Wilson, Domenici and Bingamin to ask for this as well. My god, most of America cant even get a job now (what with the National idenity Act) if they can prove they are legitimately here….why are we having such an insane crazy problem with Obama????!

That explains why the polls are so slanted for BO. Gallup and some others are also heavily sampling the Democrats and not the GOP. It is NOT representative of the population. They don’t want to admit the mess that the BO camp made over their racism tactics. Now, they cry wolf with racism over every little thing. I think people are just sick to death of it and are keeping their vote preference private and sacred.
My mother who is 80 has never voted republican before,friday she mailed her ballot in for McCain/palin!

Speaking of yard signs being stolen. In our neighborhood, there is a house on the main street who put up a McCain/Palin yard sign. It is at a great spot on the corner of their house. Well, I noticed yesterday that it was gone. My husband went running this afternoon, and I asked if he could stop and ask the guy at the home if his sign was stolen and if he’d like another one since we have some extras. Well, guess what? He had four signs stolen so far! He said that he is not going to put up anymore until the week before the election. I have my sign up by the house for that reason. It’s a shame.

I thought the information about the Gallup poll was very revealing. The fact that supporters of McCain/Palin are fearful of putting out their campaign material helps McCain on Nov. 4. Why? The notion that legitimate criticism of Senator Obama’s record and positions could be compared to Governor George Wallace, his segregationist policies and the violence he provoked is unacceptable and has no place in this campaign. I am saddened that John Lewis, a man I’ve always admired, would make such a brazen and baseless attack on my character and the character of the thousands of hardworking Americans who come to our events to cheer for the kind of reform that will put America on the right track.

Name-calling in the 2008 presidential campaign just took a highly serious turn.
This morning, U.S. Rep. John Lewis (D-Atlanta) issued a statement on the recent tone of the John McCain campaign, declaring himself “deeply disturbed.”
Lewis compared Republican rhetoric to violence-spawning talk by George Wallace during the Civil Rights era.
McCain declared the comparison “shocking and beyond the pale.” He called on Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama to repudiate the statements, and said they were designed to shut down debate in the final 24 days before the Nov. 4 election.
Remember that only two months ago, at the Saddleback Church session, McCain named Lewis as one of the three people he’d consult with should he become president.
McCain is featured prominently in Lewis’ official congressional biography as an admirer.
The exchange came even as McCain had turned away Saturday from visceral attacks on his rival to pivot back toward policy differences. See a related article here.
Said Lewis on Saturday:
“What I am seeing reminds me too much of another destructive period in American history. Sen. McCain and Gov. [Sarah] Palin are sowing the seeds of hatred and division, and there is no need for this hostility in our political discourse.
“During another period, in the not too distant past, there was a governor of the state of Alabama named George Wallace who also became a presidential candidate.
“George Wallace never threw a bomb. He never fired a gun, but he created the climate and the conditions that encouraged vicious attacks against innocent Americans who were simply trying to exercise their constitutional rights.
“Because of this atmosphere of hate, four little girls were killed on Sunday morning when a church was bombed in Birmingham, Alabama.
“As public figures with the power to influence and persuade, Sen. McCain and Gov. Palin are playing with fire, and if they are not careful, that fire will consume us all.
“They are playing a very dangerous game that disregards the value of the political process and cheapens our entire democracy. We can do better. The American people deserve better.”
CNN today was basically saying McCain and Palin are racists. Then an Obama guy said the same. Everything was talked about how bad McCain and Palin are stirring up trouble in America. They are already blaming them for any unrest from the election. Obama is the good guy victim of the Republicans.
Obama could stand up on a big tv speach telling everyone to riot and the MSM would blame McCain for th riots. Poor Obama is a victim of the bad guys.

The forger lowered the grades and scores on the printout to make Palin, an honor-society member, look like a mediocre student—but wasn’t smart enough to hide the obviousness of the Photoshop job. Still, Gawker publisher Nick Denton—who earlier published e-mails stolen from Palin’s personal account— asserted the fake was credible: “The grades are mediocre—appropriately the small-town girl scores a D in foreign language—but not so dreadful as to immediately stretch credulity. And the first five digits of the social security number do match Sarah Palin’s.”

Foreword: Those who have followed this blog know that our working assumption has been that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii. We have asserted that Obama’s legal name and citizenship changed when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, and that the birth certificate image published on Obama’s campaign website does not reflect current records. You can read the previous articles referenced at the end of this post to catch up on our analysis.
We now wonder if our assumption about Obama’s birth place was wrong.
I have received an unverified tip that certified copies of a Kenyan Birth Certificate (BC) for Obama were sent from Kenya, and have been received by three separate individuals. I am told that these documents are certified, with an embossed seal, and display the name of the hospital where Obama was born, as well as witness signatures.
Reportedly this BC reflects information filed Oct. 9 by Philip Berg. See item #18 on this docket, page 10, the relevant language of which, underlined in red, is captured here in a screen shot:
It reads:
…Obama was born at Coast Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya located in Coast Province…
We do not currently have any additional confirmation of this new information. If it is an accurate tip, the implications are disastrous for Senator Obama and his backers. For that analysis, we proceed to Judah Benjamin…

It has been asserted by a number of sources, including Andy Martin, that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya and not in Hawaii. Philip Berg’s Latest Motion to the Court is more explicit since it gives an exact Place of Birth. I must assume that Berg did not simply pluck the Location out of thin air, Mombasa has more than one Hospital, though Coast Provincial General was the best in 1961.
British Birth Certificates have a Standard Format which has been more or less the same since 1837 and they can only be challenged in a British Court. Kenyan Law is explicit and can only be challenged in a Kenyan Court. Indonesian Law is explicit and can only be challenged in an Indonesian Court. Be clear, if Obama was born in Kenya this is not simply a matter for the US Courts, or US Law.
I guess we should just declare war. All is fair when a card gets played. They want to play dirty. So, that is their game card which they played. I do not have a racist bone in my body. But, since they played the game card all is fair. They have played Reverned Wright, and many more. McCain is not racist. Play as politically correct as possible, which they are not doing.

The ‘Marxist Moron” button got me called ‘Racist more than once and nearly in a fight with a AA guy. He called me ‘racist’. So I told him, “Yeah, I am. As a half white, half native american, I’m all about the Human Race. What kind of racist are you—the kind that just hates white skin?” Pissed him off and I thought we were gonna fight. Then a native friend of mine came along with her baby. Told the guy to ‘F off’. But it seems like everywhere, people are for BO. One young guy, who is a clerk at the Health Food store where I buy supplements, turned up his nose at the flyer. Said he is a economics/business major in school and the problem is all Bush’s fault and a lack of ‘regulation’. Said that socialism is the ONLY answer to america’s problems. So I asked him if he knew others who felt that way and he said most students do. I was kinda at a loss for words and didn’t want to argue. Finally he said that voting for McCain is supporting racist attitudes in america. That’s when I told him not to be afraid of the loud popping noise. He said, “Huh?” and I said, “When you pull your head out of your a**.” Guess I’ll find another place to shop for supplements.
Then, another friend, wearing a Obama T-shirt said she didn’t wanna talk about politics. So I said, “Then what are you wearing that T-shirt for?” End of conversation.
I think I’ll just stay home the rest of the day.Still, it was fun putting flyers on cars, especially the ones with Obama stickers.
