Puma PAC Power!

DISPATCH from longtime Puma PAC activist Bythelake in Strongsville OH, 10/9/08: Good Morning PUMAS! I would have posted last night but as luck would have it the internet was down.

Here’s the scoop….

I WAS A HIT WITH MY “DEMOCRAT FOR MCCAIN/PALIN” sign!

I was interviewed in line, had my picture taken by news-stations, interviewed on radio stations, and, get this, one of the workers for the McCain rally pulled me from the line of thousands of people and escorted me to the front of the line! He said, I want your sign on TV!

The rally was AWESOME! Sarah Palin caught my eye when she came on stage. She waved and thumbs-upped me!

I’m a PUMA star!

First thing when I got in line yesterday a lady came up to me and asked if I would travel with a group of women in Columbus Ohio over a couple of weekends and help them campaign. I gave her my card and told her to call me.

No matter who you are voting for, I would certainly recommend going to a John McCain rally!

Another thing, a van with a trailer pulled in the parking lot and it had two dummies hugging each other, it said, “More of the Same.” I saw them being filmed on TV and I took my sign and went over and stood behind them! The crowd was cheering me on! I had a blast! I’m not afraid to show my support as a democrat for McCain!

I know it gets discouraging sometimes to be a Puma. We’re not Republicans, and most of us don’t really feel like Democrats anymore either. I call myself a Pumacrat now. But then Bythelake goes and lifts all our spirits and reminds us that there are MILLIONS of us out here — all across the country — and we ARE going to change the outcome of this election.

Sometimes I think the MSM is purposely keeping the lid on this thing because they’re afraid of reporting the real truth — that Obama is likely to lose in a LANDSLIDE. They have to keep smiling along, pretending this election is just another horse race. Perhaps that’s the reason for the polls that over-sample Democrats, and the straight-faced absurdity of their reports on Obama’s commanding performance in the debates.

Anyway, McCain’s camp is continuing the attacks. There is a deliberate, DEVELOPING narrative that the Republicans are trying to establish here, Folks. First, the negative ads against Obama insisted that That One is UNREADY. Now, ratcheting it up, they call The Precious TOO RISKY. I was wondering when they would do this. My prediction is the next ads will call him UNFIT & DANGEROUS.

Ever notice how every ad targeted towards men uses the words Performance, Power, and Precision? (It’s true! Look for those words in the ads for cars, razors, housepaint, viagra, beer, EVERYTHING!) Well, obviously, that’s on PURPOSE. And so it is with these attacks on Obama. The ideas the ads want to convey about The Selected are:

UNREADY, UNFIT, UNAMERICAN, and DANGEROUS

I think this one is pretty effective at driving that point home.

Pumas,
We must do all we can to stop the Acorn group.
They are corrupt and we as Americans can not let
this happen. I have been writting letters and sending
info. to all my friends. Send letters or Ob. is going to
win by buying votes and through fraud. This happened
to Hillary and it will happened to John McCain and Palin.

Regarding the Wall Street mess. Someone needs to get some Xanax to both Henry Paulson and Jim Cramer. Those guys are on TV all the time and they just look wound up and fried. That is really not helpful to our economy.

Repost from Downstairs:

Who’all remembers the abbreviation, FOB, given to people who were close to President Clinton (i.e., “Friends of Bill”)?

I am emailing all my friends to suggest they start using a new abbreviation for The One’s internet minions when blogging:

FOOLS = Friends-of-Obama-Online = FOOLS

Just taking a page from Alinky’s book (see third entry below):

In any event, Alinsky’s rules include:

“Wherever possible go outside the experience of the enemy. Here you want to cause confusion, fear and retreat.”

“Make the enemy live up to his/her own book of rules. You can kill them with this. They can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity.”

Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also, it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage.”

“The threat is generally more terrifying than the thing itself.”

“In a fight almost anything goes. It almost reaches the point where you stop to apologize if a chance blow lands above the belt.”

“Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it and polarize it.”

I feel like the election is finally breaking open. It is about time! Hell they reported everything but Palins last pap smear but the precious couldn’t have anything in his past even discussed. What a crock. There is nothing dirty about looking in to the past conduct and associations of a Presidential candidate. The only thing unsavory is what is turned up when you actually focus on Obama. He has surrounded himself with power hungry hate filled men for years.

#18 hillfan4mccain on 10.09.08 at 9:59 am

Lets hope the McCain camp can make the connection to the public connecting Bo to Acorn. The media is HOT on Acorn, Mc needs to ride that wave!

Doesn’t teflon eventually wear off? It just seems that absolutely nothing “sticks” to him. I just can’t imagine McCain or even Sarah getting away with even one of the accusations that are being made about Obama.

I can’t wait for our NEW PUMA STAR to get home from work. She is one happy lady today. Imagine, she was actually recognized by SARAH with a thumbs uo and a thank you! I saw Sarah recognize someone, but of course I didn’t know that a PUMA was being so honored.

#21 Seattlegirl on 10.09.08 at 10:01 am

I would like McCain to step up and say “here is my original birth certificate. I know there has been talk of where both BO and I were born and so here ya go, I have nothing to hide. This is an easy thing to put to rest and since BO doesn’t like distractions from “the issues” I am sure he will do the same and present his official birth certificate so the election can get back on track”.

FOX just showing polling from the Gore/Bush election and show Gore way ahead. It reminded me of something. A handful of my dem friends voted Bush BUT they told everyone they were voting Gore to save face.
And another thing to consider with VA polls. Almost all of my friends/family work for the govt./homeland sec/DOD etc… They are NOT allowed to tell anyone who they are voting for, even in polls. No. VA (my hometown)is where most govt. employees live. Homeland sec is headquartered in No. VA. (fairfax/vienna). A lot of homeland sec and DOD are repubs because of National sec. and shit they see. Just something to think about.

For Immediate Release

HISPANIC DEMOCRATS FOR MCCAIN ANNOUNCE:
http://WWW.HISPANICDEMOCRATSFORMCCAIN.COM

HOUSTON, TX, OCTOBER 7, 2008 – Hispanic Democrats for McCain (HDM) announced the launch of their latest grassroots resource,
http://www.HispanicDemocratsforMcCain.com, today. Fellow volunteers across the country will be able to communicate the McCain-Palin message and to encourage Democrats to vote across party lines on November 4, 2008 using the sites tools and resources.

“There is a reason why John McCain has been able to earn more than 70% of the Hispanic vote in his home state of Arizona”, said Ben Mendez, HDM organizer in Texas and lifelong Democrat. “McCain’s Hispanic supporters, both democrat
and republican, know he is independent, courageous, and patriotic. They also know that he is willing to go against his party and stand up for issues that are in the best interest of the community.”

HDM organizer in Nevada, Fernando Romero, a Democrat and president of Hispanics in Politics which endorsed Richardson in the caucus, added, “The Hispanic vote will make the difference in several battleground states. Therefore, it is necessary that we inform our community that McCain has shown leadership on
issues that are of importance to Hispanics, such as the economy, immigration, national security, and healthcare.”

The site includes links for contacting Hispanic Democrats for McCain coordinators and for volunteering to join the thousands of Democrats that are already members of Team McCain-Palin. Hispanic Democrats for McCain is a grassroots organization dedicated to country first, Party second.

Somebody posted that Obama’s campaign was giving money to ACORN. That’s “old news”…. it’s been known for the past 6 months or so that ACORN is on Obama’s campaign payroll. They labelled the purpose one way first, then redid it. Forget what the labels were/are, but they ARE and HAVE BEEN all along on the payroll of Obama, and that isn’t something they have even hidden at all for some reason…

BYTHELAKE… as a repub I’ve been saying here (and on the McCain blog before it became over-run with obots) that the PUMA’s and ALL Hillary fans are welcome in a McCain camp with open arms!

This is a tough time for America, fellow PUMA’s. America is on the brink of electing somebody as president who would destroy America as we know it. This is also THE most dangerous time in world history. It’s time to throw party aside, and vote for AMERICA. It’s time to stand arm-in-arm against the enemy and not allow the friend-of-terrorists (and who knows what all else) into the white house!!!

#42 KarenWI on 10.09.08 at 10:36 am

I know… by “old news” I meant to say that anyone wanting to find them on “the books” can find plenty of proof about it if they want to look. It was pretty common knowledge- that is, before ACORN was PROVEN to have been involved in fraud. Now that link is extra-important; back when it was first mentioned it was a yawner. NOW it’s “hot” and, yes, exciting for those against BO.

I just can’t understand why someone can’t pull the rug out from under ACORN and refuse to accept any registrations from them (backdating that statement if possible).

I think, though, if they actually did an in-depth examination of ACORN they would end up exposing a lot of stuff that Pelosi, Obama, Dodd, and other top dem leaders, do not want anyone to know. I think an expose of ACORN would be an expose of many of those top dem leaders too. That’s why it’s going to be so difficult to actually accomplish; those guys have power, including having control of the house and senate. Just imagine, if you will, what will happen if they get what they are predicting: a veto-proof majority of their backers in the senate and house! Add to that a BO presidency…. and…. sorry, I think I feel sick to my stomach and almost feel like passing out…….

#43 gojoyknocks on 10.09.08 at 10:37 am

This ACORN fraud is so obvious that I’m afraid it is a distraction to cover tampering with voting machines.

I thought I’d take a break this morning and go to the lighter side and put together this list of proverbs that seem quite appropriate for this years politics and crisis….enjoy.

German Proverbs:
Zeige mir Deine Freunde und ich sage Dir wer Du bist. – Show me who you are friends with, and I will tell you who you are. / A man is known by the friends(company) he keeps. – German Proverb
Ein fauler Apfel stecht hundert gesunde an (macht zehn). – One bad apple spoils the bunch.
Die Alzen zum Rat, die Jungen zur Tat. – Age counsels, youth acts.
Der Apfel fällt nicht weit vom Stamm. – The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree trunk.
Angriff is die beste Verteildigung. – Attack is the best defense.
Wer nich zweifeln kann, ist ein dummer mann. [Sl 706] – He who cannot doubt, is a stupid man.
Viele Bäche machen einen Strom. – Many brooks form a river.
Es geht alles vorüber. – This too will pass.
Kümmere dich nicht um ungelegte Eier
Don’t worry about unlaid eggs.

Common proverbs:
Actions speak louder than words.
All good things must come to an end.
All roads lead to Rome.
All that glitters is not gold.
Appearances are deceptive.
As you make your bed, so must you lie in it.
As you sow, so shall you reap.
Ask no questions and hear no lies.
Better the devil you know than the devil you don’t know.
Birds of a feather flock together.
Do as I say, and not as I do.
Do not wear out your welcome.
Don’t count your chickens before they are hatched.
Don’t cut off your nose to spite your face.
Don’t go near the water until you learn how to swim.
Easier said than done.
Every family has a skeleton in the cupboard.
First think, and then speak.
Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.
Garbage in, garbage out.
Give him an inch and he’ll take a mile.
He that knows nothing, doubts nothing.
No man can serve two masters.
Old habits die hard.
Practice what you preach.
You can’t tell a book by its cover.

And finally the most important one:
Never mix your liquors.

All the Obama mouthpieces on TV never answer any questions. they all are being taught the same corrupt practices. How to avoid the truth.

I would love to see McCain go into the last debate with his original birth certificate and whip it out and show the audience. That is the way to crush Obama in the debate.

As we get closer to the election I am becoming more convinced that when Obama loses he will call for riots. Of course it will be covered up. He will not get onto tv and tell people to riot. It will be done through his goons.

READ THIS: Canadian Free Press article on Huffington Post Coverup of Obama and Acorn. This is an excerpt from the Canadian article with proof of Obama and Acorn waaaaay back:

“An article by Toni Foulkes of ACORN dispels all doubt. In the article, “Case Study: Chicago-The Barack Obama Campaign,” which appeared in Social Policy magazine in 2004, Foulkes makes it abundantly clear that ACORN and Project Vote were partners in the voter registration drive.

The blog Sweetness & Light has reprinted the text of the article. In a discussion of the primary race in March 2004, Foulkes writes:

Obama started building the base years before. For instance, ACORN noticed him when he was organizing on the far south side of the city with the Developing Communities Project. He was a very good organizer. When he returned from law school, we asked him to help us with a lawsuit to challenge the state of Illinois’ refusal to abide by the National Voting Rights Act, also known as motor voter. Allied only with the state of Mississippi, Illinois had been refusing to allow mass-based voter registration according to the new law. Obama took the case, known as ACORN vs. Edgar (the name of the Republican governor at the time) and we won. Obama then went on to run a voter registration project with Project VOTE in 1992 that made it possible for Carol Moseley Braun to win the Senate that year. Project VOTE delivered 50,000 newly registered voters in that campaign (ACORN delivered about 5000 of them).

Since then, we have invited Obama to our leadership training sessions to run the session on power every year, and, as a result, many of our newly developing leaders got to know him before he ever ran for office. Thus, it was natural for many of us to be active volunteers in his first campaign for State Senate and then his failed bid for U.S. Congress in 1996. By the time he ran for U.S. Senate, we were old friends. And along about early March, we started to see that the African-American community had made its move: when Sen. Obama’s name was mentioned at our Southside Summit meeting with 700 people in attendance from three southside communities, the crowd went crazy. With about a week to go before the election, it was very clear how the African-American community would vote. But would they vote in high enough numbers?

It seemed to us that what Obama needed in the March primary was what we always work to deliver anyway: increased turnout in our ACORN communities. ACORN is active on the south and west sides of Chicago, in the south suburbs and on the east side of Springfield, the state capital. Most of the turf where we organize in is African American, with a growing Latino presence in Chicago’s Little Village and the suburbs. [emphasis added above]

So Obama was right there in the thick of things, organizing for ACORN/Project Vote, representing ACORN in court at its specific invitation and leading ACORN training seminars.

It’s worth noting that groups on the extreme left, such as ACORN’s Project Vote, often have many tentacles. That’s the way they organize themselves. They often have overlapping memberships and interlocking directorates. They align themselves in strategic coalitions all the time. Sometimes they have formal mergers and sometimes they have strategic partnerships. This is their modus operandi.

Interestingly, Foulkes’s article can no longer be accessed online. The website for Social Policy now denies access to that specific article while apparently allowing access to all other articles.

Look at the teaser for the article on the Social Policy website (visit there yourself by clicking here – free subscription required for access to archives):

The titles of articles that are available are highlighted in a brownish color. The title of the Foulkes article, however, appears in black letters indicating that access has been denied.

Guess who’s behind Social Policy magazine? Something called The Institute for Social Justice. The website indicates the address of the magazine is 1024 Elysian Fields Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70117. Here is a screen grab of the address from the website:

Guess who else lives in Elysian Fields? ACORN.

Go to Sweetness & Light blog and scroll down to the Form 990s (tax returns for nonprofits) and you will see that both ACORN and Project Vote report the same address, 1024 Elysian Fields Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70117.

There is also more evidence of the close relationship between Project Vote and ACORN in 1992. “

I was just working my way down to the comment section to say something to you when I read your comment about not reading the headers before commenting. Thank You!

Now what I wanted to say was that I was almost to the point of fuming that the Alinsky story was not being investigated. I am happy that you brought it up. Actually, I believe that Obama’s discipleship under Alinsky is even more dangerous than his relationship with Ayers. Also, it is hard not to assume that Obama at least assisted in some of those hotel drug parties that his associates held. Any thought on the subject?

P.S. I realized I almost sounded like a troll, i.e., make a statement and then ask for an opinion!

Here’s the links for two articles on Obama, Ayers and Acorn. The Canadian Free Press doesn’t pull any punches. They put our MSM to shame. I have to go to another country to find out the truth. How sad and it’s an indictment of our current MSM. This is going to be a site I will go to daily for US political news from now on:

I agree. It is sad. There are some people out there that really think BO will fix all their problems and we will all live in big houses, make the same amount of money, and all the other countries will follow suit and be our best friends.
People need to WAKE UP.

Someone mentioned this yesterday – psychic predictions

I was curious……..

Elizabeth Joyce

http://www.new-visions.com/psychic-predictions.html

The male presidential candidate who runs with a woman vice presidential candidate on the ticket will win the election by a landslide. Obama or Gore will take the lead. What others are not thinking about at this time are the coming earth changes. They begin heavily after the February eclipses. America may call on and try to draft Al Gore to enter the presidential race. Psychic predictions everywhere state that we are reaching a point where the public is intrigued with the idea of a female president, but as a country we tend to take cautious steps.

we should not let out of our sight the fact, nigeria has a lot of money and very corrupt, and kenya the same plus the islamic fanaticism therefore money could be coming in very well, then very close to home we have chavez his biggest goal is the export of his bolivianiarian revolution, with aggravating circumstance that ayer is chavez´s adviser on education(indoctrination), ayer´s adopted son works with chavez, plus lots of suitcases full of money were intercepted by the CIA that were going to argentina´s present president for campaign purposes(????), I would not doubt that money could be flushing up to the nothern neighbour

#61 lillibet: Speaking of Alinsky, a follower of his was Professor McKnight. I believe it was at Occidental College that McKnight became another mentor of Obama’s. That was at the same time that Obama was a member of the radical group SDS(Students for a Democratic Society) headed by activist Tom Hayden. SDS had an off-shoot, ta-da, Weather Underground. It may be that Ayers met Obama at Occidental and steered him to Columbia U which was 4 blocks from Bank Street College which Ayres attended in the early 80′s when Obama was at Columbia.

Anyway, check out McKnight. (I think I have something on him bookmarked)

#69 Osaka… rasmussen said that? Is there a link? I wonder…. previously it had been said about 20-some percent were not voting for BO, and only about 17% would be voting for McCain. That would be a HUGE change, if MOST are going to vote for McCain…

#75 Lara08 on 10.09.08 at 11:32 am

I don’t have any close family or friends who are Republicans, so coming out as a McCain Democrat would be difficult. I will admit that as of yesterday I am signed up to receive e-mails from both the Democratic Party and the John McCain campaign. It feels like I’m cheating on the Democrats, but can you blame me? They treated their base like crap so if they didn’t see this “affair” (with John McCain) coming they are blind. I’m still not ready to hold up a “Democrats for McCain” sign, but I’m warming up to the idea of supporting McCain/Palin this November. My hunch is that there are a fair amount of people like me out there. I’m certainly not voting for BO. It’s not a case of having to choose between BO and McCain. It’s either blank on top, McCain, or write in Nader. By the way, no one in the media talks about this but Nader has gone up in the polls. I believe he is at 5% nationally. I’m also signed up to receive e-mails from the Nader campaign.

Last week the indispensable Sweetness & Light blog dug up a 1997 article in the University of Chicago Chronicle on a conference on juvenile justice organized by Michelle Obama. Speaking at the conference was William Ayers, cofounder of the radical leftist “Weather Underground” terrorist group and perhaps one of the least qualified people to speak on matters of justice. The Chronicle reported, “Ayers will be joined by Sen. Barack Obama, Senior Lecturer in the Law School, who is working to combat legislation that would put more juvenile offenders into the adult system.” Read the rest of the story at :::

I went to the Palin rally in Carson California and had a similar experience as bythelake. I was welcomed by the Republicans there and they even cheered my Hillary sign when I first got there! I was also interviewed by a local college news station and got behind as “backdrop” in some of the local news live interviews! I got there early and was able to be one of the first inside and was literally in the front row, right in front of the podium. The crowd LOVED Sarah Palin and it was an exciting and energizing rally!

Because there are an awful lot of FOOLs out there!

I had dinner with my Limousine Liberal friends last night. They had attended a NObama fundraiser in Danbury, CT a couple of Saturday’s back. They were put off by what they perceived to be strong-arm tactics at the cocktail party.

Not one of these folks is net-savvy.

At dinner yesterday I brought copies of the Obama/Alinsky/Ayers/ACORN information. None of them had a clue.

Have heard from five of the six people so far this morning — they are all re-thinking their vote!!!

#84 Pm on 10.09.08 at 11:41 am

I’m appalled that the ACORN voter fraud epidemic is being treated by the MSM as Repubs trying to illegally suppress the vote, as stated by the NY Times and quoted on CNN et al. That is IF the MSM mentions ACORN at all!
Add to that, the bundling of ACORN sponsored mortgages that helped to create this crisis!
We’ve lost any integrity our political system may have had. Our businesses, industries & financial institutions are being nationalized, the US Treasury Secretary is now the most powerful man in the world with no oversight and our elected officials continue to belly up to the bar along with every business wanting corporate welfare, at taxpayers expense.
I intend to vote against incumbants that have allowed, encouraged or participated in the vast self-indulgences and out-right fraud we’ve seen this year. Our politicians have become an arm of the MSM and extreme socialists.
The voters and their votes have become irrelevant, as we saw by what’s been done in the Primaries & to our Hillary.
Will we see an ‘October Surprise’? Doubtful. The MSM has a strangle hold on the news, they won’t allow anything to come out about their Candidate.
This will be the year we will all remember that our soverenty, our system and democracy ended in the US.
I wish the people would realize that socialism is not the cure for democracy & capitolism, It is the death of it.

I remember Tuesday night after the debate, fox had a guy on their that was polling Independent voters on who they thought won the debate. When the commentator asked him the results,he stated that they clearly stated that McCain had won, when he turned to the crowd and asked for a show of hands ,only a few raised them. He then said “that was not the total that he had got before”. MY POINT IS, that in private ,people are stating what they really feel,in Public they are afraid of being confronted as a racist, for not supporting Obama,HENCE THE BRADLY EFFECT

I think this article by a CBS reporter covering the campaigns is very illuminating. He spent most of his time with Obama. Now he’s following McCain/Palin. Note the sharp contrast of who’s campaign has their act together (McCain) and who doesn’t (Obama). Note who’s more accessible and who isn’t. And the Obama plane smells bad and McCain’s is clean.

Ya think Obama’s Presidency would be run like his campaign? I do. And I also think it would smell worse than his plane.

Obama is unelectable. He owes his progress to the presidency to the media and DNC Constitutional crimes and to Hillary Clinton for getting out of his way.

1. The DNC selects, not elects Obama. Hillary beat him fair and square but the DNC took away her votes.

2. Then Hillary doesn’t fight it.

3. And then there is the mainstream media in the tank for the chosen one.

Without these factors going for him a relatively unknown two year senator and his dubious past with very little political experience, especially of the executive kind, could not have gotten this far. Obama can’t sell himself alone.

Your counter query to Pedro is a devil’s advocate positon only. Makes no real sense to go there.

There is not a move to stop an unelectable candidate. Rather, there is most certainly a move to elect one.

With primary help coming from of the base of the Democratic party (women) Obama will lose. It’s only a question of how much. But because of the tremendous top load of favoritism by the media to Obama it might be a close one. And if it’s close, all hell will rule the headlines.

Considering the remakably unfair odds I’m absolutely amazed McCain has made this a horse race– one I feel he is going to win thanks, in part, to a wonderful pitbull names Sarah.

Roughly 666,000 new Ohio voters registered in 2008
ASSOCIATED PRESS

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio’s elections chief says the state has registered about 666,000 new voters since the start of 2008.

That brings the total to 8.2 million registered Ohio voters going into the November election. The deadline to register to vote expired on Monday.

Ohio now has roughly 211,000 more registered voters than it did for the 2004 election.
Cuyahoga County — the state’s largest — saw its voting rolls increase by about 123,000 voters since Jan. 1 to a total of roughly 1.1 million. It was the largest increase among Ohio counties.

The voter registration surge was propelled by a presidential election year that began with the highly contested primary fight between Democrats Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton.

From Savage Politics this morning–they have a lot of info re: Ayers.

For those of you who wish to get a better feel of what Bill Ayers and his associates did in the 60’s, the following video provides you with a great contemporaneous feel for the Weather Underground, past and present. You will prominently hear the voice of Bernadine Dohrn, William Ayers’ wife and another of Obama’s close friends, discussing how they should have “done more”:

Would be good because voter registration deadline ended couple of days ago.
He is a Republican, by the way. Also St Charles Parish..call . I would for the hell of it call New Orleans Registrar of voters…because that is where there will also be attempted fraud…but you won’t get that from them, in my view. Ask them what they are doing to preclude it.

Snip-
Our story shifts to Baghdad. Ayham Alsammarae, an American of Iraqi descent who is a Cabinet member and Electricity minister, was jailed and waiting trial on corruption charges. But he escaped jail and claims to be out of Iraq. His whereabouts are unknown. He left with the assistance of “foreigners,” according to Iraqi police, who say an earlier escape attempt was assisted by two U.S. security contractors since departed from Iraq.
Alsammarae is a friend of Tony Rezko; the FBI is said to seek information on $2 billion in missing money meant to rebuild Iraq’s infrastructure.
But back in Chicago, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) is more important than Iraq or Washington. ACORN and its associated Midwest Academy, both founded in the 1970s, continue to train and mobilize activists throughout the country, often using them to manipulate public opinion through “direct action.” It’s sometimes a code for illegal activities.
Prior to law school, Barack Obama worked as an organizer for their affiliates in New York and Chicago. He always has been an ACORN person — meeting and working with them to advance their causes. Through his membership on the board of the Woods Fund for Chicago and his friendship with Teresa Heinz Kerry, Obama has helped ensure that they remain funded well.
Since he graduated from law school, Obama’s work with ACORN and the Midwest Academy has ranged from training and fundraising, to legal representation and promoting their work.
Today, Barack Obama’s conduct and “misgauging appearances” are the responsibility of his Democrat colleagues. In two years, it might be yours and mine.

CLEVELAND – Two Ohio voters, including Domino’s pizza worker Christopher Barkley , claimed yesterday that they were hounded by the community-activist group ACORN to register to vote several times, even though they made it clear they’d already signed up.

Barkley estimated he’d registered to vote “10 to 15″ times after canvassers for ACORN, whose political wing has endorsed Barack Obama, relentlessly pursued him and others.

Claims such as his have sparked election officials to probe ACORN.

I don’t have a problem being a Democrat for McCain because it’s not only explicit, but TRUE..

Realize this. We didn’t LEAVE the Democratic Party, THEY left us. We haven’t changed an iota of our democratic values. The DNC has turned into a Rouge version of the Democratic Party. They SOLD their constituency out long ago. We owe them NOTHING!

We are the same democratic voters who knew Hillary was the right choice to steward this presidency through the troubled waters so prevalent at the beginning of the 21st century. The DNC chose to ignore our wishes!

We don’t need to change our Party’s name for anyone!

What we need to do is purge the Party of the non-Democrats by booting them the Hell out of office.

The first ones to focus on are the engineers of this “coup”. Pelosi, Dean and Reid.

We begin at the beginning and start searching for their replacements out of the remaining membership who represent Democratic values.

That McCain ad is very good. I read up top a few people saying that if that was the McCain news for this morning that it is a bummer???

Oh no. You guys, we are political junkies. WE know this stuff, but do you know how many people don’t? A lot. Do you know how many months some people have tried to make the Ayers/ Dorhn / Obama connection mainstream? Over a year. It’s a very big deal. A relief too.

Politico trying to whitewash the ACORN scandal-what jack@sses. OK-sure Politico, voter fraud is actually wonderful as long as you say so.

Categories: Newspapers

Two kinds of fraud
Acorn may not exactly be a household word, but it was on the cover of one of the newspapers I read in hard copy today, so it seemed worth getting into a marginal story that the GOP is trying to make central.

The key distinction here is between voter fraud and voter registration fraud, one of which is truly dangerous, the other a petty crime.

Rush Limbaugh is on a powerful rant against the biased, anxious-to-destroy-anyone-they-don’t-agree-with media jackals.

It is getting personal. He is really upset with Andrea Mitchell, who has apparently called for Sarah Palin to be censored.

Not familiar with Andrea Mitchell’s Stalinist suggestion. I am off to find some details on this — will post what I come up with.

#142 Headclunker on 10.09.08 at 12:23 pm

I have been watching the polls and I really believe that they are being manipulated without the pollsters even knowing it. Obama has huge data collection systems for supporters phone numbers and Soros owns mega interests in telecommunications. It would be a matter of redirection.

This could effect the number of Democrats vs Republicans in the polls as well as the number of Democrats cross voting. The ratio of D/R is off on the Gallup Poll and McCains “loss” last week was over cross voters.

I believe we are being messed with. Question Everything!

I do not like being messed with like this.

I have 2 friends who are Obama supporters. One in IL was a Hillary supporter and the other in TX I don’t know who she supported at first. IL only watches MSNBC and does not use the internet, and will never vote for another party and is in her 60’s. TX has no cable tv and does not use the internet and is in her 50’s. I think alot of people are ingorant of the facts due to their lack of knowledge.
——————————————-

I agree with your last sentence. I live in IL and if a person doesn’t have cable news, they will learn nothing from the local news. We in IL overwhelmingly voted for Obama for Senator. Never did we hear anything negative about him in our newspapers or on our local TV or radio. And, at the time of that senatorial election, I did not even know what a blog was so I did not do any research of my own because I didn’t know how to.

At the time of the senatorial election when Obama ran, my Republican county was filled with Obama signs. I haven’t seen any yet although my Muslim neighbors have told me they are voting for Obama. I looked up my Muslim neighbors on Fundrace and they gave the max to Obama. Interestingly, in the last presidential election, they gave the max to Bush. I do know for sure certain that some of the Muslim neighbors who are originally from Pakistan are friends of Farrakhan and that is what scares me the most.

That must have been fun. Palin sold out in our town almost immediately.

Barry is talking about Countrywide right now. We are one of the thousands in the U. S. who have a fraudulent Countrywide loan, but it is not a subprime, it is a conventional loan and we had excellent credit.

Countrywide has been defrauding their customers for decades, and selling these bad loans to Fannie who hides them away in bundles. Our bad loan was sold to Fannie Mae. Our property was overvalued and a huge defect was being concealed, it floods. The property was unloaded on us by the realtor, the surveyor, Countrywide’s closing attorney, who acted as a “title company” and Fidelity Title Company. It is currently valued at below taxable value, less than 25 thousand, and is unmarketable.

The realtor and surveyor have been charged by the State for violations and fraud. We cannot file a title claim on our property (which has four legal descriptions) and a State stormwater code violation on it, because Countrywide’s agent did not issue the lenders and owners policies, which we paid for…

We were sued by Fidelity for filing a claim. Now they are trying to block us from reporting them to the Feds…too late. I contacted OFHEO and our Senators to red flag our bad loan sold to Fannie and do not let the taxpayers foot the bill. There was no legal transfer of title.

We have been in “foreclosure status” for going on three years, but Countrywide has been returning our monthly payments while reporting us late to our creditors since 2006, but will not take action, because the State found fraud involved with our sale.

I turned Countrywide in to the Postmaster General for mail fraud and extortion. I sit here watching the t.v. and hearing news people say: “no one saw this coming”. I did…but who would listen, with Fannie Mae’s lobbyists and Countrywide giving sweetheart loans to Dodd, the head of HUD, the postmaster general, and Jim Johnson at the same time I was sending my complaints to them way back in 2003….

Be careful if you have a loan with this corrupt lender or a policy with Fidelity/Ticor Title Company.

PUMAs, I need your help. I am an Independent who supported Hillary in the primaries and am now virulently against Obama. My brother runs an internet site and radio station with a decent following. He wants to have some information to get out to people and help convince them not to vote for Obama. His target audience is people who are voting for Obama because it seems “cool” and different, but who don’t have any strong ideological reason to vote for him. They are people who are NOT politically savvy, aren’t following the campaigns with any real depth and who can be influenced to do the right thing with the right information. What I need from you is a link, or a list of BASIC reasons not to vote for Obama. It’s important that the information is concise, to the point and not hugely detail. He does not want to overwhelm people with too much information. This is for people that basically have NO CLUE about the issues that everyone here has been so passionate about. I don’t want links to clearinghouse type of websites. More like a position paper type of thing. Bullet points, summaries of egregious Obama behavior, stuff like that. Please help me and I will help you! Sincerely, tashacakes (Proud Independent Hillary backer, now McCain/Palin Warrior) Thanks!

A colleague just sent this to me (he is a Republican but he was always rooting for Hillary with me and found the MSM and lefty blogger boiz treatment of her abhorrent)

Here is a quick look into 3 former Fannie Mae executives who have brought down Wall Street.

1. Franklin Raines: was a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fannie Mae. Raines was forced to retire from his position with Fannie Mae when auditing discovered severe irregularities in Fannie Mae’s accounting activities. At the time of his departure The Wall Street Journal noted, ‘ Raines, who long defended the company’s accounting despite mounting evidence that it wasn’t proper, issued a statement late Tuesday conceding that ‘mistakes were made’ and saying he would assume responsibility as he had earlier promised. News reports indicate the company was under growing pressure from regulators to shake up its management in the wake of findings that the company’s books ran afoul of generally accepted accounting principles for four years.’ Fannie Mae had to reduce its surplus by $9 billion.Raines left with a ‘golden parachute valued at $240 Million in benefits. The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth of the accounting scandal became clear. http://housingdoom.com/2006/12/18/fannie-charges/ . The Government noted, ‘The 101 charges reveal how the individuals improperly manipulated earnings to maximize their bonuses, while knowingly neglecting accounting systems and internal controls, misapplying over twenty accounting principles and misleading the regulator and the public. The Notice explains how they submitted six years of misleading and inaccurate accounting statements and inaccurate capital reports that enabled them to grow Fannie Mae in an unsafe and unsound manner.’ These charges were made in 2006. The Court ordered Raines to return $50 Million Dollars he received in bonuses based on the miss-stated Fannie Mae profits.

2. Tim Howard: Was the Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae. Howard ‘was a strong internal proponent of using accounting strategies that would ensure a ‘stable pattern of earnings’ at Fannie. In everyday English – he was cooking the books. The Government Investigation determined that, ‘Chief Financial Officer, Tim Howard, failed to provide adequate oversight to key control and reporting functions within Fannie Mae,’On June 16, 2006, Rep. Richard Baker, R-La asked the Justice Department to investigate his allegations that two former Fannie Mae executives lied to Congress in October 2004 when they denied manipulating the mortgage-finance giant’s income statement to achieve management pay bonuses. Investigations by federal regulators and the company’s board of directors since concluded that management did manipulate 1998 earnings to trigger bonuses. Raines and Howard resigned under pressure in late 2004.Howard’s Golden Parachute was estimated at $20 Million!

3. Jim Johnson: A former executive at Lehman Brothers and who was later forced from his position as Fannie Mae CEO. A look at the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight’s May 2006 report on mismanagement and corruption inside Fannie Mae, and you’ll see some interesting things about Johnson. Investigators found that Fannie Mae had hidden a substantial amount of Johnson’s 1998 compensation from the public, reporting that it was between $6 million and $7 million when it fact it was $21 million.’ Johnson is currently under investigation for taking illegal loans from Countrywide while serving as CEO of Fannie Mae.Johnson’s Golden Parachute was estimated at $28 Million.

WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

1. FRANKLIN RAINES? Raines works for the Obama Campaign as Chief Economic Advisor

2. TIM HOWARD? Howard is also a Chief Economic Advisor to Obama

3. JIM JOHNSON? Johnson hired as a Senior Obama Finance Advisor and was selected to run Obama’s Vice Presidential Search Committee

#173 Lara08 on 10.09.08 at 12:41 pm

#169 Osaka, Murphy pointed out in the blog roll intro that the Republican strategy appears to be heading in that direction.

See:
“Anyway, McCain’s camp is continuing the attacks. There is a deliberate, DEVELOPING narrative that the Republicans are trying to establish here, Folks. First, the negative ads against Obama insisted that That One is UNREADY. Now, ratcheting it up, they call The Precious TOO RISKY. I was wondering when they would do this. My prediction is the next ads will call him UNFIT & DANGEROUS.”

I do think BO is unfit and dangerous. All this stuff we’ve been discussing here on the blog for weeks has to see the light of day now. If you have info send it to as many media outlets as possible. Anderson Cooper, for example, finally did do a story on Ayers. That birth certificate issue has to emerge ASAP.

Good day, wonderful Pumas!

Bravo to Bythelake!!

akinikat has an interesting post over at the Confluence (aka Riverdaughter’s site) regarding Nobama’s Harvard experience on his resume. I always wondered why cupcake didn’t seem to fit the intellectual profile of the folks that used to be in that position. Seems they changed the rules about how folks are selected for Harvard Law Review -prior to 1990, the president was the student with the highest academic ranking – that was NOT the case with Nobama.

BY THE LAKES account of her Democrats for McCain is just what we Puma’s need after all the months of working against Obama. Bravo to her. I think we should take her cue – there is nothing wrong in doing what it takes to get our GROOVE back. Many of us need to be ENERGIZED and it is such good publicity – worth its weight in gold.

Whether you like it or not, it is a head turner AND powerful. It says you’re crossing party lines against a terrorist enabler and you’re not afraid to let everyone know that some Democrats don’t like Obama. We are not stupid and blind .

#186 Lara08 on 10.09.08 at 12:52 pm

“Obama the Myth: the Harvard Years”

Obama not the first Black editor of the Harvard Law Review and…
”To Obama’s good fortune, the HLR had replaced a meritocracy in which editors were elected based on grades– the president being the student with the highest academic rank–with one in which half the editors were chosen through a writing competition.
This competition, the New York Times reported in 1990, was ‘meant to help insure that minority students became editors of The Law Review.’

It did just that. At the end of his first year, Obama was named along with 40 or so of his classmates an editor of the HLR.

I will add that I am not opposed to affirmative action. But, BO shouldn’t have made certain claims about his past to fill out his resume. I couldn’t fudge information like this on a work resume. Actually, I wouldn’t even try doing it because I would be humiliated if people found out I had told half-truths.

Good morning Pumas – it has been reported several times here that there are TEN states involved in Voter Fraud – I only know of five – Ohio, Va (foreign citizens voting), Michigan, Nevada, and Texas – anyone share the other five with me – and what type of fraud – example – dead people voting – busing from other States – etc -

One would be Pennsylvania – Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. It’s a tradition in Philadelphia – dead people and multiple votes.

By The Lakes, this Puma is soooo very PROUD OF YOU! Thank you for representing us in style.

Just scanning the posts, I saw some discussion bout voting McCain. I just want to add my two cents worth for what it’s worth. I am a life long democrat. I have never ever voted for a republican for President, when John Kerry ran, I did not like anything about that man, but voted for him anyway. Made me sick. This time, I am proudly voting for McCain. I may not agree with all his policies, but the alternative is much more scary. I wonder if 61 gets elected, how many will wish they had crossed over, when our country is over run with terriorts having tea in our White House? We will not have our freedom the way we do now. We will be controlled by an evil vile man and woman. Yes, a woman, who controls her husband with her hateful attitude and snide remarks. I cannot stand either of them and I do not feel one bit bad voting for McCain/Paliln, actually I like the hell out of Palin.

As far as her experience? She has more than 61 and the evil wife does. My party left me a long time ago, I didn’t leave it. Now, I will cast a vote against it at the top of the ticket. Will NOT vote for anyone who helped rip us off in throwing Hillary under the bus. Not now, not ever.

The Clintons have always been heros of mine. No more. I still like them, but am disappointed in both. I do understand why they are doing what they are doing, however, I wish they had taken a stand with us.

Ok, off my bandwagon now. As fas as the Obots here, go to hell. oops, wasn’t off theband wagon yet was I ?

#211 Bella-Me on 10.09.08 at 1:07 pm

I heard on Fox news this morning that there were 600,00 new voter registrants in the state of Ohio, yet the population in Ohio is down by 100,000. They were talking about Acorn and voter fraud in Ohio and of course other states and how Acron has a vested interest in getting Obot elected. They mentioned how Obot trained Acorn people and served as their lawyer.

I live in Ohio and am disgusted. I also saw that the same day register and vote plan did not prove to be as successful as Obot had hoped it would be. Even with him providing buses to the homeless.

I am terribly disgusted. Last week I asked all of you Pumas for help writing to my local newspaper because I live in total Obama territory. Some of you wonderful Pumas got right on it and sent out letters. Imagine my disgust when I got my local paper today and not one of those letters was printed. I have no idea why. It makes me very angry.

Then today, my father-in-law who is a long-time NRA member, told me that he is very angry with the NRA for lying about Obama’s position on guns. I tried to talk to him about it and tell him that he should look into Obama’s voting record. He insists that he believes what Obama says in his speeches because Obama is a “Nice guy” and McCain is a lying politician. WTF??? I tried to talk to him about Obama’s ties to people who are so bad for this country, but he laughed at me. He thinks I am falling off my rocker or something. People around here will not listen. They will not investigate. They will not read what I print off the computer. UGH!!!! I wish I could move to another country.

========================
Targeting Newspapers, big & small
========================

— Hitting the major newspapers in swing states

— AND *ALSO* THE SMALL & ALTERNATIVE PAPERS…

the small neighborhood newspapers…..
… AND …those local “alternative” and specialized newspapers (or magazines)
… some are geared to certain groups like Latinos, Seniors, gays, etc… or are politically or community oriented.
… they’re usually free & distributed all over (Coffeehouses, bookstores, etc).…

– Write Letters to the Editor or opinion pieces for the small papers.
– Putting ADS (notices) in those papers is probably cheaper than in major newspapers.
These papers can reach a lot of people and also certain key voting groups (like seniors, Hispanics, gays, etc… in the papers geared to them).

– We can also put flyers inside those free newspapers (or magazines) which are stacked in various ‘hot spots’ around town.

*** The Action Center lists both major papers and some of those small newspapers:

ACORN is under investigation in these key states: Virginia, Florida, New Mexico, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, Indiana, Missouri, Colorado and newly, Wisconson. The investigations may spread to the 21 States that ACORN has been furiously focusing their efforts on.

There have already been prosecutions and jail sentences handed out here in Washington State. With WA ACORN being fined $25,000 for encouraging an ‘anything goes’ registration drive.
Missouri has 8 ACORN guilty pleas on record (for 2006 violations of federal voting laws) just this year.
ACORN officials have also been indicted in Wisconsin and Colorado. Active investigations in Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania and Tennessee are expected to produce indictments soon.

Surprisingly, It was a CANADIAN newspaper that did the best investigative reporting. Because , as we know there’s little to no true journalism left in the US. Also of insight is Investors Business daily.
http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/5365
http://www.ibdeditorials.com/IBDArticles.aspx?id=308358130652174

‘If you’re asking yourself what Obama has to do with ACORN, consider this:
Obama has served ACORN as its attorney, has been its direct action trainer, its mentor, its contractor, and its PRIMARY illegal campaign funder.’ His campaign paid Acorn $800,000 this year alone to get registrations any way they can. Payments his campaign failed to accurately report. (They were disguised in his FEC disclosure as payments to a front group called Citizen Services Inc. for “advance work.”)

‘The disturbing reason more ACORN activities go un-prosecuted is because the FEC as well as the FBI have refused to open investigations out of fear of rocking the Obama campaign.’

Good morning Pumas – haven’t posted anything for the last week or so – got kinda turned off by the religion thing & so was pretty much reading other blogs – however – am still a PUMA, became a PUMA on 6/5/08, and will remain a PUMA no matter what happens on 11/4/08.

That said, Slick Rick needs a new slogan – “vote early, vote often – dead or alive”. I truly truly hope that we can stop this poverty pimp from being elected – my brother & sisters don’t want to hear anything more from me about elections – my best friend tells me I’ve gone over to the dark side – (one of her sisters lives in San Francisco (ya know where I’m going with this don’tcha)) – this sister is really in the tank – is one of the elitist over-educated leftists who has forgotten her roots but Linda told me that her sister helped plan a party for the pimp – she was in charge of catering – arugula was on the menu – I knew her (the sis) when & never really thought she would go there, but you pick up the mannerisms of the people you hang out with & her husband is French (not that that makes him a bad guy – I’m have a French background myself) but he’s a progressive socialist so there ya go………………………

Gonna be out of touch for a few days but will be watching Fox for any new things that our PUMAs send to them- they should give us a shoutout every once in a while – we not only give them news tips but we’ve also contributed to their ratings increases………… ;)

Obama Forgets Writing on Gun Questionnaire

*There are hyperlinks in this story, leading you to the actual questionnaire (with Obama’s handwriting on it), with the postition that Obama wants to ban handguns.
Here is the questionairre: http://www.politico.com/static/PPM43_080328_obama_iviquestionaire_091096.html

*There is also a link to a Politico Story, delving into when Obama worked on the Joyce Foundation, an infamously anti-gun far left organization.
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0308/9269.html

*You can also remind your father that Obama is close to Father Pfleger, whom he gave over $100,000 in earmarks to. Father Pfleger has been arrested dozens of times for protesting gun shops in his community, once threatening the life of a gun shop owner “this man needs to be snuffed.” Father Pfleger also worked with Jesse Jackson on Rainbow/ PUSH, which is hugely anti-gun. Obama has protested both with Jesse Jackson and Father Pfleger.

Obama is anti-gun. Period.

Sorry, Hillary Surrogate, whoever you may be. No can do. Obama is the worst thing to hit this country in a LONG time. I supported Hillary Clinton in the primaries and would have hit the streets for her, even though I’m an Independent, not a Democrat. But Hillary’s not the candidate. I will NOT vote for a Marxist/Radical liar and Chicago thug, so Obama is O-U-T !.

I have only two Democratic friends in PA. They’re both supporting McCain/Palin. Too bad the Democratic Party let Obama get away with caucus fraud and too bad the Democratic Party bulldozed Clinton at the Convention. What a pity!

Know this, I will work as hard as I possibly can to see that Obama goes down in flames.

As I just noted in my post #215 above, our letters to my small paper were not even printed. I have no idea what to do about that.
……………

Have you seen my tips for writing letters to the editor in the Action Center? Most papers (even small ones) have a very strict word limit (usually 200 to 300, sometimes even only 150, which is rather short!)… Many papers will just toss out letters that go over their word limit or are not ‘well-edited,’ because they are too busy to do any editing & cutting themselves (and remember that small papers have smaller staffs).
So make sure you edit the letter and stick to their word limit. Also study their preferred “style” of letters (that they publish) to kind’a conform to it as much as you can (see my tips in the Action Center).

The Canada Free Press has about 9 articles on Obama, Ayers and ACORN today. They are really a free press. One article is titled “Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire.” I wonder who that’s about, hmmm? The lead article is “Is Obama Spiking Kindergarten Koolaid?”

Most of the writers are Americans. It’s a shame they don’t have a “voice” in America.

just posted a list of rallies. Can you please link it to the Action Center and let folks know.

If we get our powerful messages across at McCain rallies and it gets into mainstream media, we are in effect telling Democrats that it is OK to vote McCain just to keep a traitor out of the White House.

I really think the Democrat for McCain will get attention and while it is not preaching to the choir, it will get people talking and media may report on this – that is our goal. Being given star treatment at a McCain rally
is a nice side perk. You never know when a reporter may want to interview you so be prepared .

Bernadine Dorhn:

I am glad she is brought up in McCain’s ad.

Everyone concentrates on William Ayers.

Michelle Obama worked with Bernadine Dorhn and so did Obama.

Everyone underestimates a woman’s violence and rage.

Bernadine Dorhn was far more violent; she was more of a leader; and she was and is way smarter than Bill Ayers.

Bernadine Dorhn physically placed the bomb in the US Capitol. Bernadine Dorhn sang a SONG about how she paralyzed a man for life after a bombing.

#304 gordana on 10.09.08 at 2:14 pm

If McCain had brought up the Acorn/Ayers issue during the debate, the LIAR would have told another LIE and he would have been believed.

People were looking for answers re the ECONOMY STUPID and their INTERNATIONAL/WAR policies. Also, they were looking to see if McC would keep his cool and not be too aggresive/negative on the Precious One.

That’s why he didn’t bring it (Acorn/Ayers) up at the last debate. IMHO

Actually, what you can do NOW is find out the mother’s name. Contact the Department of Health in your state and find out if her name has been reported and added to the Deceased Voter List that the Dept. of Health puts out.

He can’t vote under her name if it’s reported that she’s dead.

Google Dept. of Health Deceased Voter List and see if that helps you.

This is making me VERY ANGRY!!! Illegals add more to our problems!

HUD: Five Million Fraudulent Mortgages Held by Illegals

One illegal alien was arrested this year in Tucson after allegedly using a stolen social security number to buy two homes and rack up over $780,000 in bad debt.

Some five million fraudulent home mortgages are in the hands of illegal aliens, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

It’s not known how many of those have contributed to the subprime housing mortgage meltdown, but it has affected every state, including Arizona.

The problem began years ago when banks were forced to give mortgages without confirming social security numbers or borrower identification. As a result, illegal immigrants were able to obtain home mortgages which they could not afford.

One illegal alien was arrested this year in Tucson after allegedly using a stolen social security number to buy two homes and rack up over $780,000 in bad debt.

#209-candypoem———-thank you for this very important post. I hope everyone reads it.

Buzz in the corridors of federal courts in Chicago — RICO investigation of ACORN and BHO campaign:

http://www.hillaryclintonforum.net/discussion/showthread.php?t=34745

We were told that ACORN was investigated in Illinois years ago, and it was a Fitzgerald case then. This means ACORN’s activities today, involving a conspiracy to commit multi-state voter fraud on SoetorObama’s behalf, are an extension of that previous ACORN case.

Our source in federal courts said, “Any crime that involves more than two people and is carried out across state lines qualifies as a corrupt organization. The fact that those “Goodwill” donations were made in Texas and received at Obama headquarters in Chicago or Washington means it qualifies for RICO.”

The “Goodwill donations” referred to above are the $228 million in undocumented, unverified campaign contributions the SoetorObama camp has received — which the McCain campaigned filed a complaint to the FEC on this past Monday.

We’ve also heard that the Clinton campaign filed complaints to the FBI and other federal agencies over SoetorObama’s fraud in the Iowa, Texas and other caucuses: voter intimidation, registration fraud, and other illegal activities.

The last thing we were told tonight in regards to all of this was that “the meme here is a tying together of all these various threads. That’s what you will see in the last weeks of the campaign: all things being tied together”.

If everything rumored here is true, it looks like David Axelrod, Howard Dean, Donna Brazile, SoetorObama himself, and possibly even Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid were all involved, together, in massive RICO violations, and thus federal fraud, if the DNC and party leadership knew what the SoetorObama campaign and ACORN were up to and allowed it to proceed. Knowledge of federal crimes being committed makes all parties accessories to those crimes — and part of the conspiracy to defraud the public.

McCain and Palin did a big, townhall style rally toady and the questions are what they would have been Tuesday night (if Tom Brokaw hadn’t sanitized them):

Asking for and getting a spirited commitment to ‘get the sob’s’ who caused the sub-prime mortgage mess. McCain naming names: Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and Obama (for mandating the loans in the first place, for blocking oversight regulation, for lying about the health of the operations and for taking so many Fannie and Freddie contributions). Wish you could have heard the enthusiastic cheers of the crowd!

An older man (a very cool dude) said, ‘I am MAD, really MAD and it’s not the economy I am MAD about — it’s the Socialist idiots like Pelosi, Reid and Obama trying to take over my Country!’ THE CROWD WENT WILD!

The guy went on to say, ‘You two have to stand up, get in there and go get ‘em!’ AND THE CROWD WENT NUTS!!!

McCain gave a good answer, commiting to put up a good fight and highlighting Obama/Ayers/ACORN and agreed that we cannot afford to have these people increase their hold on the Country.

snip…”We can live with winning and losing. We cannot live with fraud and stealing,” …

#307 katinyourhat: and there your honor is my first piece of evidence why Hillary won by a narrow margin in Indiana and why it was in the wee hours of the morning before we found out who had won .People in Indiana are not blind we knew it wasn’t right but no one checked on it and let us know.

my identity was stolen by an illegal immigrant, and they got a college loan to the tune of 12k in my name, she also stole my mothers credit card numbers and had credit life added to the cards when my mother was in Hospice dying. She worked for an apartment building that my mother lived in during her illness in Texas. She got a key and went through all her papers while we were at hospice. Her and the apartment managers, who befriended my mother.

==================================
I just signed up for two newspaper registration so that I could blog on the above – it takes awhile to get your registeration that is free – but you can certainly get your word out quickly that way – you have to have all your tools ready – what you have already copied and then paste – sign up at the newspaper so that you can comment under their political articles such as McCain/Palin rally in Wisconsin – and blog under their blog/forum/opinion section in addition to the letters to the editor – you can cover three areas in a newspaper in no time at all once you are registered —

The MSM will trickle up from the small or even larger newspapers up to the major media – everyone try a swing state and you can do it – just keep everything around 200 words or less.

karla for hillary,

Here’s another good link on Obama and guns. In spite of the name, it’s very anti-Obama. Sportsmenforobama.com

Very well-researched and easy to navigate. Factual not emotional but easy to read.

#246 tashacakes, “A Proud Independent Supporting McCain/Palin”, I love this sentence. I’m just like you, an Independent for Hillary. We can wait for 2012, but we can’t wait for Obama to ruin our country.
NO WAY, NO HOW, NOBAMA!

Do you guys know we are upstairs on a new thread ?

#339 nhforhillary on 10.09.08 at 6:27 pm

Look at this comment from the blogs

I’m an undecided Hillary Democrat. I’m having a hard time getting behind Obama. I really like Sarah Palin and I’m leaning in her direction. She’s been on the scene for just a little over a month and I think we need to give her a chance. It’s my opinon that the media just pounced on her like they did Hillary. I’m disgusted that someone put her downs syndrome baby up for sale on e-bay? How could they?

I’m tired of Obama democrats trying to tell me she’s too inexperienced and asking what if McCain dies? I volunteered for the American cancer society and skin cancer is curable. I’m not too worried. I think I’d enjoy seeing her at the top of the ticket. She’s done more to get corruption out government and to get results.

I keep hearing what if she’s president? I think, what if Biden passes and Pelosi becomes president?

I’ll take Palin over Pelosi…any day! Pelosi broke her promise to me to lower gas prices! She refused to let congress vote on an Energy Independence Act that would have helped us, I’m beginning to think it was to keep us miserable so our pain could be exploited for votes! Palin appears to be right that Obama is not for drilling for energy but is drilling for votes!

What’s happened to our party? It’s supposed to be for the people! It makes me sick to know that Barney Frank and Chris Dodd had a hand in not stopping but helping to put us in this financial and economic crisis! I’m angry! They were on the committees for the last two years and could have done something! No, they gave our future away by forcing banks to loan people money that couldn’t afford houses. It’s hard to reward this irresponsibility! I want accountability!

Now, I find out that Obama is friends with a terrorist that bombed our capital and pentagon? He was bombing Americans!! It makes me sick to think Ayers could be walking the halls of the whitehouse. Oh it makes my stomach sick just typing this. I just can’t bring myself to finally commit to Obama.

He has not been straight with us, why didn’t he just come clean to the American people?

I’m sick of the politicians in Washington and think that maybe it’s time we got rid of them all, except for the reformers. Sarah Palin has done more to fight the corruption of politicians than any other candidate in a short period of time. I honestly believe that we are a country that is desperate for reform.

I would have told you that you’re crazy if you ever said that I’d be thinking to vote Republican after Bush. But you know something? I’m not going to hold Sarah responsible for Bush so I can shoot myself in the foot! I can’t seem to bring myself to make a final committment to Obama when the Republicans are offering me fiscal responsibility and the chance to reform the corrupt politicians in Washington.

When I ask myself, Is my family is better off since our democratic party took control of the Congress? The answer is definitely No! Things have really gotten bad in the last two years that we’ve had control. It’s a crime, and I’m not blind, I’m angry. I’ll ignore my party if I’m getting a better deal somewhere else.
They’ve failed me and really don’t have a right to expect my loyalty. Why should I fall in line?

But you know what really upsets me about Obama? He pays the women on his campaign less than the men while McCain treats the woman fairly by paying them equal or slightly more! Is it any wonder that I can’t fall in line to vote for my party? Why shouldn’t I consider voting someone else? Yes, I’m looking at the McCain/Palin ticket.

When I see a woman that can fight the good ole boys that are corrupting our government in both parties, why wouldn’t I be interested in having her get a controlling role in our government? I loved Hillary but Sarah is also a strong woman of action and impressive too. I’ll cross the aisle to vote for another party if thats what it takes to get the future that I what for my family. What they are offering me is reform, fiscal responsibility, an all of the above energy policy, and a woman that is knocking my socks off!

As a woman, it’s disgusting to see women tearing down another woman with claws viciously extended, just to get a man elected. I resent other women trying to use my sexual organs as a bargining chip against me in the form of a Roe vs Wade threat to solicit my vote. I have a mind too. I’ll use it to make an informed decision. I will remember in November the fact that my party hasn’t delivered on their promises and I do not owe them my loyalty. The clueless talking heads and skewed polls that lack credibility will not influence my decision. When the time comes, I’m sure that I will make a smart decision, and even if I do not fall in line, it will be the right decision not only for my family, but for my country too! Will I cross the aisle to vote? I’m certainly thinking about it!

I’m new here, and just discovered you guys. I’m a registered Republican (don’t hate me!), but I vote both sides (voted for Mondale in 84, and Clinton in 96).

This is fantastic! I support you guys 100 percent! I’ve just recently been doing some deep research on Obama and am scared to death if he gets elected. McCain isn’t my first choice as a Rep candidate, but I will definately support him, now.

I did some scanning of the book ‘The Case Against Barack Obama’ today in B&N, and I cannot believe how much he SCREWED Hillary in the primary. I must confess that I didn’t keep up with the Dem primary because I knew I would most likely be voting Rep this election. OMG, Obama and his camp are pulling the same race card crap on McCain that he did on Hillary along with trying to shut down the discussion on Ayers, etc. Amazing. I understand now why all of Hillary’s supporters are so ANGRY at Obama and his corrupt campaign.
This man cannot become president. Thank you PUMA, on behalf of the Republican Party for all of your efforts here.
Btw, I signed the birth certificate petition.
