Alot happening today so I will try to address of few of the upthread posts.
1. The YouTube suggesting that Sarah Palin is “shrilling up” the crowds at her appearance yesterday is false. Several callers that were there were on Rush’s radio show today and said that there were about 6 bots trying to “heat” things up with protests and getting “in faces.” They were the ones causing the “unrest” and those shouting were OBOT plants. One observer even saw a reporter taking pictures and confronted them and told them that ” I hope you get this right and tell the real story.” That is just a quick summation.
2. Obama buying time on TV and negotiating with other stations. Let them make the deal. Let him go on. It will prove to the intelligent American Voter (that they think do NOT exist) do exist and prove further what the MSM are doing. I also feel this will have 527’s providing money for John and Sarah to have equal time for rebuttal—if they don’t already have it planned.
3. The lady that the FBI went to in Lufkin, TX was on Sean’s radio show and told the story herself. Sean said that they were more than likely following up on a “threat” reported to them as they should, however, it sounded like “payback” from a disgruntled Obot caller.

UT student indicted in Palin e-mail hacking case

…”David Kernell surrendered voluntarily this morning after being informed of the charges,” said his lawyer, Wade Davies. “We look forward to (the case’s) ultimate resolution in court.”
The judge granted Kernell release as long as he stays off his computer, unless it’s for college purposes, and has no contact with Palin or her family.
“Do you feel like you know what is going on here?” the judge asked Kernell.
“I believe I do,” Kernell said.
Kernell, an economics major at UT, can’t leave East Tennessee without written permission from his probation officer. That includes going home to Memphis.
The judge also ordered him not to discuss the case with any potential witnesses.
Kernell asked the judge if that applied to a girl he’s dating in South Carolina.
His lawyer told Shirley he’ll work that out.
Federal prosecutors wouldn’t say whether their witness list includes Palin, the Alaska governor and running mate of Sen. John McCain.
The single-count indictment, returned Tuesday and unsealed today, alleges that on approximately Sept. 16, 2008, Kernell obtained unauthorized access to Palin’s personal e-mail account by resetting the account password.
According to the indictment, after answering a series of security questions that allowed him to reset the password and gain access to the e-mail account, Kernell read the contents of the account and made screenshots of the e-mail directory, e-mail content and other personal information.
According to the indictment, Kernell posted screenshots of the e-mail and other personal information to a public Web site, along with the new password.
If convicted, Kernell faces a maximum of five years in prison, a $250,000 fine and a three-year term of probation.

If you guys are running out of flyers Grizzly has a really nice one in the action center that I like to hand out. It is about all the things in BOs past that are not clear. If you are shy and don’t like to interact with people regarding politics just put flyers in your purse and some tape and every time you go to the bathroom tape one to the back of the stall door. You can see them until you shut the door and sit down so the cleaning people don’t remove them since they don’t notice them.

Looking at Bo every day ain’t exactly helpin’ mine!
I’m very skeptical of the polls.
Realistically, at this point, if you still support Obama, you are OK with his very close relationship with a racist, anti-American pastor and priest. You are OK with his long-term friendship with a unrepentant terrorist. You are OK with his close friendship with a convicted felon. You are OK with the fact that he is complicit in the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac boondoggle. And you are OK with his attempts to steal the election through ACORN and voter intimidation. All of this has been reported by the MSM and is no longer a secret.
That said, in my opinion, if you still support Obama knowing all this, I have to question your patriotism. There is no political party or ideology which could coerce me into backing such a reprehensible individual to become the President of the United States. I just refuse to believe there are that many Americans out there who hate this country.

How motivated are “O”s supporters and McCains?
I just thought I’d share this with my Puma friends. I lurk on a Reggio Emilia (a philosophy of early childhood education) listserv. This group normally has very intelligent conversations about schools and classrooms that use this philosophy and ways to create more good for the children.
I was most disturbed, when one of the members of this listsev, who is a leader in this community, brought up Bill Ayers and the things that are being said about him. It seems she and some other people on this listserve feel that although he has engaged in “immoral” behaviors in the past he is currently doing a great deal of good for education. (I almost want to throw up as I type this)
They are encouraging educators to sign a petition supporting Bill Ayers (http://www.supportbillayers.org/). It is interesting that the fifth signer of this petition is Rashid Khalidi. The entire petition, at least the way, I read it is a white washing of his terrorist activities.
Anyone got any ideas of what we can do about this?

Just want to add…how about each person sending copies of the letters they have sent to all AG’s, SOS’s, etc. asking them to investigate voter fraud during the primaries along with Lynette Long’s info./website. This is to let the FBI that all of these people HAVE been contacted in the past and refused to look into or address voter fraud during the primaries.

I agree about the polls. Some here posted that Hispanics were going to vote hevily for kerry and Bush won them. We all remeber that Bo never did as well in the voting during the primaries as the polls said he should have.

Yeah, I think it was the recent Zogby poll that had BO up only three points. That sounds more reasonable. I don’t bother anymore, but I used to go check the data behind the polls and founds that most of them invariably polled more Democrats than Republicans. Battleground 2008 polling shows that Obama is losing supporters to the “undecided’s” column. Obama continues to show a decline, losing yet another point overnight, while McCain is maintaining his increase of the last few days. Undecided’s are up a point today, which suggests that they have come from the Obama column.
Reuters/C-SPAN/Zogby shows the race unchanged. Technically, Obama has gained two points since yesterday, but the margin of error is 2.8.

In most polls I’ve looked at, McCain has been gaining and Obama has been losing ground. BUT THIS IS NOT REPORTED IN MSM. In fact, they shout out the news that Obama is way ahead. Obama is ahead; that is true. But, he is less ahead this week than he was last week. which means that McCain is gaining on him. When Obama is gaining it is a “surge.” When McCain is gaining, it isn’t even reported! But for some reason we are not being told this! So in the earlier post, I give you a link to my blog that has links if you want to check the data. I’ve done very little actual research here … just taking the time to look at what data is actually presented on the web — the same data that is used by MSM. Anyway, PUMA’s, don’t get discouraged. We are rapidly gaining on Obama!

OK I am finishing for the night so one last update on the stuff on the Puma-facts website. In the past 2 days I have updated or added 6 pages in the Acorn section. Added a section on Larry Sinclair, added 2 pages under from the Pumas section, a section on Obamas communist ties, and updated Headclunkers Gallup Poll.
There is some good info under Indiana and Hatford in Acorn. And if you didn’t get to add the sent by a friend tab or the from 2003 tab under From the pumas, they are a bit scarey.
Found some more info to add tomorrow, but Im going cross eyed.
