The U.S. Electorate is SHARPLY divided. Most Democrats approve of their leadership in Congress, but then again, so do most Republicans. No surprise there — we’re 4 weeks out from a dead-heat presidential election: partisans are going to hang tough until Election Day. It’s the Independents who need to be won over. They’re the ones who will carry the winner over the finish line on November 4th. Bad news for both candidates in that department: 69% of Independents DISAPPROVE of the Democrats’ handling of the financial crisis; and 73% of them DISAPPROVE of the Republicans.
So, what’s a little ole candidate to do?
