YES! REPOST FROM DOWNSTAIRS 595 diva2 on 09.28.08 at 7:28 pm IMPORTANT READING
THIS IS the PART I SHOULD HAVE SENT ABOUT SOROS–
(MY last one)

Go to the first paragraph break and you WILL get the connection between SOROS and NOBO on their ideas.
SORRY It’s long but so IMOP so important.

George Soros is one of the most powerful men on earth. A New York hedge fund manager, he has amassed a personal fortune estimated at about $7.2 billion. His management company controls billions more in investor assets. Since 1979, his foundation network — whose flagship is the Open Society Institute (OSI) — has dispensed an estimated $5 billion to a multitude of organizations whose objectives are consistent with those of Soros. (The President of OSI and the Soros Foundation Network is Aryeh Neier, who, as Director of the socialist League for Industrial Democracy, personally created the radical group Students for a Democratic Society in 1959.) With assets of $859 million as of 2005, OSI alone donates scores of millions of dollars annually to these various groups, whose major agendas can be summarized as follows:
promoting the view that America is institutionally an oppressive nation

promoting the election of leftist political candidates throughout the United States
opposing virtually all post-9/11 national security measures enacted by U.S. government, particularly the Patriot Act
depicting American military actions as unjust, unwarranted, and immoral
promoting open borders, mass immigration, and a watering down of current immigration laws
promoting a dramatic expansion of social welfare programs funded by ever-escalating taxes
promoting social welfare benefits and amnesty for illegal aliens
defending suspected anti-American terrorists and their abetters
financing the recruitment and training of future activist leaders of the political Left
advocating America’s unilateral disarmament and/or a steep reduction in its military spending
opposing the death penalty in all circumstances
promoting socialized medicine in the United States
promoting the tenets of radical environmentalism, whose ultimate goal, as writer Michael Berliner has explained, is “not clean air and clean water, [but] rather … the demolition of technological/industrial civilization”
bringing American foreign policy under the control of the United Nations
promoting racial and ethnic preferences in academia and the business world alike

America Coming Together
America Votes
Center for American Progress
Joint Victory Campaign 2004
Media Fund
MoveOn.org
Thunder Road Group
These organizations, along with the many leftist groups with which they collaborate, have played a major role in helping Soros advance his political and social agendas.

According to Richard Poe, co-author (with David Horowitz) of the 2006 book The Shadow Party:

“The Shadow Party is the real power driving the Democrat machine. It is a network of radicals dedicated to transforming our constitutional republic into a socialist hive. The leader of these radicals is … George Soros. He has essentially privatized the Democratic Party, bringing it under his personal control. The Shadow Party is the instrument through which he exerts that control. … It works by siphoning off hundreds of millions of dollars in campaign contributions that would have gone to the Democratic Party in normal times, and putting those contributions at the personal disposal of Mr. Soros. He then uses that money to buy influence and loyalty where he sees fit. In 2003, Soros set up a network of privately-owned groups which acts as a shadow or mirror image of the Party. It performs all the functions we would normally expect the real Democratic Party to perform, such as shaping the Party platform, fielding candidates, running campaigns, and so forth. However, it performs these functions under the private supervision of Mr. Soros and his associates. The Shadow Party derives its power from its ability to raise huge sums of money. By controlling the Democrat purse strings, the Shadow Party can make or break any Democrat candidate by deciding whether or not to fund him. During the 2004 election cycle, the Shadow Party raised more than $300 million for Democrat candidates, prompting one of its operatives, MoveOn PAC director Eli Pariser, to declare, ‘Now it’s our party. We bought it, we own it…’”

Soros in 2004 spent some $26 million trying, unsuccessfully, to defeat President Bush’s reelection bid, a task Soros called “the central focus of my life” and “a matter of life and death.” He has likened Republicans generally, and the Bush administration in particular, to “the Nazi and communist regimes” in the sense that they are “all engaged in the politics of fear.” “Indeed,” he wrote in 2006, “the Bush administration has been able to improve on the techniques used by the Nazi and Communist propaganda machines by drawing on the innovations of the advertising and marketing industries.” Soros elaborated on this theme at the January 2007 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where he told reporters: “America needs to . . . go through a certain de-Nazification process.”

In December of 2006, Soros met with Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama in his (Soros’) New York office. Soros had previously hosted a fund-raiser for Obama during the latter’s 2004 campaign for the Senate. On January 16, 2007, Obama announced the creation of a presidential exploratory committee, and within hours Soros sent the senator a contribution of $2,100, the maximum amount allowable under campaign finance laws. Later that week the New York Daily News reported that Soros would back Obama over Senator Hillary Clinton, whom he had supported in the past. Soros’ announcement was seen as a repudiation of Clinton’s presidential aspirations, though Soros said he would support the New York senator were she to win the Democratic nomination. Hey! Looks like our ACORN Prowl had the desired effect!

“ACORN, a Democratic ally, was not specifically directed any funds in the previous proposal, but money that went to state and local governments could then have been divvied out to the organization, which the GOP said was a deal breaker. Fevered opposition to the provision had become a viral sensation.

It appears that, with the removal of the affordable housing trust fund, all of the proceeds from the sale of assets will now go to retire the debt.”

Hey, John McCain is a very smart man. He knows what he’s doing. I think he has something up his sleeve, but is waiting until it’s too late for Obama to respond.

And it doesn’t hurt to say a prayer for all of this evilness around us. We used to do that when we supported Hillary and it always seemed to work.

Just my thoughts.

IDEA FOR REACHING MANY PEOPLE WITH YOUR “ANTI-BO” POSTS:

One of the strategies to help defeat BO is to blog all over the internet to help spread our case against him so he’s defeated in Nov.

Here’s one idea on how you can do that in a more efficient and effective manner.
———-

• -Create a file in your computer, such as a Word doc, in which you write and save the anti-BO posts that you put extra energy and thought into.

• -In that file, write posts now and then which are sort of like mini “Letters to the Editor” or Op-ed pieces (though for posts you don’t have to put as much time and energy into formal writing and editing).

• -Write on any current topic, such as Acorn or the fascist “truth squads” or the bracelet thing or any good event, point or case against BO… OR you can write on why BO would not be good for our country (and briefly list the main reason) and urge others to not vote for him. You can also include good links in your post.

• -Post your post here (in our PUMApac blog) AS WELL AS all in various websites and blogs in the internet where you think they’ll do the most good.
Include some PUMA/ Just Say No Deal Websites and the McCain site (to enrich the ammunition of people “campaigning” against BO) and also in other websites that reach the general public, esp. undecided voters. These might include news-sites, both local and national (post under any elections-related article) and others… but avoid the pro-BO sites, since their readers are “beyond hope.”

• -You can make a few changes in your post before you post in some sites, but generally you can just post the same post everywhere. This way you can reach as many people as possible with your post!

• -Gather the links to all the best (or your favorite) Websites to post in so you can quickly go to them and post your post whenever you create a good post.

—–
>> Whenever you write a good “anti-BO” post for this blog, save it and post it in other Websites so you can reach as many people as possible!!!

SOROS Shadow Party paid for the DEMS and now they OWN US!!

According to my above post, Soros’ Shadow Party gave $300 million to dem candidates in 2004 (much more this year I would guess.). At the time head of th Moe-on.org said ” we paid for the party and now we own it.”

I posted this downstairs

Take your frustration to a battleground state.
I can get to one in 4 hours—-of course I am going. I gave out a shout on this blog to coordinate w/ other Pumas in my area. In fact I have one seat left in my car…pumarizz at gmail dot com ..for a bay area Calif Puma.
Check in with the McCain campaign if you are so inclined, if not, drop off info to them about voter fraud so they are well prepared for voting day. Take your info and flyers and put them on cars in malls or wallmart parking lots. Just get out there and you will feel better-I guarantee it. BillieJo had a brilliant idea to get flyers printed in spanish for many of the spanish speaking dems that work in the casinos in NV. Get you PUMA shoes on and get going.

Dances - I think your idea of smaller newspapers picking up Letters to the Editors seem to work over some of the bigger ones - too many fish in the pond on the bigger ones - where the smaller ones will take it on - I had 7 of mine picked up from the HRC site - all smaller newspapers - and had none picked up from the larger ones..

AND AGAIN - DANCES - fantastic job that you did with the direct links to the editors form - I can tell you it took forever for me to find that contact just a few days ago in only 4 newspapers - nice job. Everyone should try just one - pick a state any state - click on the link and post your letter any letter and see how easy it is. :)

#32 utahpuma on 09.28.08 at 7:50 pm

Someone on the blog mentioned this awhile back and it seems to be a turn off for many Obots.

When you register to vote, you also register to serve on jury duty.

I mentioned this to an Obot and they said it wasn’t true so I told them to check it out with their elections office. Never heard back from him.

#33 KarenWI on 09.28.08 at 7:51 pm

Ummm…… I’ve been busy most of the day (as I will be, Lord willing, monday and tuesday)….. and, I’m tired but… who is that a picture of?
*************
Also, I just saw that Obama supposedly got a bounce from the debate. He is now 50%. I don’t know… I mean, what else can McCain DO? He just whupped BO in the debate, and YET people are still going in droves to BO…. I’m concerned….. every day we’re one day closer. If McCain doesn’t take a lead pretty soon I’m afraid Obama will be on top to stay. It reminds me a bit of some football teams I see where it seems like they get a little lead; then sit back and relax and the other team takes over; and the first team starts coming back, but by that time it’s too late to have enoug time to get the lead back….

Frodo,

Yes, the smaller papers…
that was Bobram’s intent when he painstakingly collected all of that information for all the TV and print media that’s posted in the Puma PAC Action Center.

Last night, all the regional moderators sent links specific to the individual staes in their regions, that included the print media links for residents of those states. Hopefully, people will use them. Either way, Bobram accomplished an astounding feat… and then his ISP went out of business!

Bobram should be back online in about a week or two…
with refreshed rested eyes to boot!

My resident obot has never registered to vote prior to this year and has never had jury duty in his life. I started getting jury duty immediately after registering to vote in this county and, at times, have had it pretty much as frequently as allowed by law. Lost count at this point. It slacked off the last 4 years or so, but now its started up again as I am currently on jury duty.

#53 PumaDuma on 09.28.08 at 8:01 pm

The filth in the Democratic Party is outrageous. Between Dodd and Barney Frank, they are a disgrace to democrats everywhere.

Thinking it would be acceptable to democrats inserting a provision for anything to do with Acorn under the guise of affordable housing is just Beyond the Pale.

McCain needs all the support we can give him if we expect to BEAT Obama in the election. Of course, you know Obama will be cheating all the way. He doesn’t know how to win fair and square.

Obama will stoop at anything to get a vote. Even wearing a dead soldier’s name bracelet against his family’s wishes. @

Dances - my hat is off to both of you - you obviously worked hard to get it into the action center as well - I wish everyone on here would just try one link and see how easy it is - he obviously had to have gone into each newspaper and search for the Letter to the editors portion - I have sent out about 25 now today and only took maybe at best an hour and a half —

So if anyone gets frustrated - what a great way to get your point to the grassroots that do not know what is going on because of the MSM - if everyone just sent one letter to each of those newspapers and they got picked up - we scored a victory…

Thank you again Dances with Pumas - you are fantastic.

Obama Wants NRA Ads Banned

Saturday, September 27, 2008 8:10 PM

By: Newsmax staff Article Font Size

The Obama camp has been threatening television and radio stations to keep them from airing anti-Obama ads.

The latest target is the NRA and stations in Pennsylvania.

Earlier this week, the National Rifle Association’s Political Victory Fund released a series of radio and television spots to educate gun owners and sportsmen about Barack Obama’s longstanding anti-gun record. In response to the NRA-PVF ads, a clearly panicked Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) are doing everything they can to hide Obama’s real record by mounting a coordinated assault on the First Amendment.

People made it anyway and sold it bootleg.. there was more being sold by bootlegging than there were when it was legal, LOL….

#33 karenwi I just saw that Obama supposedly got a bounce from the debate. He is now 50%. I don’t know… I mean, what else can McCain DO? He just whupped BO in the debate, and YET people are still going in droves to BO…. I’m concerned…..

————————————————
I am concerned too, watching Mc drop here in NC. What I am hearing is the Palin factor. These bad interviews are bringing the Mc camp down. I have heard more people tell me how stupid she is add that with different belief system. They are unsure now of what to do.
The repubs are too quiet. At the Mc office here, they are even getting frustrated with the MC Camp. Mc had a good lead but NO MORE in NC. The Mc camp has ignored this part of NC. No ads, stupid big bus with Dole on it, people are pissed. There are a lot of signs BUT Mc is letting this slip.
I know people dont like to read about McCain on here BUT its either BO or MC who will be president.
sorry had to vent.

Obama don’t need to sit down at a diplomatic meeting with Ammi he just has to have him fundraising for him and he’ll have dinner with him at his fundraiser’s hotel.

Ahmadinejad Feted at Obama Fundraiser’s Hotel

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was feted on Thursday night by left-wing U.S. religious leaders and self-styled pacifists at a gala reception at New York’s Hyatt hotel — which is owned by the family of the Obama campaign’s national finance chairperson, Penny Pritzker.

Several thousand protesters gathered on 42nd street, directly across from the hotel, late Thursday afternoon, including Beth Gilinsky, president of the Jewish Action Alliance; Frank Gaffney, president of the Center for Security Policy; and the Rev. Keith Roderick, the Episcopal canon to persecuted Christians.

Ahmadinejad arrived at 8:45 p.m., nearly three hours late, and was protected by the Secret Service and Iranian security guards, Newsmax correspondent Kenneth R. Timmerman reported.

Inside, the Iranian president was given a warm welcome by John Brademas, a former congressman from Indiana who rose to become Democratic whip in the House from 1977-1981.

Also welcoming him was Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which was named as an “unindicted co-conspirator” in an alleged criminal conspiracy to fund the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas.

Ahmadinejad began his address with an invocation of the 12th imam, according to a source who attended the event.

He made a similar invocation of the 12th imam at the start of his speech to the U.N. General Assembly on Tuesday, adding that he hoped his actions “would hasten the Imam’s return.” He went on to blast Israel and the United States in that speech.

The Mahdivist cult of Shia Islam, to which Ahmadinejad subscribes, holds that the 12th imam will “return” to earth after a period of worldwide conflagration, mass destruction, famine, and starvation.

By calling on his own actions to “hasten” the imam’s return, many scholars of Islam believe that Ahmadinejad is revealing his intention to provoke a world war.

Ahmadinejad has referred to Israel as “a dried, rotten tree that will collapse with a single storm,” and has called on the Muslim world to “prepare for the great war, so as to completely wipe out the Zionist regime and remove this cancerous growth.”

Government buildings in Tehran are festooned with giant banners that read, “Israel should be wiped out of the face of the world” in English and Persian. Similar banners are draped across Shahab-3 missiles when the Iranian regime drives them through the streets of Tehran in military parades, Timmerman reports.

Barack Obama has made negotiations with Ahmadinejad and other dictators a cornerstone of his foreign policy approach, in contrast to John McCain, who believes that the U.S. must spearhead an international coalition to prevent Iran from going nuclear.

Obama has said that he is ready to sit down with Ahmadinejad “without preconditions” to negotiate a sweeping security agreement with his regime. McCain has dismissed this as “reckless,” and McCain’s top foreign policy adviser, Randy Scheunemann, has called it “cowboy diplomacy.”

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/
*********************
(CNN)– Former President Bill Clinton was hesitant to characterize Barack Obama as a “great man” Sunday, a phrase he had no qualms using last week to describe Obama’s rival John McCain.

Clinton told NBC’s Tom Brokaw that it was only earlier this month in Harlem that he and Obama had their “first conversation.”

Clinton then explained what he meant in characterizing McCain as a “great man.”

“I think his greatness is that he keeps trying to come back to service without ever asking people to cut him any slack or feel sorry for him or any of that stuff because he was a POW,” Clinton said of the Republican presidential nominee.

Clinton, who successfully ran his own 1992 presidential campaign on the now commonly used phrase “it’s the economy, stupid,” said that he believed the current economic crisis “left [Obama] in a position of leadership that he’s now in.”

Clinton said he and Obama are developing a “really good relationship,” and the Democratic nominee has the potential for greatness. Explaining, he said Obama has many personal accomplishments, but none that exemplify his greatness to the country.

“When he becomes president, he’ll be doing things for the American people and for the world and he is-and the greatness will then become apparent because of the good he’ll do…That’s what I very much believe is going to happen.”

Some have questioned Bill Clinton’s support for Obama following the protracted primary battle between the Illinois senator and Hillary Clinton. The former president praised Obama during his speech at the Democratic National Convention and declared Obama “ready to be president of the United States,” as both sides tried to bring an end to the “Clinton-Obama rift” storyline.

Clinton himself was among the most outspoken critics of Obama’s readiness during the primary season.

The reason it has taken him so long to hit the trail for Obama was the need for him to return to work on his foundation after the long primary season, Clinton explained Sunday.

He is expected to campaign for Obama in Florida, Ohio, northeast Pennsylvania, and Nevada after the Jewish holidays.

“I’m going to do my very best to do every single thing he asks me to do,” Clinton said.

Repost from downstairs….RE: ACLU

Since I could not bcc this to Murphy, I am posting this here. Must say it took a while to find the email link on their cite.

“I have heard some disturbing news that members of the Obama campaign are asking public employees (ie, law enforcement, attorneys) to sue/arrest anyone who is perceived to have told a falsehood about Senator Obama. Can this be possible? Can this be legal? Can you do anything to stop this misappropriation of public employees and public monies if the stories are true?

The ACLU has always aspired to protect the public. Will you do so now?

Thank you,”

Hillfan - I share your concern about your State as well - that is a MUST WIN one for McCain 15 Electoral Votes - as well as Missouri - 11 Votes - Ohio - 20 Votes - Va - 13 votes - Fl - 27 votes - Penna 21 Votes - Indiana - 11 Votes and South Carolina 8 Votes - if he gets these States along with the ones already chalked up in his corner - he wins - with 285 EV - so he can lose one of the states with 15 and still win - but its a shame if it becomes NC since he was ahead as you said —
Don’t give up - go to the action center to the Newspapers section and send out as much information as you can for NC to get the public aware of what is really going on - lots of letters to choose from.

I took a the text of a post I made downstairs and expanded it into an e-mail that I sent to everyone on my contact list. I got some very good immediate reaction back from people (it does grab one’s attention). Dances thought it was a good candidate for the action center, as it has the “legs” to possibly go viral.

The similarities betwen Hitler’s tactics in his rise to power and what we are seeing with the Obama campaign are striking to say the least. A common question often asked about Hitler is how an obscure bastard child with no record of accomplishment could rise to power.

One can ask the same questions about Obama, and if you examine the tactics employed by both in the historical context of then and now, the visual is rather eye opening. And, as far as I know, it is not a comparison anyone has made (or dared to make) to date.

Even if you don’t want to use it, it may be worth a read.

Thanks again, Dances!

Those are the words of a defeatist. I’m sorry, but I find that attitude counterproductive to all that we are trying to achieve here. I don’t know if you are just gunning for McCain, or actually believe there is no hope in hitting the ground and putting yourself out there to try and reach more people. Personally, I think that the 1000+ phone calls I made on behalf of the HRC campaign, and flying to Texas to work on the ground for her did make a difference. Not only that, it felt good doing it. So try not to mock people for all the different types of effort they put into this.

Wow. In have been trying to catch up after a long weekend of working,
I have said it before and I will say it again
We either hang together or we will most assuredly hang seperately.
I am not the originator of the quote btw.
Now, things are getting bad. The msm and Bo’s camps actions to create racial tension are working.
All day today the people I have been talking to have been essentially, talking about inevtiable racial confrontations.
One Asian fellow asked me. “When the hell are you white people going to stand up? Pretty soon you are going to reach the point if no return. You will not be allowed to talk back or you will be thrown into an American Gulag”.
A young Mexican fellow. ” These (mexicans) who think they are (black) are going to be in for a shock. When this comes down, brown skin ain’t going to save them.” He was talking about the support for “O”. He did not use the words “Mexican: or “black”. I will not repeat them here.
Two white fellows I know, one is married to a black woman, “you can’t talk to these “O” supporters. Particularly the black ones. Ask them to name something they like about Obama and they have nothing. They are supporting him because he is black and are saying that white people are rigging the election. ” He was talking about his in-laws.
All day long black people I have know for more than a decade have been very very cool towards me. Not all, but about half. The other half were all saying the same things. Essentially how we have to come together as Americans and not let ourselves be divided.
The I come here and see the same conflicts?
Cmon everybody put your wings on and rise above this sh**.
Time for action. This will get worse unless we stand up and be heard.

It now appears there is a good explanation and birth certificate for Barack Obama being born in Vancouver BC Canada and the mother wanting him to be a British citizen the same as was the father at the time.

INCREDIBLE.

I do not know the truth. I can only report on what I find on the internet. You will be amazed by reading this one page. You will be glad you read it. This was posted on the Phil Berg web site by someone. The story is that she could not go back to Kenya because she was pregnant and could not get vacinations being pregnant. So the closest place was Vancouver BC in Canada for Barack to be a British citizen.

The mother wanted him to be British and Kenyan and specifically the mother did not really want him to be American. INCREDIBLE……

ALTHOUGH she sort of changed her mind later and wanted him to also be American. but by then it was kind of late. Anyway it got messed up in Hawaii with double registration by the grandparents and mother later in two different hospitals. etc. double registration.

WHAT A MESS……..

I posted this on the previous thread and now again because we are talking polls. (* I corrected it, DrGav)

OK, I went to zogby.com today and see that the most recent poll out today is Obama by 1. What is more interesting is if you click on the updated Electoral vote map (updated 9/25) It has Obama ahead, however when you click on the purple states, you will see that John McCain is ahead in every swing state except New Mexico and North Carolina. And except for 1 state he is ahead by about 5 points in the rest. If those stats hold, McCain would win 284 to204.
Also I want to comment on that video that some Puma posted yesterday showing McCain’s victory.
That was the dumbest thing the Obama campaign has ever done. To send out pictures into the universe showing a McCain victory in such vivid terms is creating an outcome. It doesn’t matter what words are written at the end, it is the pictures that create reality.( I am a big proponate of The Secret). Whoever made that video, has no idea about ‘The Law of Attraction”.

And this video will continue to be sent around by Obama supporters. The more it gets sent around, the more it will take hold.
I keep repeating these words, ‘Keep your mind on what you want, and OFF what you don’t want.’ Don’t even entertain the prospect of defeat.

NewOrleansPuma on 09.28.08 at 8:22 pm What I am noticing a bit here is while on the one hand posters explain how the polls are being skewed, other posters seem to be discouraged because of the polls!
Screw the polls….
********************

EXACTLY! The Gallup organization has been shilling for Obama since day one. The others have been manipulating their samples by increasing the number of Democrats polled versus Repubs and independents. In addition, there is evidence that some of the participants are not even US citizens!

In the online polls, there was a report today that revealed US citizens participating comprised only 20% of the number of responses!!! The UK had double the number of US participants with 42%, with other countries (including the Middle East) rounding out the remainder.

No one has called me, and I prescreen my calls anyway. If there is a number I don’t recognize or a blocked call, I just let it go to voice. If a pollster gets that kind of response, they just move down the call list.

Keep your head down, ignore the polls, and dig in as if this is the last election you will ever work on. With a unified effort, Obama can be relagated to a footnote in the history books of the future. People United does mean action.

REPOST from downstairs. This is unbelievable. Can you imagine if John McCain’s campaign manager was throwing a party for Ahmadinejad?

I wonder why this didn’t make it to the NY Times. There’s something very wrong when the countries that hate us want Obama as President.

In case not already posted: Bailout bill, version this PM
http://porkbusters.org/index.php/bailout-bill

#147 Jeremy on 09.28.08 at 8:57 pm

After reading the above posts, I want to make a few comments of my own, if I may. David Axelrod is smiling through that weed of mustache hairs. “I have them on the run, they are scared, and are becoming the chicken little’s that I have planned for them to be.” “That energy that was positive and holding a wall to keep my Barack back is cracking and now my Trojan is breaking through.” Now before you slam me and tell me to get lost and that I have not mentioned all of the positive energy of DWP and so many other PUMAS and Murphy of course, go back this time last week. Remember the rumors of Biden being knocked off the ticket? Remember all the YouTubes showing him doing some apparent and deliberate acts counter to his credibility (?). The hypothetical that Hillary was going to be asked to come into the race to counter Sarah Palin. PUMAS: The election is not tomorrow or next week. Today is September 29, not October 29. There are 2 more debates and yes time is short but if you remember back in 2004, John Kerry was enjoying this similar renewal. He was predicted to oust Bush and I was helping in that cause! Republican friends, etc. were wringing their hands and saying things about the “what if Kerry really wins? This is too close. I think it is really going to happen.” Go back to mid October 2004 and even one week before the election. The American People began to start thinking and that “silent majority” began to mumble. Then the sudden appearance of Bid Laden on a video saying that it really didn’t matter if Kerry won, nothing would change. Don’t give up on America. America and Americans are stronger than tactics and very, very smart. Yes, we must stay vigilant to the opposition but when we see ignorance we must immediately smack it down and re-educate. That is what I have been doing and will continue to do up to November 4 and beyond. Everyone of us loves our Country and I ask you to recommit to that idea. I love, admire, and worked for both Bill and Hillary. I will never think twice about what I did. But this is part of a new chapter in all of this and we must take to task those challenges. Thanks.
NOBama, NOBiden in November, Never!

#174 michelle47 on 09.28.08 at 9:19 pm

Those states were Wisconsin, where Bush led by 8 points, and Minnesota, where Kerry led by 8 points.

In the other states, Bush had leads of 2 points in Iowa and 4 points in Pennsylvania. Kerry had leads of 3 points in Florida and 4 points in Ohio.

The figures were mostly the same among registered voters, except in Pennsylvania, where Kerry had a 2-point lead

Lara08, found this….Polls were done November 1st.

For some of you Dems still sitting on the fence about voting for McCain, let me speak as a former Democat. I left the party a few years back with I saw it being taken over by the far left wacko’s. Or as Zell Miller stated, “The party left him”. There is no room in the current Dem party for conservative or moderate voices. I’m a Repub now and I doubt that I’ll return the the Dem party, but I might consider it if people representing my views and values ever come back to power.

Obama’s election will destroy your party! (Worse yet it may destroy our country) If you want your party back, you start with defeating Obama, then work on getting rid of the likes of Dean, Pelosi, Reed, etc. They are a cancer. Keep fighting!

#198 1 Lucky Lady on 09.28.08 at 9:53 pm

Earlier someone posted HOW TO CLEAR COOKIES ON AOL AND RIGG POLLS. They noticed the polls were consistently low for BO on AOL.

I wouldn’t believe what you see on the polls just listed to vote for McCain….it has swung completely the OTHER DIRECTION in favor of Obama.

Perception HAS NOT changed that quickly.

Everytime I see Axelrod their is an overwhelming feeling of hatred that comes over me. I ask myself what is it about him that irritates me so much?

I believe what it is that irritates me, is that I can intuit that he is a manipulators, corruptors and a dickhead to the nth degree.

So does he remind me of Hitler, that was the first thing I said about him when I first say him on television.
And then when I research Axelrod and discovered what his company does, for people running for politics, I then understood that he is a true Hitler incarnate
THE GREAT DECEIVER.

#201 1 Lucky Lady on 09.28.08 at 9:56 pm

I have been following AOL national polls for months now, and they have been consistently in favor of McCain.
Since the debate….he clearly won, and those polls would have reflected that.

I even read that the MSNBO polls were voted on by FOREIGNERS which caused BO to have an approval of @80% vs McCain of @20% after the debates…
