Help! A film I am getting ready to shoot (my first speaking role) is suddenly filled with sexist remarks from everyone and I stand alone. The band I play music in suddenly sees me different and thinks they can change my mind to vote for BO and I stand alone. Woman friends of mine are sending me smear emails about SP and I stand alone. My only friend through all of this is my republican mother who knows how women have always been seen as second class. Help! I want to get involved. I live in the getto in West Oakland so please don't ask me to put a sign in my window. But I really would like to find other women who are awake and active. Where are the groups in the bay area? My question is WHO is running the nastiest sleaziest campaign and ads?? From what I see it is Obama! Empty rabble rousing rhetoric

This is the problem with blindly entrusting your future to an individual who has accomplished nothing of any consequence in his past. It’s not hope you’re feeling, its euphoric blind faith.

As is always the case with career rabble rousers (aka community organizers), the fact that they have never been in the game does not hamper their ability to talk a good game. Obama says that words mean something and without any deeds to talk about, he’s right. However, compared to action and real experience, or in his case a complete lack thereof, empty words mean damn little.
