Dear PUMA folks…

This is a continuation of my posts on this thread at 6:09 AM and correction at 7:14 AM, both today.

I am exhorting all fellow PUMAS to help disseminate my posting around the country --- and under your name. Just take my material, and put your name on it.

As you note in my 6:09 AM posting, I already know this will be running in print media within the next 14 days or so, well known regional newspapers in certain newspapers in Ohio, PA, NJ, and Maine.

I will also get into well known on-line media as fast as I can.

BUT, I can use help on both.

SO… Hello great PUMA people, this is where you come in !!

The on-line media is endless. Every major newspaper in the country has a blogging site, and/or where they invite reader comments…. I offer all PUMA people … use mine under your name. NO PROBLEM.

The purpose is to win on 11/4.

Some comments: My piece has 686 words in it. Most on-line sites will accept that. For the print media, 686 words may be too long. But look into it. If there could be a problem…. Submit the 686 word version as is, and then an alternate at less words.

Any questions or comments, anyone has… post them here or on the Murphy & Friends site. I’ll try to catch them and respond.

Best to you all. I’m feeling good about this. I think we can win…. But WE ALL have to keep “fighting” and spreading the word.

More later.

Thank you,
Common Sense 12 or Common Sense Bruce

Here is a list of Presidents since 1973, the year roe vs. wade was put into place, oddly enough, it happened on a republican president’s watch, richard nixons

richard nixon
gerald ford
jimmy carter
ronald reagan
george h w bush
bill clinton
george w bush

While I understand concerns about pro-life and anti-prolife…it just seems to me this is a futile attempt on obama’s camp to use any little thing they can to scare voters of the female gender, if Hillary had not run and it had just been Obama, his own camp probably wouldnt even pay that much attention to it at all.

We better be more concerned that Iran, the Hama, and other terrorist sponsored nations like Barry…that is what you better be paying more attention to.

Honestly ask yourselves, how could Obama’s camp scare women any more than by keeping their minds on their uterus…think about it, isnt that a blantant slap in all female’s faces to think that is all they vote for…what a bunch of bs….period (no pun intended) lololololol

An apology please. I just discovered a one word omission in my above posting of 6:09 AM.

I read my piece over at least six times, but I missed the following:

Please add the word "about" in paragraph five... the first sentence should read: Also this primary election season should not have been about race, .......

Thank you everybody.

Now get to work sending this out, please.

If anyone wants advice or has questions.... please post your thoughts, questions, or whatever on the most recent Murphy thread and I will check that during today, Sunday.

This can be fun, everyone. Newspapers will run this --- for FREE.

Thank you.

Dear fellow PUMA members…

I just crafted the following, and it will run INTACT within the next 14 days in PRINT MEDIA in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maine, and New Jersey for starters. By print media, I am referring to established well known regional daily newspapers.

As I said last week on some material I wrote, and posted here on PUMApac.org, all PUMA folks are welcome to take this, put your name on, and send it in to your local regional papers. I am referring to getting this into papers from Seattle to Key West, from San Diego to Caribou Maine. Get this out there.

    _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

A PLAN THAT I CAN BELIEVE IN. Read on please.

On November 4th, Election Day, I will join millions of fellow Americans in “splitting” my vote. For President and Vice President, I will be voting for John McCain, and Sarah Palin. For congressional contests, both at the national level, and the state level, I will be voting for the Democratic Party nominee.

I am a strong supporter of the principals of the Democratic Party. We must continue to build up the strength of the Democratic majority in both the U.S. Senate, and House of Representatives.

Through this entire Presidential primary campaign journey, I was an avid supporter of Hillary Clinton. I felt she was the best qualified to be our next President. I was writing excellent material (as a volunteer) with excellent specifics in support of her candidacy for both on-line media, and print media all over the country, in whatever state was next to vote.

We came “close”. But, there was a flaw in the election process in that the voters who voted in Florida and Michigan did not have their votes counted, at the time of their vote. This allowed the non-elected “super-delegates” to come out of the woodwork, and follow the swooning masses in pledging their some 350-400 votes to Barack Obama. It was a close race to begin with, and the Hillary Clinton team couldn’t overcome that.

Also this primary election season should not have been race, but the Obama campaign brought that up. First, was early on in South Carolina, and then just recently when Mr. Obama reminded all Americans he didn’t look like all the other presidents on the dollar bills.

In my opinion, Mr. Obama can be a likable person, probably in the same way he once referred to Hillary Clinton in public, as “she’s likable enough”.

To my immediate subject, I have excerpted the flowing specific quotes from Mr. Obama’s recent acceptance speech on August 28th before 80,000 people in the Mile High Stadium in Denver, and that included an estimated 38 million viewers on TV, as he spoke between these two large grey styrofoam columns that came from “central staging” someplace.

From the speech: (A) “I will eliminate capital gains taxes for the small businesses and the start-ups that will create the high-wage, high-tech jobs of tomorrow”. (B) “I will cut taxes for 95 percent of all working families”. (C) “I will set a clear goal as president: in 10 years, we will finally end our dependence on oil from the Middle East”. (D) “I will tap our natural gas reserves, invest in clean coal technology, and find ways to safely harness nuclear power”. (E) “I’ll help our auto companies retool, so that the fuel-efficient cars of the future are built right here in America. I’ll make it easier for the American people to afford these new cars”. (F) “And I’ll invest $150 billion over the next decade in affordable, renewable sources of energy — wind power and solar power and the next generation of biofuels; an investment that will lead to new industries and 5 million new jobs that pay well and can’t ever be outsourced”. (G) “I’ll recruit an army of new teachers, and pay them higher salaries and give them more support”. (H) “Now is the time to help families with paid sick days and better family leave”. (I) “Now is the time to finally keep the promise of affordable, accessible health care for every single American. If you have health care, my plan will lower your premiums. If you don’t, you’ll be able to get the same kind of coverage that members of Congress give themselves”. (J) “Many of these plans will cost money, which is why I’ve laid out how I’ll pay for every dime — by closing corporate loopholes and tax havens that don’t help America grow”.

Does anyone believe that any President can do all this. I don’t.

John McCain and Sarah Palin have real plans for real people, plans and specifics that I can believe in. They are all detailed on their website of JohnMcCain.com. On the site, start with the headings of “The Economy”, “Health Care”, “Education”, and keep going.

#158..I agree with u totally, but u should not leave this blog we need everyone to stay with the puma's. I am black american and voting for the republican party for the first time in my life and my families. We realize it is about country not party and to vote for a candidate you know is a fraud and not qualified is being brain dead. After what the party did to Hillary, women in general and that joke of a roll-call at the converntion my family would abstain from voting before helping the crooked leaders of the DNC. Even though it is the republican party, we believe that McCain is a moderate and we know that he always respected Hillary. Also, age mellow people and we believe McCain really wants to do right by all people. Another issue is total control breeds corruption. We need checks and balances in the whitehouse. We had a republican president and a republican congress, and there were no checks and balances. So, so this is an important issue and for that reason we have several reasons to keep Obama out of the whitehouse. Plus he scares us, not vetted, no paper trail of his past responsiblities and is disrespect to Hillary until he feels he needs her. But everyone owns their own vote

!!!! Lt. Columbo on the missing documents !!!!

Excuse me Mr. Obama, I mean Senator Obama, sir. Um . . . know you are busy and important and stuff. I mean running for president is very important and . . . ah . . . I hate to bother you. I will only take a minute ok, sir?

See, I have these missing pieces that are holding me up, and I was wondering sir, if you could take time out of your busy schedule and help me out. You know, no big deal, just some loose ends and things.

Hey, you have a nice place here! The wife sees houses like this on TV all the time and says boy she wishes she had digs like this you know? Is that painting real? Really? Wow. I saw something like that in a museum once!

Oh, sorry sir. I didn't mean to get off the track. So if you could just help me out a minute and give me some details, I will get right out of your way. I want to close this case and maybe take the wife to Coney Island or something. Ever been to Coney Island ? No, I didn't think so. . .

Well, listen, anyways, I can't seem to get some information I need to wrap this up. These things seem to either be 'locked' or 'not available'. I'm sure it's just some oversight or glitch or something, so if you could you tell me where these things are . I . . . have them written down here somewhere . . . oh wait. Sorry about the smears. It was raining out. I'll just read it to you.

Could you help me please find these things, sir?

Oh hey . . . listen! I know you are busy! Is this too much for you now? I mean tell you what. I will come back tomorrow. Give you some time to get these things together, you know? I mean, I know you are busy, so I will just let myself out. I will be back tomorrow. And the day after. . .

Well, listen, anyways, I can’t seem to get some information I need to wrap this up. These things seem to either be ‘locked’ or ‘not available’. I’m sure it’s just some oversight or glitch or something, so if you could you tell me where these things are . I . . . have them written down here somewhere . . . oh wait. Sorry about the smears. It was raining out. I’ll just read it to you.

Could you help me please find these things, sir?

<b>“Reasons why you should not vote for Obama”

Caucus Fraud committed by Obama supporters </b>(primaries)
•	Intimidation
•	Voting multiple times
•	Busing people into other towns and states to vote
•	Votes exceeding the number of registered voters
•	Paying for votes

http://wewillnotbesilenced2008.com/video/index.htm

<b>Lack of Experience</b>
•	143 days in the United States Senate
•	Foreign policy experience
•	No Executive experience (hasn’t run a business, town, or state, nothing, nada)
•	Community organizing (going door to door to register voters for ACORN)

<b>Has NEVER stood his ground when it wasn’t politically expedient.</b>
•	Obama gave an Anti-war speech to gain the support of the big money people in Chicago

<b>Poor Record</b>
•	Voted “present” 129 times in the State Senate on controversial issues. (indecisive)
•	Worked to remove asbestos with limited success, still remains uncompleted to this day.
•	Claims credit for welfare reform in Chicago that helped to put steel workers back to work, but it was a Republican bill that President Bill Clinton signed into law and that Obama voted against!
•	Asked for a million dollar earmark for his wife’s employer (she received a $200,000 raise)
•	Secured 100’s of millions of dollars earmarks for private developers like Rezko resulting in failed housing projects that were rat infested, no electricity, sewerage and crime ridden, and uninhabitable forcing the government to take them over. (boston globe grim beginnings link)
•	Voted in the state senate for gun control and refused to crack down on gangs. Obama helped create the situations where crime in 2008 escalated to about 30 shootings in a week.
•	Chairman of the Foreign Relations subcommittee on European affairs, which he has neglected, not having once held a meeting. Countries like Georgia were his responsibility.

<b>Broken campaign promise</b>
•	Fisa (fourth amendment rights)

<b>Highly questionable religious connections</b>
•	Former pastor Rev. Wright “God D*mn America! America caused 9/11 and AIDs.
•	Black Liberation Theology (black supremacy)

<b>Connections to corrupt politicians, and Anti-American Organizations</b>
•	William Ayers – Terrorist - Bombed NY police station, Pentagon, Capital building in 70,71,72. People died. (He got off on technicality caused by FBI procedural mistake)
•	Tony Rezko – Arab developer convicted in Chicago for money laundering and other crimes. Helped Obama find his Chicago Mansion and bought a piece of the property through his wife, whom subsequently sold a piece back to Obama.

determinedinNM, I am sorry you feel that way. This is the last day I can say this on this site, but I will say it once again, then leave. Your vote will not count very much except in your own mind if you vote for a third party candidate, no matter who that person is or what party. I guess you know that.

I understand the fears, and the issues with conscious. Really, I've experienced the same.

I don't agree with a lot of things with McCain and Palin, but I think they are trust worthy. I think they can listen and learn. I think they will work well with others in government to bring about good changes. I think they care more about the overall good for America than they do for their own issues.

With BO, I don't see any of those possibilities. He has an agenda, he has been groomed for this by the leadership and money of people who do not have the best interests of the U.S. or it's citizens, and he is bought and paid for, without the personal responsibility to do anything other than push the agenda he has been working for these past 20+ years.

My vote has to count.

Best wishes to all of you. I'll turn to the other forums. Good luck in all of your efforts.

I see a lot of people out here in Oakland, CA working for the Obama Campaign. Mostly kids on street corners with flyers. Not to worry some, since it's a given that California will go to Obama, anyway.
