Received a donation request from the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee in today's mail:

They are targeting the following senators from the following states:

Alaska R - Ted Stevens vs. D - Mark Begich

Colorado r - Bob Schaffer vs. D - Mark Udall

Kansas R - Pat Roberts vs. D - Jim Slattery

New Mexico R - Steve Pearce vs. D -Tom Udall

Kentucky R - Mitch McConnell vs. D -Bruce Lunsford

Virginia R - Jim Gilmore vs. D -Mark Warner

N. Carolina R - Elizabeth Dole vs. D -Kay Hagan

Oregon R - Gordon Smith vs. D -Jeff Merkley

Minnesota R - Norm Coleman vs. D - Al Franken

New Hampshire R - John Sununu vs. D -Jeanne Shaheen

Maine R - Susan Collins vs. D - Tom Allen

Of you need additional information, go to www.dscc.org/TwiceTheEffort

Defeating Democratic candidates that endorsed Obama would send a message.

Udalls are strong in their respective states and are good moderate Democrats with high ratings in environmental issues. I don't recall seeing them on the O financial funding list. Jeff Merkley in Oregon (in my opinion) is not a strong candidate, but he riding on O's shirt tails. MO's brother is the new football or basketball coach at Oregon State University. And of course Oregon went heavily O in the liberal and rural areas of the state. Merkley is running against Gordon Smith who has worked across the isle with Obama on some issues (he's using it in his ads). However, Smith has been a Bushie from the beginning. he comes from the eastside rural part of the state where Republicans dominate. Al Franken is a progressive, started Air America. It's a tight race. Of course, we all know about Ted Stevens in Alaska. I doubt he'd win with all the ethics violations. And of course, you know about Mark Warner in Virginia (O's best friend) and Kay Hagen who is strongly supported by Emily's list against Elizabeth Dole. If any of you have any in state knowledge of these candidates, let other PUMAs know. Not all Democrats are "bad" people and some states may need those listed for some very important reasons. We need to know what those reasons are and just where they are for PUMA causes.

What I mean is, yes, I can see that she only cares about the OBAMA side of history.

Not the Clinton side of it.

I'm a little annoyed that Michelle cried for Obiden's story and NOT THE STORY of the 88th anniversary of women's suffrage? Michelle didn't shed a tear about a WOMAN almost becoming president.

I think she's all bark but no bite as far as her influence on her husband...as far as her cause as far as women vs. ethnic and racial movement.

I had hoped they were one and the same or at least equally important.

But I see what moved her.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone in the last few days for welcoming us conservatives and Republicans. If we want this movement to stay strong, it has to welcome everyone who was horrified by this fiasco since May 31. It will take a lot of voices to put it right.

I think it was #1117YesSheCan - who said we need to put all similar organizations together into a coalition, and that it needs to remain centrist. That is ideal, because if it is, it will be a comfortable place for everyone who wants to work to make sure women's voices are heard, and the voices of all voters are respected by their parties and delegates.

I propose we call it the Clintonian Coalition, in honor of a beloved fallen leader.

Anyway, thanks for making me feel welcome. I felt a lot less alone this week. A few of you even gave me a hug in Denver when I said I was a conservative who loves PUMA!

I am in awe of the 3Ms and all of you guys.

I have to agree with a comment above. I dont think
the Zero is a leftist or liberal at all. I think he's far right, athus his embracing Ronald Reagan and having a republican nominate him for resident, more right than you would guess now, a materialist and an opportunist - mixed in with some radicalism and hatred of white people - which his wife and minister have exposed. I think the black community is in for a surprise - cause he's going to be no savior for them or the middle class. If anything I think he is fully capable of damaging America even further. Whether it's McCain or Obama, it's more George Bush.
