Holy Cannoli! The misogyny is unbelievable. Well, sisters and siblings, have we any doubt left as to who is the last "token" vote that gets pandered to? Indeed! The wake-up call is here. My vote is either completely discounted and thrown away by one party or solicited by another party that has not EVER had my best interests in mind. Lordy, lordy....I feel like a motherless child this election.

My slant continues to be that the primary was hateful, nasty, insulting, disrespectful and demeaning to both HRC and ALL her supporters.
The Intra-party vitriol is what disturbed me. The winning by strong-arm tactics, propaganda, threats and cheating.

I do not want that to be the way it goes for democratic primaries in the future. So I will not reward the DNC, Obama and his nasty supporters with giving them my vote.

That having been said... I do not often visit THIS site because I find it a bit on the counter-vitriolic side. I have mentioned that before. I am not into checking out birth certificates and that kind of thing. Nor into the cute disparaging names: The precious, *61, the Chosen one etc. I did not care for the same sort of thing from the Obama side during the primary.

Also... for me personally, now with Palin on the ticket... the GOP is no longer an option. I am no insulted by Palin as the VP pick- she is a great republican. I do not expect her to be HRC. The democrats had HRC. Palin is just not someone I agree with on any issue and therefore I can't vote for her.

I've only commented once before, but I adore reading everyone's thoughts and am feel like I can breath again. It is my oasis from ' the invasion of the body snatchers' that my friends and family have become. The vehement anti McCainites much as I am anti Obama. I come from 6 generations of Democrats and to vote anything else is sacrilegious. Now, I am faced with sacrilege. I am sick of being called a racist/sexist/stupid...I wouldn't care if Obama was purple/blue/green ...whatever, I do however find him deeply deceptive and I think "HE" is the carbon copy of George Bush.
I work in immigration as an agent and I find this garbled, ambiguous no show of proper documentation troubling beyond belief. Some sites about the bogus birth certificate look really dubious and some raise real questions. The last blog I read claims now that Obama is refusing to release info as he was adopted by Sotero and that envelope is 'sealed' ...wow that sounds familiar ...that alone would mean did he file paper work to change his name back? If not then he is guilty of fraud. In any event, if he is indeed not following immigration or even name change requirements, what would happen to Hillary votes if this is found out too late? Does Mc Cain win automatically? I am now leaning to voting for Mc Cain. I know at least he is an American without any conflict of interest. PS...along with his other lies, this woman(grandmother) is not his blood relative, but a woman married into his father's ancestry. Again, ty to everyone.
Check this out.

#297 007girl, anyone who has vision can tell what kind of person she is. She looked bulimic and ill, and her eyes looked like a witch as soon as Bill Clinton came out. She only smiled when Bill praised BO, even that smile was so wired. I just can't stand her eyes. Most importantly, should we have a first lady with moral or to have a one with full of hate? The answer is very CLEAR!

HILLARY, WE ARE "KEEP GOING" UNTIL THE SUN SHINES AGAIN. THAT WON'T BE TOO LONG!
GO PUMA!

Good morning from the Denver PUMA PAC "Hippie House".

It's been great meeting our PUMA sisters and brothers from all over the country and sharing the space that is PUMA headquarters with them. I am also fortunate to have the opportunity to spend lots of time with MamaPuma and MarylandPuma. I wouldn't mind at all having their levels of energy, stamina, and grace under pressure. We laughed a lot. Then there is Murphy. She is simply amazing.

TruthIsGold, LadyBoomerNYC, AnnaBelle, Pagan, LynneC of FindingKinky.blogspot.com, Piper, and Riverdaughter, to name a few, were among our bloggers, and were a constant productive presence at headquarters. Will Bower and Diane stopped by on occasion, and added to the overall ambiance.

I'm also fortunate to be sharing a house with Murphy's "The Audacity of Democracy" film crew (Brad, Lori, and Steve), and blogger, Lady Boomer NYC.
Each of them bright, articulate, interesting, and insightful. I love learning, so it'e been a real joy being a student of these accomplished individuals. Oh, did I mention that we were all hippies in the 60's? That's been an ongoing theme in our grist for the mill conversations.

I haven't fully absorbed or processed the events of this week in Denver. Neither have I fully 'grokked' all that PUMA PAC has accomplished in the short amount of time of our existance.

This week in Denver had a couple of rough edges, but considering that Murphy, Mama, and MarylandPuma, are not professional event planners, (although, I think the rougher spots were in areas that wouldn't even be a consideration for most event planners, in that people would be left to their own devices in certain areas).

PUMA PAC contributions, including coontributions from Riverdaughter's The Confluence, foot the entire bill for our presence in Denver, from assisting PUMAs in getting to Denver, to the rental of PUMA Headquarters, lodging for the leaders (jsnd, puma08, pumapac, etc.)transportation, supplies, fliers, stage equipment, wi-fi and cable equipment, food and more food, the costs of the premiere space, technologyy, large screen, gourmet food, costs of the film crew, airfares, lodging, the list just goes on and on...
We did this! PUMA PAC financed the entire shebang. We deserve to be pround of ourselves... and consider ourselves the generous hosts of this week in Denver, whether or not we were at home or pysically in Denver!

Based on our prior accomplishments, PUMA PAC, Murphy, Mama, Maryland, and all of us PUMAs have my full confidence in accomplishing the goals to which we aspire.

Okay... off to find a cup of coffee now.

81 denverpuma - I understand what you are saying, but I still have to say that no matter how lofty the ideal or agenda, if a person is willing to use any and all means, esp. corrupt or fraudulent means, to achieve the implementation of those (lofty) ideals, that person is dangerous.

When a person believes that the end justifies the means we get people like Osama bin Laden and Hitler in the extreme and to a more milder degree, we get people like Nixon who brought us Watergate...JMHO

All HRC did not let her voters down. She was pressured and cornered. If she did not help the DNC then they would make sure Clinton legacy would go down and HRC would not have another chance. This was a corrupted election from the DNC. We need a new party that is for the people and of the people.

A lot of us are upstairs - want to join us?

#630 - Hillary did not let us down. The corrupt process of which she is a prisoner is the problem. If she had not played ball, she would have had NO chance of running in 2012 or any other time. This is especially true because she is a woman. Women are not allowed to misbehave, much less succeed, in the Back Room Deal Party. There were a lot of good girls speaking at the convention, did you notice?
