I know they had no alternative if they were to remain in good stead with the democratic party, but Hillary's aborting of the roll call today was really over the top. Bill's speech tonight was the kicker. I can think of no other presidential hopeful that had to endure this browbeating by the DNC. And they succumbed to the pressure. That truly bothers me. (And I wanted to throw the remote at the TV when I saw the snarl on MO's face -- how friggin' ungrateful!) What does all this support mean if our votes were dismissed so easily. Didn't Hillary tell us during the primaries that our votes were important? Isn't that why she fought to the end?
