We don't need to be paying our political employees the fantastic salaries they make just to give themselves pay raises at the expense of our own health and welfare. We need to march on Washington DC and tell them all they are out of a job and that we are going to select public employees from a computer generated list of common ordinary citizens. They can train on the job in Washington, just like our founding fathers did. Exactly why DO we need a president? Why do we need some man who cares nothing for the welfare of the common citizen who has just lost everything to a hurricane, flood or fire, or the families who have lost loved one fighting a war that should never have happened? Why do we allow this 'president' to appoint men to a court to decide whether a woman should have an abortion, men who cannot and will never experience being pregnat, giving birth, or wondering just how they are going to survive and raise that child? Unless these same men are gay, lesbian, homosexual, bisexual or transgendered themselves, just what right do they have to say whether they think it should be legal for them to marry and have normal, productive lives? We are not at war with Iraq anymore. We are not at war with Afganistan by any will or vote of the people. WAKE UP, Americans. We are being manipulated by the present administration and elite to pay higher and higher fuel and energy prices, along with subsequent food and housing costs. Why? To mobilize the country and justify an invasion of Iran, or the support of Israel's invasion of Iran in order to meet the supply necessary for the demand for fuel we really could learn to live without. For thousands of years we got along just fine on foot and on horseback. Our young men don't belong in Iraq or Afganistan anymore than my mentor, Walter F Yound belonged on the front lines in Viet Nam. How long are we all foing to just sit back in our comfort zones and play this silly game of nominating from a choice of highly paid idiots who is to 'run' our country. More than likely, Bush & company will invoke the war power emergency act and strike Iran. He may even suspend the Constitution and declare for a 3rd term and WHO is there to stop him? All our fighting men are in Iraq, Afganistan, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc. By the same token, who is ther here to stop us from rising up and marching to Washington to inform the entire establishment there that they are doing an absolutely lousy job and are fired? On top of all the necessities for our personal survival we spend thousands, millions on churches and politicians who fail miserably in meeting the needs of the people, all the while lining their own pockets, living lavishly, enjoying long summer vacations, short work hours etc. Isn't it enough to make you sick? Isn't it enough to tell Obama, McCain, Hillary, Bill and all the rest to take their toys and go home? They are ,each and everyone, just plain politicians. And here we are. all of us dancing to their music, to make their lives incredibly better on the false promises of hope they can somehow miraculously make ours better. Spread the word, Brothers and Sisters. We do not need them anymore and never did. They have totally and completely destroyed the foundation and framework of our once great founding principles and the very fiber of what was America. Voting for one or the other is nothing more than voting whether to be hung with a new rope or an old one. Haven't we had enough? Isn't it time to stop playing their game completely, andmarch united to Washington and tell them they are all fired? If we don't, our grandchildren will have lived and died and NOTHING will have changed, except that America may be a Chinese state by then.
