For example, the “automatic” reduction to penalize a state for moving up its date was set at 50% but Howard Dean in all his wisdom made it 100% because there was a clause in the Rules that overrode the automatic ruling.

Kind of like when we sign agreements like a credit card agreement and there is a clause that says, we reserve the right to change our policy at any time and without notice, etc.

My response,

Neither Conventions or Primaries are part of our Constitution. That’s why every single lawsuit against the DNC regarding Florida and Michigan was not even heard or the Federal Courts said the DNC can make up its own rules and govern itself. It is not in their jurisdiction (sp).

But some other interesting news is that the mayor of Baltimore is under investigation for corruption. the search warrants and subpeonas are flying and there is apparently a grand jury. So what? She an Obama super delegate. If there is an indictment, I hope it comes before the convention. Nothing like another indicted or convicted supporter. Heh-heh-heh!
