Is Barack Obama actually a “liberal,” meaning he gives a damn about poor people, black people, blue-collar workers, and middle-class people?

No.

Eleven of slumlord Tony REZKO’s dilapidated and condemned housing units were in Barack Obama’s Illinois state senate district, but Obama “never” noticed.

Obama had helped REZKO to get state and federal loans to rehab buildings, BUT Obama “never” noticed the eleven REZKO-built, dilapidated, un-inhabitable buildings in his state senate district — these REZKO-built housing units were supposed to be for the benefit of the poor blacks Obama “claims” to give a hoot about.

Well, the sad fact is that Barack Obama much prefers hanging out with the rich and privileged power-brokers who have given him money and power … he does not give a fig about poor or working class people.

Not a fig.

In other words, Obama has gotten his, and the rest of us can go soak.

Does Obama give a fig about protecting a “woman’s right to choose””

As an Illinois State Senator, Barack Obama took the coward’s way out and did not vote either “yes” or “no.” Instead, he voted “present” on seven abortion bills, including a ban on “partial birth abortion,” two parental notification laws and three “born alive” bills. I just figured out why I could never download any Adobe PDF files… My older Win98 and older browsers not intended for the newer XP and Vista… So had to use another machine and then email it to myself… And in so doing, I made a typo on the url. As for the women….LETS START A MOVEMENT! They think the Feminist movement in the 60s & 70s was big….wait til they get a load of US!!! Its time to prove we are NOT second class citizens!!! We need to unite and organize. We need a MILLION WOMAN MARCH.

Wanting to share it with you and open it up for discussion, this is my take:

I would contend that PUMA — for at least June through November — exists primarly to prevent Barack Obama from winning the White House in 2008.

After November — given a McCain victory — I would contend that PUMA would strive to reform and rebuild the Democratic Party to be the party that America had *thought* it was voting into power in 2006.

Or — given an Obama victory — I would contend that PUMA would strive to become a 3rd Party that would draw in Centrists, Moderates, Independents, Conservative Democrats, and Liberal Republicans… with Election Reform at the top of its platform.

I didn’t start the thank you card campaign a fellow villager over at HRC did! Just passing it along but Thank you I just added a twist to all the cards coming from faimly & friends to say~
